I’d say 6 stars if I could!! I had totaled my car in an accident, went in to see David Aranda looking for a new vehicle ASAP and he was a BLESSING. He found me a nice used 2018 Toyota Corolla IM based on my specs I told him I was looking for in a vehicle at a super reasonable price and I love it! I was driving it very shortly after, everything being serviced, registered and tuned up on site! I’d highly recommend seeing David for guidance when looking for a new or used vehicle, he really went the extra mile and knows his trade VERY well!

I got a cool car but they wouldn’t budge on the price and instead just offered to add a remote start. So fine I wanted the car so I just did it, they said it would be ready by the end of the week. It wasn’t ready, they didn’t even get the starts till the end of the week. On top of that they want to meet me at town hall to register it before letting me take it which means now I’m not getting it till at least Monday. Literally any other dealer would put temporary plates on it and let me bring it home the day I bought it I have no idea why they insist on making me register it first before letting me take it home but it’s super frustrating. I would not recommend this place, it’s so stupid to have to jump through hoops and go out of the way to get something I paid for.

Today was my first time ever stepping foot into a dealership to lease a car. I know nothing about this so I was very nervous. I was greeted by Adrian Gonzalez and from beginning to end, he made it an awesome experience. I told him exactly what I want and what I was looking to pay. He was very upfront about everything. He was able to get me the car I wanted at a price close to what I wanted. He also proceeded to get me in contact with an insurance company who helped me out more than I expected. I left the shop paying exactly what I wanted between car and insurance. Adrian made sure I liked the car inside and out, took it for a test drive, and explained everything in the car before I drove off with it. I recommend anyone looking to buy/lease a car to go down to Jaffarian in Haverhill and ask for Adrian Gonzalez. You wont regret it

Regular service is always a good experience at Jaffarian. I’ve bought/serviced two cars here. The dealership values my time. Appointments are easy to make. Everything is well-explained, and no “strong-arm” for extras (such as tires).... but they keep me well informed about my car’s needs. A very comfortable waiting area, or a courtesy ride back and forth to home, is always offered. And my car sparkles after each service. 5 stars!

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here to buy a Volvo. I bought a certified pre-owned XC90 and the very day I got the car I had an error light go on which resulted in my car needing over 2 weeks of extensive repairs. Right when I got my car back I had to bring it back in to fix more issues with the car (at this point, I hadnt even driven the car for more than a day). Its less than 6 months later, and I have another error message, so I brought my car in to get that checked and to get an oil change. I was told that since I had hit 60k miles, my car was due for the 60k mileage service, which includes an oil change. I declined that service and asked for only an oil change. Long story short, they did the costly 60k mileage service even though I had explicitly asked for only an oil change, and are charging me for it. So, if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable dealership, this is not it.
Even though we didnt get the car. But the young guy worked with us the whole time, was very helpful and very nice to us. And i thank you. Just that our only problem was that my husband had a fixed budget for a 3rd car.

Keep in mind this review is coming from someone who has worked in dealerships before. I sent in a request on a new S90 and received a response from one of the salespeople. It was good but I wasnt quite ready to commit. When I didnt answer, I was surprised to get a response from none other than Gavin Jaffarian, the sales manager at the dealership. He put together an excellent lease that was quite frankly, at least $50 less per month and less cash down than the offers I was receiving from local dealerships. Even more surprising is that the car was almost 4K more expensive. Its for my elderly grandmother and shes easily overwhelmed. These guys made it easy to get all the paperwork done before I come in so that I can just pick up the car. Its rare that you get a response and get to work with a sales manager directly. I highly recommend Jaffarian Auto Group. Being in the industry I can say for sure that its always better to deal with a family operation than one of the national groups. Thanks again!

Jaffarian has been my dealership of choice since I purchased my vehicle in 2011. They know my vehicle, and they know me. From the moment I arrive at the front desk I feel welcomed. I am greeted professionally and My requests are addressed quickly. If the service requires that the car be kept for more than a few minutes they are quick to offer a ride home and will come get me when my service is completed. Their prices are fair and they have extensive knowledge of the brand. I will continue using them and recommend them to others. I am accustomed to working with David at the service desk. He always makes sure that I have an excellent experience from start to finish. Great job.

Prior to coming to Jaffarian my wife and I went to 4 other Toyota dealerships. We were ready to purchase at all the other dealers however they were playing the games of trying to fit you into a monthly payment and tried to play on the emotions of buying a new vehicle. That was not the experience we had at Jaffarian.From the minute that we started working with Scott, it was a positive experience and it felt as if we were talking with a friend as we worked with him. Absolutely no pressure. When it came down to the negotiating there wasnt any back and forth. I came to Jaffarian after shopping around a few other area Toyota dealers in the area based primarily on the recommendation of several friends that had previously dealt with the dealership. From the minute I walked in the door (where I was greeted promptly) my wife and I were taken care of. I had made an appointment to come in and test drive a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and we were able to come in and drive the exact Truck I was looking for. The Sales Associate, John, was helpful but not pushy throughout the process.Having dealt with a few other dealers prior to coming in, I had a price in hand that was competitive, Jaffarian was able to beat it without any of the drawn out sales tactics that I had come to expect while buying a car. I got a great price on the truck I wanted and walked away happy.The finance manager, Jason, was also a pleasure to work with. He walked us through options on financing and warranties and was able to make recommendations based on my specific circumstance. At no point did it feel like he was looking to sell me something I did not need just to make a few extra dollars which meant a lot to me.Finally, when we were ready to drive out we met with Sarkis who was excellent to deal with. He has been in the business for a long time and you can tell he values building relationships with his customers. Based on my interaction with the entire staff at Jaffarian Toyota, I will absolutely be buying my next car there.

I came into Toyota today for my 5,000 mile service on my leased vehicle. I received a lecture about how I have missed two services from a man in his 20s behind the counter. I told him I have not and I moved from Connecticut recently maybe it wasn’t entered into his computer correctly. He continued to fight me and lecture me. I will NEVER come back here or recommend this branch of Toyota.Update: the owner called to apologize personally and was extremely nice so I would recommend this branch just not Ernesto (service counter guy)
I had a ruff start at this dealership. I believe mostly it was because the first sales consultant didnt take me as a serious buyer considering my age. He couldnt really answer a lot of the questions we had and he just read the key points off of the screen. After wanting more specific information, I was then paired with Maggie and all I can say is she was a miracle worker! She kept me up to date through out the whole process and we even managed to have some laughs in between all of the insurance nonsense. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you ever need a car!
I was in the market for a new Corolla for my 79 year old Mother. I had touched base with a few other dealers thru my Auto Advisor for a new car and had extremely negative experiences. I had touched base briefly with Chris about a Lease. Since my Auto Advisor did not use Jaffarian I went on my own with Mom and I am glad I did! Chris was just incredible. He had a lease deal which was exactly what I was looking for. I ended buying the car instead of leasing because Chris made me such a great deal. Replacing a totaled vehicle is not a good starting point but from the moment I entered this dealership the pieces fell into place. I had had a prior good experience in the Volvo service department, which was repeated when I was forced into the market for a new car. Always felt my satisfaction was the only goal, yet I never felt pressured. Fairly treated in the negotiation phase and blown out of the water when I came to pick up and learn about my new car.
After the family car was totalled we stopped in to see what our options were. Andrew was helpful and informative, provided options based on our wants and needs, and got us into vehicles that matched our budget. They have a great team. We will definitely go back for service!!
For the most part, I have had good luck working with Jaffarian Toyota, having purchased two Camrys from them in the past 5 years. The buying process (in once case leasing) went well and the sales team members I worked with were approachable and supportive throughout the process.I would have given Jaffarian a higher rating but unfortunately had a really poor experience recently causing me to take my business elsewhere. I had gotten a call from them saying that they had a buyer for my leased Camry and wanted to take it back early (had 5 months left) and wanted me to come in. I said that I would but that I was not interested in a new vehicle just to be up front. I was told that was fine and an appointment was scheduled. I arrived at the appointment and long story short was told that they didn’t actually want to buy out the lease; basically, it was a pitch to get me in to buy something new. What made matters worse was the dismissive treatment and flippant comments given by one of their team members. I ended up finalizing the lease early just to be done.I will say, the owner, Gary Jaffarian, reached out to me to apologize for the situation. Gary’s concern over how customers are treated is impressive and more indicative of the service I was used to prior to this past weekend. As I said, I did go back to the store another day (I was told they dont take leases back on the day I had my appointment) to turn the leased Camry in. I worked with another gentleman, also named Gary, who was very helpful as the lease was closed out.All in all, there are some really helpful team members here but sadly also some who could still work on refining their customer service skills. While I dont plan to return, my decision is based on poor service by a few there and not Jaffarian Toyota as a whole.
Had an awesome experience at this car dealership. All of the people I dealt with were very helpful, and went above and beyond what I expected. Maggie was my salesperson and was very helpful, she made purchasing my first car easy, and stressless. I told her what I was looking for and the price range I was in, and she pulled up a perfect fit. When I decided it was the car for me that same night she helped me fill out paperwork and ended up staying an extra two and a half hours after closing to make sure I could get my new car the next day.There were other staff members that stayed later as well to help, and I appreciate the extra time they took to get me my car asap. Overall, a great facility and a great team. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I entered the dealership to test drive a Highlander. We were introduced to Glenn to help us with the process. Although Glenn is relatively new to Jaffarian he did a great job getting the correct information and completing paperwork. We took the Highlander out for a test drive and he did a good job telling us about the vehicle but also giving us the time to experience it.When we got back to the dealership we decided to purchase the Highlander. We worked with Glenn and Bob Marcoux to get the best deal. During this time we also had some fun with the two of them taking that "pressure of buying a car" feeling off of us. My wife was not feeling well because she was hungry and her blood sugar had dropped, Glenn went to get her pizza from the employee break room. His concern for how she was feeling was greatly appreciated.When it came time to signing the paperwork we worked with another Bob who did a great job of explaining additional options. While we were filing out this paperwork Glenn was having our vehicle prepped for delivery and we were able to drive it off the lot.The team at Jaffarian get along well and are a great team which makes the buying experience a great one!

This is the second time I have leased with Jaffarian. I had a service appointment scheduled on Friday, May 25, with no intention of leasing until my current lease expired in October of 2018. I simply went to the Sales Department as a fact-finding mission to ascertain what costs I would incur if I were to lease a similar vehicle from them in October. I intended to shop around dealerships for the best offers when the time came.I was immediately greeted by the General Sales Manager who was most affable and intelligent, and he listened to all of my concerns patiently. He answered all of my questions, accommodated all of my requests, and we made an agreement resulting in my leasing a 2018 Corolla LE that very day -- something I never planned to do. I believe it was an interaction that served both of us well. He set me up with Ricky Arora to review all of the information necessary to close the agreement. Ricky, as well, was most knowledgeable, professional and courteous; he never pressured me, and he clearly explained and showed me all the intricacies of the new Corolla LE I was about to lease. He spent a great deal of time with me, never rushing me.
The whole process was a great.I did a lot of investigating prior to visiting the dealership so felt very prepared. There were a number of various trucks available on the lot that provided lots of options. The sales person Carl Rogers was very knowledgeable, considerate and understood my needs. The truck I eventually bought was on the lot and ready to go.The loan manager was friendly and well informed. She had my loan prepared and approved very quickly with a very low interest rate.I was excited about picking up my new truck and the sales person knew it. He kept me informed during the prepping and registration process with multiple calls. He had my trucked cleaned, windows tinted and available for pick up in less than 2 days. Completely forgot to do my inspection even after I asked for it over the phone and in person (in addition to a tuneup). Only realized their mistake when I brought it up again while paying for the tuneup - they said my only options were to wait over an hour or go somewhere else. I went somewhere else and I suggest whoever is reading this to do the same

They didnt have the exact car I was looking for but located one at another place and had it at the dealership very quickly. My Salesperson, Andrew, was outstanding. My husband was having a hard time trying to decide between two vehicles. Our salesman Tom Rosenthal was terrific in presenting us with as much information as possible to help us without pressuring us to make a sale. He went that extra step to follow up and obtain the vehicle type we wanted so we could try before the buy. Seeing the vehicle and getting to test drive cinched the deal, we bought same day. Everyone we encountered from the pleasant greeting at the door to the finalization of the sale were terrific team members. We got a good deal at a fair price and will probably return for another vehicle purchase when needed.

Im getting old and Ive experienced a lot of car dealers and service departments. No other service department demonstrates a concern for the customer like this one. Others pretend, these folks just make you feel valued. They do a great job maintaining my car and making suggestions, but they never force me into anything (unless its safety related). Theyre pricey, but Ill keep going there because I feel its worth going there. -BMcD

No good results at Volvo area of the dealer when my new car (18,000 miles) repeatedly had different problems) and the dealer did not pay for the new parts and labor. More than $1,000 out of my pockets for repairs in the first 16 months of the lease. Not fair. In the Toyota area the everything is being a lot better for me.
Not the place to buy a used car. I love the car I bought, but cannot fathom the amount of problems that I encountered. Disrespect, attempts to bully you into financing with them. The problems were to many to mention here. I will say I left with my used Volvo that I just paid 22k for with a REJECT sticker on it. And they were fine with that! Can you imagine that? They did not care. Who is in charge? The dealership could not have made the experience more problematic if they tried. Take your money elsewhere. I would not go back if they were giving Volvos away for free.

Jim Craven is by far the best Salesperson that I have ever dealt with in the past 45 years of buying cars. Mr. Carl Rogers was also wonderful. While I didnt end up purchasing a Volvo, I found the experience to be delightfully transparent. I decided upon an Acura because I loved the sporty ride but the sales guy at Volvo completely set the standard for all other dealership interactions. I completely walked out of IRA Lexus in the middle of talking to the sales guy because I was so spoiled by my experience at Jaffarian. The Volvo salesman listened to what I wanted and was very transparent about the deal he was offering (and it was a very good deal too!). Absolutely no oh I have to talk to my manager back-and-forth BS games. As a woman, I really appreciated feeling like the salesman listened to me and respected what I was looking for. If you are in the market for a Volvo, I would highly recommend this dealership. Very honest people.

The entire atmosphere is very professional.I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience.They checked tire alignments, provided me with a report on the condition of the tires, brakes, etc., ; all complimentary at my 20,000 mile checkup.AND the car was washed, too.
After 15 years, it was time to replace my Toyota Corolla. I had purchased it at Jaffarian as well as my Camry prior to that. As a matter of due diligence, I researched various makes and models, checked websites, consumer publications, etc., but returning to Jaffarian made the most sense to me. I visited their showroom several times, and each time was greeted the moment I walked in, and again by everyone who crossed my path while I was there.It took me a while (and several test drives) to settle on what I wanted, but throughout the process, Sales Associate Adam Colarusso was great to work with; patient, informative, respectful and best of all, no hard sell. Both he and Sales Manager Gary Clark worked with me on pricing and upgrades so that I ended up with the exact car I wanted in the price range I wanted.The overall team (beyond Sales) was very cordial and appreciative of my business. Sarkis thanked me several times for choosing Jaffarian and stressed how important customer satisfaction is to them. Jason in Finance was also very accommodating and helpful.Ive had the car a week now, and in that time, have received two follow-up calls from Gary asking if all was well and offering assistance should any be needed. Its evident from the entire teams actions that customer service and satisfaction is important to them. And, as a repeat customer, I appreciate that.
This is the most professional car dealership that I have ever done business. Every employee at Jaffarian that I dealt with was more than able to meet my needs in finding a new vehicle and making it affordable. I was able to tell my salesperson Rick exactly what I was looking for and he was able to find me the perfect vehicle.
I bought my car here and have brought it for service for the last year. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. If your looking for a new Toyota or Volvo check them out!
I have tried going back here so many times to give it a chance but I never do like it. Expensive. Takes 2 hours for an oil change even when you have an appointment. They dont rotate your tires with the oil change. Isnt that standard care?! They told me I needed work that my local mechanic said isnt needed yet. That has happened twice. I think they tell us they need work so they can scam us out of money. That being said it is clean in the waiting room. Sometimes the counter help is friendly other times they are jerks. I dont recommend them.
Was a pleasant experience. Vehicle was checked over while I waited in a comfortable lounge area with a free coffee! I have always been treated very nicely at Jaffarian Toyota!
CROOKS AND INCOMPETENT IDIOTS.I was in an accident and took my car to Jaffarian to fix it. A few weeks after the supposed fix I experienced a rattling noise. I took it back and Mark Jaffarian (in charge of the body shop) test drove the car with me and the representative from the insurance company. They did not hear anything and dismissed my complaint. Subsequent to this, I complained to the service manager; he then took a test drive with me-heard the noise-and did fix it properly. The noise came back recently and Jaffarian will not acknowledge that there is a noise at all and will not look at my car any further.So they never did the repair properly in the first place-finally fixed it for a time-now the problem is back and they are telling me basically to go away and not bother them anymore. Now I sue them and take any and all steps to make this right.Owners response is laughable. I could never reach Gary Jaffarian directly to discuss this-he was busy/not in/ couldnt give a fu@$ as evidenced by his non-response. See his lame comments at the end here-DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU TOO!! They did NOT fix my recurrent problem due to their incompetence, negligence, and idiocy. Do NOT take your car here for service or auto body repairs. I have lodged a formal complaint with Toyota corporate as well as my insurance carrier Commerce insurance. I now have to have this fixed by another body shop. This other body shop heard the noise loud and clear on my test drive and fixed it properly-leading me to conclude that Jaffarian is not only incompetent, rude, and unprofessional but also deaf! Jaffarian will be getting the bill from this other body shop.
We had an existing lease with four months remaining, but Gavin and Beng worked with us to get us in a new lease now while there were still ‘18’s on the lot. We were treated very well, feel like we got a great deal and are very happy with our new ride... Thank you...

This is my second purchase made through Jaffarian. What a great group of people! My expectations were fulfilled in all avenues all the way down to being shown every last button in my Toyota Rav 4. After having a not so good experience at another Volvo dealership I decided to go here and what a difference! Everyone was nice, the waiting facility was clean and wifi worked great. Then they fixed my car and did not charge me as it was under warranty. Ill be back!
Had some body work for the second time in a year. My daughter hit a deer this time. I made sure I dealt with Paul again. Once again, everyone came through and did an excellent job.

I spent the better portion of the past three weeks trying to find a new car; a search that accumulated visits to nine (yes, nine) dealerships. After the first eight rendered more arrogance and BS than a person should have to experience in a lifetime, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at Jaffarian. Every single one of their personnel was accommodating, informative, and above all, honest (a variable that was entirely absent in my experiences at the previous eight dealerships). Richard took the time to listen to what I needed to accomplish financially, and then proceeded to give me a thorough break down of every possible option. He made it evident that he wanted me to make an informed decision that was in my best interest rather than pushing me into the most expensive car possible. My sincerest gratitude goes to these guys for providing truly exceptional customer service and for halting the mental breakdown that i was on the verge of.

Beware of the service department! I thought my lane departure system wasn’t working, however I just needed to turn it back on by hitting the button on the steering wheel.The service manager told me that it had to be recalibrated and would take 2.5 hours and cost $250. I refused the repair I was told was necessary and hit the button by accident 2 days later and it worked perfectly fine again. I emailed Gary Jaffarian directly regarding my experience but never received a response.I’m not sure how professional mechanics attempted to charge me $250 to fix something that was working fine and then upon trying to escalate the matter to determine what happened I received no response.You can draw your own conclusions as to the proficiency and/or veracity of this dealership.(Regarding dealer’s response:)My vehicle was in house and I have a voicemail from your service manager stating that the LDS wouldn’t function until it was recalibrated. It is working still contrary to what I was told and the price I was quoted since “Safelite doesn’t have the equipment to recalibrate after a windshield replacement it has to be done at the dealership.”You should tell Safelite that! 😂

I thought it would be safe to have my wife take her car to be serviced. Volvo is a premium brand and there is no way they would treat a woman differently, right? WRONG! They started by completely ignoring her for 5 minutes when she was trying to drop off the car. The rest of the drop experience involved insulting questions as well as just rude interactions. I will be finding another dealer that lives up to the expectation I have from a premium car brand.
We had a great experience the day we bought our new vehicle but it was on a Saturday. So we where to pick it up on Monday and it wasnt ready when it was supposed to be and because of that we were in a rush to grab it and go. Therefore we now need to go back and have certain things about our warranties gone over with us and find out why we have no owners manual!! I will change my rating and any recommendations to others based on how things go when we go back!!
The service at Jaffarian Toyota Volvo was truly great! Their prices were what originally attracted us to the dealership and then their willingness to work with us on our trade-in is what ultimately helped us make the decision to purchase a vehicle from them. Ali was more than accommodating and was straightforward and honest with us when it came to the sale. If all salesmen were like Ali, car shopping would be simple!
Jaffarian sold me a car with significant oil consumption issues and health/safety concerns. These issues have been consistent for the six months I’ve had the car, I can’t get in touch with anyone to buy it back, and keep getting the run around with repairs.The oil light first came on soon after purchase, when I checked it the dipstick it barely had a spot at the bottom of it, according to service it was 2 1/4 quarts low, they said the person who changed the oil before I purchased the car probably didn’t add the new oil properly and it was no big deal - they topped it off, told me not to worry about it and sent me in my way.Shortly after that incident, I returned because the oil was low again - they said they had to change the dipstick to track it better.I was back in in a few short weeks, they topped it off and said they had to take pictures of the spark plugs. When I didn’t hear back from them in the time frame I was given, I called them and no one knew anything, they said they couldn’t find record that I had been there... they said they’d have to call me back. I waited. When service finally got back to me they said they wanted to change the dipstick again and that Volvo didn’t have a fix. I asked at that time that they buy the car back, I had already been there so many times missing work. And really, what is changing the dipstick again going to do! My request went ignored, no one from management ever contacted me to take this nightmare of a car back. After phone calls back and forth and finding the oil extremely low again they decided the pistons and rings needed to be replaced.When I got the car back a few days later there was a gouge in the inside of the door and when I questioned it, I was told it was from the seatbelt when they test drove it. They said they could try to file it but really there’s nothing they could do to fix it.I went back again after the pistons and rings were replaced because it was still losing oil. The excuse was that the oil needed time to work through and they said they had to top it off. I was assured it was fixed. Well it isn’t. I was right back two weeks later and this time I was told I wasn’t checking the oil properly. Service stated that “new oil looks like water and I was reading it wrong” NO - the oil sensor hasn’t worked since my first visit.... I’ve been checking it regularly since the first issue and bringing it in, I was always right before and now they’re telling me I’m not.. I know how to check oil, it is low. They said they don’t worry about their cars losing smaller amounts of oil - well I do. I didn’t sign up for this, the car shouldn’t be losing any oil.The other issue the car is having is water leakage inside the car and who knows how long it’s been like that. I noticed it while driving in the rain because it was raining on me. Water also ran down the the inside of the windshield when I stopped.According to Jaffarian, the factory windshield needed to be resealed. There was some kind of stuffing coming out in between the ceiling and the glass. I’ve never ever heard of a windshield needing to be resealed.. but that’s what they did and called me to pick it up. I asked if the carpet was cleaned up and dried and they said no because they hadn’t noticed it was wet. Well if they tested the windshield for leaks, wouldn’t they have noticed it was sopping wet? They said they’d clean it and call me when it was done. No one called, I had to call for a status.I picked up the car today, the windshield was not cleaned, it still has water spots from the leak on the inside and the carpet is soaking wet. Not only that but there are scuff marks and scratches on the hood and side of the car. So, not only is the car still losing oil somewhere, but the carpet is soaked and smells gross, I’m allergic to mold, it’s damaged, and to be quite honest I don’t have faith they really even looked at the issue never mind fixed the problem.
They were excellent. The repaired bumper looks excellent. It was nice to have the rental car company onsite. Very reliable, competent, knowledgeable staff. Friendly atmosphere.
