Sarah and Daniel are star facilitators and managers at this location. Their entire operations staff and mechanics are also very helpful and friendly. Whether for personal moving or business logistics or contract work, I would not go to any other Penske or other truck leasing location in the Bay Area for truck and equipment rentals. Highly professional, efficient, and accommodating. Im really glad we found them to help with our business logistics needs!

It was the most dirty truck I ever got from Ontario Penske EVER!!!

Try calling and getting a hold of service. Theres usually no one at the service desk, they are short handed in that department. Biancas running around doing too many things. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then i hung up. Seriously.

They have really good customer service. There praises are a little bit much . But if you want the best you have to pay to get the best . There trucks are in good running condition so you can feel safe wen you go on the road.

As a casual customer im sure this place is fine, however as a trucker, we sat here for 4 hours to get a truck with no mattress. they couldnt provide one so we had to drive to oakland to get one. not the greatest experience.

Got screwed on our moving truck we reserved months in advance for our move out of state. We were called the day before and were told that they didnt have our truck size and drive a few citties over to pick it up. We go a few cities over and they also dont have our truck. Not only do they not have OUR truck but they also dont have a hand full of other disgruntled customers trucks. They gave us a truck smaller than what we needed for only a small discount for our troubles. We didnt have enough room for all of our belongings like we would have with our reserved truck. We ended up having to get rid of some our belongings because penske didnt respect the 2 month reservation.
