Google Review JaffarianThe test of an excellent dealership is not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong, Jaffarian Volvo failed that test. Gavin Jaffarian sold me a used 2018 S90 that died at the side of the road due to an electrical problem less than 2 hours after taking possession. He was unresponsive to my emails and phone calls which made me question the nature of the sale and their prior knowledge of the problem. The next day, after threatening to call the Attorney General, I finally received a call back. Gavin Jaffarian was non apologetic, disrespectful, threatened to hang up on me, insisted on telling me how this affected him, and lacked compassion for my ruined Cape Cod vacation. He finally agreed in writing to buy the vehicle back. When I went to the dealership to get my check and sign the title back, I dealt directly with the owner, Gary Jaffarian. He was incredulous that I asked for a certified check, did not care about my complaints, and generally dismissive. They still owe me $125.77 for the insurance Gavin told me to keep on the vehicle during the period I awaited the title. My first offer was to exchange the car I was returning for a similar vehicle they had for sale, but after I was treated so poorly, I could not buy again from the Jaffarians. Of note, Pat in Service, and John who delivered the vehicle, were kind and apologized for the problem but when the owners act as they did, the dealership cannot be trusted. By the way, the 2018 S90 Brown Vin #LVY102MK7JP047331 is for sale again, for $3,100 more than I paid, buyer beware!
I unfortunately had gotten into a bad car accident where I was hit and my car was totaled. I work crazy hours and needed to find a car quickly and I wanted to get a safer car then what I was driving and that’s where Jaffarian Volvo really stepped in and helped me. They made something that was really stressing me out into a very un stressful thing. I picked out what car I wanted online and spoke to Gavin Jaffarian and he helped me through the whole process. I was able to come in and work with a great salesman, Umbain who was waiting for me with paperwork in hand. From start to finish the whole process took no longer than 3 hours and I was able to leave the dealership with my car registered, inspected and insured. Once gas prices started soaring and I was offered quite a bit over the KBB value for my Ford F150. Ive been in the market for a Subaru Outback. I live 2 hours north of Boston and have been to all the Subaru dealers in between. None have had exactly what Ive been looking for.After shopping all day going down the line of said Subaru dealerships it was getting dark and rain was starting. My husband and I decided to take a chance, drive a little further into MA and look at 1 more car at Jaffarian Volvo. After test driving Outbacks all day I knew exactly what I was looking for. To my surprise, I found it at Jaffarian Volvo! My salesman Tim Page made my experience at Jaffarian an enjoyable one. What an oxymoron, no one likes to buy a car! Im still smiling, I truly love my car!Seriously though, I had top notch customer service at Jaffarian. Thanks goes to the sales team all the way down to the people out back. This review is for the salesman Urbain. We purchased a 2022 XC-60 for the wife. After spending a very long time at the dealership test driving 2 vehicles we decided on the XC-60. Urbain could not have been more patient, professional or friendly. His sincere follow up even after the purchase was greatly appreciated. We did find the gentleman who valued our trade somewhat condescending but Urbain was the best. We were surprised that after having the vehicle for only 1 month it needed a software update, but the service dept was very satisfactory. They took the car in the same day that we emailed for an appointment.
Terrible customer service, stay away from these guys. My nightmare started when they told me my 670 credit score got me a 17% interest rate (WHAT??) my father, who’s in the industry in California, called the bank, and found out the REAL rate was 10%. And these guys weee raising the rate in exchange for money from the bank, (BE CAREFUL THEY WILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON SALES PRICE THEN BUMP THE INTEREST TO MAKE UP FOR THE DISCOUNT. I ended up purchasing a 30k certified pre owned truck after hours grinding them on interest rate, only to get in it and find my floor mats missing, my oil light and maintenance light on, the truck dirty, and nobody in sight to answer my questions, once I pointed out the oil light was on I was told “an oil change is 69.99” I JUST BOUGHT A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED TRUCK WHY WOULD I PAY FOR AN OIL CHANGE??on top of all this they are just downright rude and condescending, I felt taken advantage of and pressured.
Honesty - Speed - Ease - Offerings - this is what I saw from Gavin, Greg, and Narek have been amazing. Its not often you review a car dealership...but I felt compelled to. They let me do everything over text, worked around my tight time constraints, helped me find the right vehicle when the other guys wouldnt do it and have even helped me with some issues that made my life easier. Theyve been great and I highly recommend!

I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect in my adult life.I drove an hour and a half just to test drive an rare model and consider doing business with you, but it’s obvious that your sales manager didn’t want to do business with me from the start.The preconceived judgment and attitude of your sales manager was so bad and personal that I wouldn’t recommend your dealership to anyone.I’ve been a Volvo driver my entire life and I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
I had an excellent sales experience with Jaffarian Volvo in June when I was purchasing a new V90. I live in PA and found them online and they had some amazing deals, so I ended up buying from them and having the vehicle shipped to me. I worked with Tim Page and he was great!The entire process was super simple. They sent me all the documents, I got everything done at my local notary, sent it back with their envelope, and then they had a shipper they usually work with and she figured all the shipping out for a reasonable price and the car got to me in a couple days. I used Stacie Thistle at Fisher Shipping for all of that and while I think they were a bit more expensive than a few others, the service was also excellent and well worth it.Everyone I dealt with at the dealership, including the owner, were all very friendly and I felt like they wanted to make sure I had a positive experience.I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jaffarian in the future, even if they didnt have the best deal (which they did). The quality of the service was so high and the minimal amount of work that I had to do on my end was so low that I really appreciated how they valued my time which is most important to me.Picture is the car right after it arrived at my house! We live about an hour outside of Boston. Needed a new car when pandemic hit. Called around, not so much for price, but more for who was easiest. Jaffarian responded quickly, no hassles with pricing or pressure. Vehicle was delivered to your house within a few days. After purchase we had an issue on our end with title/insurance....they helped and got it fixed for us. Just had our first service, they delivered loaner, picked up, serviced, and dropped off a day later. Like most, I do not look forward to buying a car, and would consider myself to be a high maintenance buyer. I recommend Jaffarian to anybody looking for a Volvo. I think my wife likes them better than the car!!
Stay away from their used cars sales. I saw their internet listing, got in contact with Alfonso. I tried to negotiate the price. He refused to lower the price and said that if I come in person his manager might be willing to come towards. I set an appointment with him and also asked about the condition of the car and he said the car is in a very good condition.The price was reflecting very good condition. Me and my wife made a long trip from Boston during our work day. First disappointment, the car is not ready for us, they need to go somewhere else to get it. Alfonso is not there.We wait for like 30 min. The car finally arrives, here come the second disappointment, it has dings all over the hood! Its like hail damage. Total waste of time and unprofessionalism.

After many years of driving different luxury brand vehicles, I decided to give Volvo a go as the XC60 always caught my eye on the road when I saw it. I ended up at Jaffarian in mid 2018 as they were the only ones who had T6 models in stock at the time. The dealership showroom is nice, but a bit small and the waiting area is less than ideal if you choose to stay there during service. They appear to have an area set up to plop your laptop down to do some work, but it was always closed.Every single task invoking this dealership took way more time than anticipated or multiple visits to reach a solution. The sales process is exactly what you would expect, even in 2018, I sat in the showroom for at least three hours doing back and forth negotiating instead of being presented a reasonable offer the first time. At one point during the process, we sat for probably 45 minutes while our sales guy disappeared and then came back with another mediocre offer to lease the vehicle. If I didnt want the very specific car they had in stock, I probably would have just walked out, and I probably should have anyway.The service experience was also mediocre at best during my time of ownership. A few days after taking delivery of the car, I started receiving warning messages about the brake system and after bringing it all the way back to the dealership, I was told there was a software update that fixes the issue. Why wasnt the latest software and fixes installed before I took delivery? Looking online at the time, there was a service bulletin related to this that was pushed before I took delivery, so it was perplexing how this was missed. Cars should be delivered with all available software and fixes installed, no questions asked. Various other recalls were issued during the 2.5 years I had the car and every time, without fail, the problem wouldnt be fixed after the first visit. I had to bring the car back THREE times to fix a check engine light related to an exhaust pipe recall. During this visit I also needed a state inspection, which the car obviously wouldnt pass until the check engine light went off. I took a loaner vehicle and was called to come pick the car up after the recall was complete, but they couldnt perform inspection as the codes hadnt cleared yet and I would have to come back AGAIN. I told them I wasnt coming back until it was inspected. They miraculously were able to make it pass inspection later that day. Funny. The only saving grace for the dealership was that they came and got the car the 2nd and 3rd time. Speaking of the Volvo Valet service, they do not utilize the service properly. You are instructed to download the Valet app, then the dealership never updates the status of the job.The final nail in the coffin for me was when I decided that I wanted to exercise early termination for my lease, as I was moving across the country and didnt want to take the car with me. I called and cleared everything with Volvo Financial and was instructed to simply take the car back to the dealership I purchased from (Jaffarian) and obtain an odometer statement. I called ahead of time and spoke to Gavin who told me he doesnt want anything to do with it and that he had never heard of anything like this before which I found incredibly difficult to believe. After multiple back and forth calls and eventually getting Volvo Financial and Jaffarian on the phone together, they reluctantly agreed to take and ground the car. The bottom line here is that this was between Volvo Financial and myself, Jaffarian was just essentially performing a transfer of ownership and of course they made it as difficult as they could for me.End to end, nothing was easy to accomplish at this dealership. For a dealership that is an extension of this luxury brand, they really ended up souring my opinion of Volvo and I would definitely not recommend anyone purchase from them. The only thing keeping this from being a two star review is the fact that they came and got the car multiple times for service when I live about 25 miles from the dealership.
My husband and I knew what we wanted and Hunter at Jaffarian Volvo was excellent at helping us to find and get it! Hunter was straightforward, direct, informed and very helpful. We really enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend him to others!
Gavin was able to make the transition from my 2020 XC40 R-design that I had gotten via “Care by Volvo”.... into a 2021 Volvo that I had been contemplating, off his showroom floor. I absolutely love it! Thank you!Also, a special Thank You to (Tim) for his knowledge and patience with me asking him 101 questions while he was getting me settled into the new car.Again, kudos to the entire Jaffarian staff who made the last year a lot easier, and were always friendly and attentive, regardless of what the situation.
The Sales Team at Jaffarian Volvo goes above and beyond for their customers!! Speaking from personal experience, I knew exactly what I wanted; Gavin and his team made it happen! Despite not having the exact car amongst his inventory, he found it and stayed within my price range. Additionally they gave me a great price for my trade in.As if that wasn’t enough, when the vehicle arrived I realized it was missing a feature I wanted/forgot to mention...With an even keel and a lot of patience Gavin kindly said, it’s no biggie we can add that!Because I was trading two vehicles, they delivered my new vehicle right to my doorstep, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with it, reviewing all the technology.Thank you again Jaffarian, this first time Volvo owner is very happy!

Decided this time around to Lease a Volvo XC 90. They have caught my eye the last couple of years and have a high rate for safety features. When I did my research Jaffarian Volvo came up with a Lease price that was much better than the competition. I went in and met Alfonso sales manger .He was a straight shooter. He introduced me to Nareck in sales. He was smart, caring and took interest in making us happy. No stories or games just straight talk and honest salesmanship. Car shopping during Covid could be far from enjoyable but Narek, Curtis, and Greg In finance made the process easy and comfortable.I live 6 hours from Haverhill, which led Narek to go above and beyond in making sure the vehicle was well photographed, even taking and sending his own videos and photos of the car on a 100 degree day so that I didn’t waste a trip up. I bought my 2021 xc40 from Jaffarian Volvo recently. The manager was diligent in finding a vehicle in the right price range and color with many of the options I wanted. However one option I absolutely required was a heated steering wheel because of a medical condition I have with poor circulation in my hands. The car he found for me did not have this. The manager assured me that he could have it installed after and he would work with me at a reasonable price. After being ignored through a dozen follow up emails I found out from the service manager that this option could not be installed after purchase. I would have imagined the manager would know something this important before promising it to a customer. Too bad because the service I received was good until the sale was made, but afterward it was as though I didn’t exist.
I went in on Monday, test drove a car mentioned I had been preapproved for pricing. Afterwards I called to ask for an appointment to meet with someone, I wanted to talk financing options. I went, sat for a half hour, no one acknowledged me so I got up to leave, they chased me into the lot apologized.I called to make a deposit while I was waiting to figure out what was going on, and I was told I couldnt use my own financing. After multiple times I talked about using service credit union and they confirmed they use it as well. Apparently this is listed on their web site but was never told to me in person. Eventually I was told fine whatever, use your financing.because we live in NH we would have to schedule a time to meet up at our town hall to take possesion of the car and do some sort of titling issue and they had no availability until the following week, (this was a wednesday and we had already BOUGHT the car)Scheduled something for Monday at noon. 30 mins prior while I was at work I got a text with a picture of a cracked windshield, completely across the front and was told he wouldnt be there to meet up for the car trade off. Much back and forth ensued. Theoretically they are getting a new windshield and overnighting the paperwork.NOW it has been OVER a week, I STILL dont have my car.Stay far away from these people no matter how good the price.
Stay far away! Never in my life have I experienced such a group of rude, inconsiderate, and condescending people. If you are looking for a consumer-friendly experience that values the customer don’t come here, and this is coming from a previous Volvo customer. They don’t return phone calls, answer email, and change the price of a vehicle at the last minute. Given every opportunity to respect the sales process and address customer concerns, their attitude was to humiliate and berate the customer. If I could give them zero stars I would. Curtis in sales, Stacie in finance, and Gavin the GM are very unprofessional and unresponsive. From top to bottom a crooked dealership. If you value your time don’t come anywhere near this place.****In response to owner**** As consumers can see, instead of addressing consumer concerns, you choose to offset the blame on to the customer. Your version of events are much different from mine. My main concerns were never addressed (changing the price of the car), and I want to make it perfectly clear the full refund was by my request and not what anyone would call prompt. It took three days for anyone to confirm I would be receiving a refund and six days for it to arrive. If you would like to continue this public discourse I would be happy to upload all the communications between the dealership and myself. This way the public can form its own opinion. Not all of the communications would be considered courteous or professional.
I recently leased a 2020 Volvo S60 from Jaffarian. Narek was my salesperson and Deserae helped me through all the financial information. The items in Narek and Des control were handled flawlessly with great communication and courtesy. They were able to help me find the vehicle I wanted at more than reasonable price. Very disheartened and disappointed in how I was treated when reaching out about purchasing a VOLVO. I went online inquiring about purchasing a Volvo. I asked to be contacted VIA EMAIL. Within 10 minutes, a salesrep called me. I told him I wanted to purchase a Volvo and had a $3000 deposit ready. He asked me a few hurried questions and asked what my credit score was. I told him I was at 690. He tried to cut our conversation short. I asked him to EMAIL me contact info and such. No EMAIL ever came to me. No follow up call. NOTHING. The ironic thing is, I was notified by my Credit Union the next day that I was pre-approved for a $50,000 car loan. Didnt contact Jaffarian Volvo. Treated badly enough for one day....just TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Went with another dealership that treated me like a human being. Thats all I asked.....................
2 years ago, i took my 2004 XC90 to have it service and they failed to to check all the le hi le fluids and 2 days later my vehicle over heat because of lack of fluid.Fast forward to today took my 2018 XC90 to have it service. Spend 650 dollars do an oils change and they could not even give me a complementary wash/Vaccun service. they is by far the worst dealer i had the pleasure doing business with. wont be doing business at that dealer ever again..

I absolutely love Jaffarian Volvo and all of the sweet faces that welcome when I arrive with questions or service needs. Gavin Jaffarian is always available and helped me to get in the XC90 of my dreams but once the new XC60 allowed to transition from one to the other. Ronnie will greet you at the door with a smile and then Richard, well hes a man of wisdom. Great advice, find a man that loves you more than himself. He also took me to the Hooksett, NH Town hall to get my new plates. Easy as pie!! The Volvo cars are pretty sweet too. ;) Go check them out today!!

As a previous customer of Jaffarian, with family ties going back over 50 years, its disappointing to be writing this review. My hope when returning to Jaffarian was to be treated with respect after dealing with a mechanical and safety defect for almost 20 months. Instead, my husband and I were treated like the enemy.Volvo corporate has serious work to do with regards to customer satisfaction in general. The current system places all the communication and power on the individual franchise, which is counter to best-practices across the industry. This process contributes to a lack of transparency and trust when trying to handle issues. Volvo closed our case multiple times without any notification (emails and phone records available upon request), and resisted working with us after having a rear drive shaft, rear diff, 2x sets of brakes, headlights, air suspension all replaced, in addition to electrical system issues and a strange vibration at highway speeds. Finally, after a lot of time and stress, we were able to get them to agree to get us out of the vehicle and into a new car.Thats where Jaffarian comes into the picture - we originally bought from Gary/Gavin as our families did business together for decades. From the first time I reached out to Gavin this time around I was given the cold shoulder. Multiple attempts for a phone call were ignored, as Lisa the receptionist can confirm - I had to dredge up his email and send him a summary to even make contact.The email back wasnt professional, didnt even address me. It was roughly 2 sentences, and focused on picking out a new car on his lot. We did finally speak on the phone, and his first response wasnt about making sure my family is ok after all the stress - he told me bad mouthing his brand wasnt going to get me anywhere. Mind you, Im explaining the situation and how weve gotten to this point as he is new to everything, not bad-mouthing anyone.Fast forward a week, with me doing all the leg work and Gavin treating me with as little respect as possible. Most of his emails arent even a complete sentence and he refused to take my calls multiple times.This process crossed the line from transactional to unethical at this point - as Gavin took it upon himself to bury profit into the replacement vehicle and tried to charge me for bumper damage on a defective vehicle, that also has applicable lease end wear and tear coverage.Gavin attempted to bully me unprovoked, threatening that my only other option was litigation if I didnt take his car. He backtracked three hours later (without a reply from me) with a second email trying to soften his tone.We went into the dealer hoping we could just wrap this up. Once there we were treated like the enemy - with Gavin holding court at this desk. He gave me the kiss the ring attitude, for what reason I still cant understand. Then yelled at me when I asked if he was keeping my defective car to resell - yelling in response that I need to Show some respect. This was by far the least professional interaction Ive had with a manager, and its clear that either Volvo or Jaffarian hasnt been investing in brand training or customer service.Beyond shocked that this franchise would attempt to put another family into this defective vehicle! If someone were injured in this car I would think Jaffarian is on the hook for liability.Our suspicions about why Gavin was not transparent were verified by Volvo when we picked up the exact same replacement car (in white instead of grey) at another franchise, for over $70/mo less, and hundreds less due at signing. Who tries to profit off a defective vehicle?! This practice is against franchise policy with almost every premium brand!Thankfully another GSM treated us with respect and professionalism and turned our experience around within a week of walking out of your showroom.
Not too happy with my latest service, tooked my car for a brake change and was told that I only need it cleaned, talk me into other services and now my car is braking horribly. Is there was 0 starts I would have given it. Not satisfied.
I had another excellent service experience today at Jaffarian Volvo. I made the appointment on-line which was easy to find a convenient time for me to bring in my vehicle. The service dept sent me a video explanation of what they were doing. And then i received a call about the completion of my service right on time. Made my day easy. Thanks
I went there to test drive a Volvo xc40. I ended up buying the car the same day. My experience was pretty decent. The sales representative I was assigned was a bit standoffish at first. Partly, I think because we came straight from work ( dressed in shorts and t-shirts ). But, as soon as he knew I was serious, he was very helpful. A good experience overall.
I had to wait a little while extra for XC60 service but, it was well worth it. Everything was to my satisfaction. I will definitely be back.

I would like to take an opportunity to share my experience which has been delayed about nine months because of the COVID-19 I recently purchased a 2020 tundra that I absolutely love the Toyota brand has been in my family for over 30 years the vehicle and the corporation as well as the dealership has always exceeded any expectations that an auto manufacturer can offer as well as a dealership I speak from my heart I would recommend that anyone that is interested in a Volvo or toyota. Exceptional service, as always. I was able to bring my car in at a convenient time after work. Both regular service and repairs were taken care of seamlessly. Everyone from the front desk to service manager to body shop staff (Mckenzie) communicated updates to me without me having to pester them. They have a loyal customer in me!

This place is so unprofessional. I emailed Jaffarian over three weeks ago and I never heard back from them. I tried to call them and when I got a response Gavin was extremely rude to me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!
Ive been a customer of Jaffarian Volvo since 2007. Once I started driving a Volvo, nothing else seemed to live up to them. They always offer beautiful, luxurious rides with a side of sport and safety. Thats Volvo. I stuck with Jaffarian because of the service. Everything from buying/leasing cars to regular service has been fantastic. They make me feel like Im the most important person to them and work hard to deliver exactly what I want. The sales team is professional and really listen. They make purchases easy and have the process down to a science. The service location is clean, and the employees very knowledgeable. Ive looked at purchasing other types of cars, but no one has lived up to what I found at Jaffarian and Volvo. I highly recommend this dealership.

I visited the dealership this afternoon because I am very much interested in purchasing the Volvo XC60. I was in the lot for about half hour and no one came out to assist. I young man from the Toyota side notticed that I need assistance and offered ro help. I began to ask him questions about the vehicle and apologized that he didnt know much about Volvo and offered to get someone to help us. We wanted in from entrance of the dealership I saw the young man tell the sales representatives that we are looking for assistance, we waited standing in front for 8 minutes and no one came out to help. I will be taking my business to the Volvo dealer in Nashua NH. This is not new, customer service is not a priority for Jaffarian. I gave one star to save the post, but they deserve a zero rating.
Jim O’Brien greeted me professionally, courteously and safely for my first regular maintenance on my S 60. He provided several “safe distance” options for me to wait in the dealership, which was immaculately clean. Nate was the Volvo tech who serviced my vehicle. He promptly pointed out the condo built in my engine compartment by neighborhood rodents. He removed the nest, inspected the area for damage and declared it “all-clear”. I’m sure he saved me a lot of heartache down the road.Nate completed the routine service, addressed any recall issues, and returned a freshly washed car in good time. Jim provided a thorough explanation of the visit, and Nate sent a video of the vehicle and all the services he provided (nice touch). Finally, thanks to Harut Yesayan for showing me how to work the high-end coffee maker in the showroom!
Bought a CPO Volvo from Tim, who was very easy to work and communicate with. We were very happy with the experience here, never felt pressured and would absolutely go back to Tim and Jaffarian for our next vehicle.

I recently purchased a used Volvo S90 from this group, and had an excellent experience. The initial draw was based on a competitive price and car model, and that might have been enough for a positive review. The people I worked with made the purchase go very smoothly, which definitely left me with a positive feeling. In particular, I dealt with Ronnie as the point on the actual deal, and Brian during the process of actually deciding on the car and handing over my own leased SUV as part of the process.Ronnie was great to work with - very straight forward and responsive. Some haggling was involved, but not a high pressure process. The effort Brian put in is what really has me putting 5 stars on this review. Brian clearly knows the product and had great enthusiasm during the whole process. A handful times I feel like he personally went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied - even well past the actual purchase date. In the end, it was working with Brian that makes it a no brainer for me to go back for future car purchases - and to recommend the group.

This is the rest of the review Chris posted:This morning I spent some time and did a little more research on the trade in value on KBB, the average sale prices for the car we were trading in (I worked in sales for many years and I know at the end of the day companys need to make money and wanted to make sure what I was asking for wasnt unreasonable), and also decided to check your website to see if you had any Honda CR-Vs for sale. Here is what I found the KBB value for my wifes 2014 CR-V EX in good condition with only 42,000 miles is $12,000 - $13,500 (a median of $12,800) We were offered $9,800 and then $10,300 and that he really wanted to see the car in the daylight before he could do anything better than the first offer (again I think he wanted to go home more than see it in the daylight). When I pulled vehicles on Auto trader to make sure our ask of $12,000 in trade in (which was our small amount of positive equity for down payment) was not unreasonable. In looking at the 4 cars of that model that came up (with mileage similar and much higher) I can see they ranged from $14,600 to $17,900 for listing prices for a median $15,675. So I dont think our ask was unreasonable at all. I also decided to check your website for any Honda CR-Vs and what do you know, you guys have a 2009 Honda CR-V EX-L with 162,000 miles for sale Stock #12672V which is very strange considering you guys were going to need to send my wifes 2014 with 120,000 LESS miles on it to auction according to your manager that we met last night.Another thing we noticed last night while starting the negotiating process is that no one asked us about our credit scores so they could calculate the payments assuming the proper interest rate based on scores and then obviously if we settled on a sale the credit application would have pulled back the exact number. When I was running numbers on my own using an auto loan calculator I can see that based on the total sales price last night of about $23,500 with taxes, the doc fee, the $0 equity I can see that to get to the $402 monthly payment for 72mo that the interest rate used to get to that figure was about 7%. I know from recently refinancing my 2017 vehicle and what our credit scores are that 7% is absurd. And there is no way to properly gauge the interest rate without knowing if we have no, poor, good, or great credit. I can also say that if the numbers were calculated with the correct % and if they wanted to work with us at all on the trade in to get us to a reasonable number that works for both us and your dealership. Then the monthly payment could have reached the number that we were looking for and had planned on with doing our research ahead of time. If that was done properly your dealership would have sold a car last night. But I really and truly feel as though your sales manager did not want to stay later then 8:00PM to close a sale so he came up with numerous excuses/reasons for us to not buy last night and he walked our business.
I could not have had a better car buying experience. Everyone from the sales manager, sales reps, service, finance, and especially the owner, treated me with the highest respect and professionalism. I know when I bring my car in for service I can expect to be treated like a Volvo car owner should!! I have no problem recommending my family, friends and co-workers to do their car buying at Jaffarians, (and I have)!!

Getting into a new lease was extremely painless here. Everyone there went above and beyond to make the process smooth and make sure I was getting what I wanted with the least amount of pressure. I’ve never had such a stress free experience in a dealership. They were responsive and efficient which made all the difference in my decision. They also showed no hesitation in meeting me at town hall (since I live in NH) to switch plates. They strived to be as helpful and informative as they can and they succeeded. I’ll definitely be back in a few years for a new Volvo and will refer anyone I can to Jaffarian.

This dealership is the best for repairs on my 2008 C70 Volvo. Renee is awesome and really she is the main reason I go there because she always takes good care of me and my car Vivica and shes a pleasure to work with. They are so honest there and I know Im never getting ripped off.

On a Friday afternoon (6/1/18) at 3 PM, we were driving along 6 miles south of Haverhill, MA in heavy stop and go traffic when our Volvo began to overheat. As soon as we could move some, it settled down. With 150 miles to go, I was worried about these circumstances, so with the hep of my wifes iPhone, we discovered the Jaffarian Volvo was only 3.9 miles away in our direction! We pulled in there at 3:15 and pleaded for help. They could not have been nicer to us, and pulled a tech off another job to diagnose our problem. Electric radiator fan was shorted out! And they had one in stock! So we were told it would take 2 hours and quoted us a price. We gave them the go-ahead, and we were out of there in one hour at a substantial savings under the original quote. We were on our way again and VERY thankful to Jaffarian Volvo for their kindness and assistance.

I just bought a new 2019 Volvo XC40 at Jaffarian Volvo and I can not say enough about how great the service was. I was nervous to buy a brand new car, but John and Gavin made the process so simple and seamless and I am happy with the choice I made. Not only did they help me, but they made the experience great for my mom too by servicing her Volvo and walking her through her warranty options on her pre-owned XC60. Overall, the pros of this dealership were fantastic and I would recommend anyone to visit them in their car purchasing process!
I bought a used 2011 BMW 535XI from this dealership a little over 2 months ago. The car was advertised to me as never having been in an accident, but that was clearly a lie. The front bumper, fender, and drivers side door have all been poorly repainted (almost looks like rattle can on the bumper cover) and the headlight as well as side marker have over spray on them. Over the past 2 months I have paid $1600 in repairs for this POS for things like the radiator, a water valve (no heat for a majority of January), brake pads and rotors, thermostat, water pump, and now I have to go get a new battery for the damn thing. Im not usually one for writing reviews, but this is just ridiculous. I have never felt as much buyers remorse as I do now. I DO NOT recommend this dealership unless youre buying a new car from them.

We were chased off the lot, by a salesmen. At first I though the man was joking but he was not. We were told customers are not allowed on the lot for liability reasons. Most other dealers we have been to in the price point we are purchasing give us the keys to anyvehicle and send us off. We crossed paths with 2 salesmen and no one offered any assistance. We will buy from a dealer that earns our business.
