I am extremely disappointed in the honesty of the parts department. We ordered a part over 2 weeks ago. We were told give us a couple of days. We checked the next week and were told Friday. Checked Friday and we were told Monday. We checked Monday and was told Wednesday. Checked Wednesday and was told the part was in the facility in Boston and the part should be here on Friday but to call Saturday. Went in on Saturday and was told the part was on back order until the 29th. There is no way they didn’t know this was happening.

Literally have no idea as to what work was performed on my work van. I picked up after hours and asked to have any paperwork with description of work done left inside of van. I was told it would be there and it wasnt. I called and left 2 messages with no call back and spoke to someone on a chat on their website and I was told I would hear back by someone as they would be relaying this to service department that day. I gave my email address and let her know that I would prefer if service department could send it to my email so I could forward to my boss as he was curious about what work had been done, but if they needed to call instead that is just as well. I had taken it in May 25th and now we are in mid June with no return call back, no email, no paperwork and no idea what was worked on or what they did to resolve it. They fixed the issue which is great but I need to know what caused it. I dont know if Im crazy for thinking this is something that is an automatic and obvious part of the process when work is done to a vehicle to get an explanation of what the mechanic did to fix it even if no payment was due because it was still under warranty. Oh and this is not the 1st time I had to contact them numerous times to request a work order receipt on this same problem with my work van and all I have been told was it was something that needed an ordered part and the person I spoke to this time around couldnt remember what it was but he would have the details on my paperwork and hed leave it in my van. Yeah thanks for doing that buddy....

Not impressed at all. The truck my husband wanted stayed online until after the truck was already sold. Made phone calls double checking to see if it was still there. Some woman said yesbits still here, we have to have 1,000 deposit to hold it, but failed to tell us we could use a credit card for said 1,000.... called the morning of letting them know we were on our way to buy the truck, and no response either way. No lie, we were driving onto the lot, AS THE TRUCK WAS DRIVING OFF with the new owner behind the wheel. They also didnt have anything to offer us when that happened. As I said before, Not impressed at all. The salesman that we spoke with when we got there, however, was so nice. Still, we wont be going back.

2020/2021 has seen the absolute demise of the Service Department! Ive bought 5 cars there over the last 15 years, but its over! The Service Department is understaffed, overworked, and incompetent. The most recent experience confirmed it. They checked over my Jeep after I hit a curb. I was told that everything was fine, no damage at all. So I closed my claim with my insurance because there was nothing wrong, right? NOPE! While having tires put on somewhere else, the tire tech noticed that my suspension (on the side I hit) was destroyed. Im looking at about $1,500 in repairs, that my insurance would have paid for, but its too late, Im screwed now...

Purchased our second vehicle from this dealership in 2 years and both experiences were great. Kevin Maestranzi and the rest of the team took good care of us. If they have a car you are interested in, dont hesitate to go visit them.

What a scam of a dealership! Long story short- I brought in my vehicle for a check up. Paid a couple hundred dollars out of pocket for whatever labor was associated with that. No clear explanation for what exactly and the receipt although printed- was filled in by hand as to the service performed and vague. I was told I was not allowed to speak with the technicians. I had to explain the issue to the salesperson and he then relayed the issues experienced to the technicians. Curious. I’m sure they probably didn’t even look at it. I was told the engine was bad and that I had to junk it. I knew this wasn’t the case as I’ve had mechanical experience prior with working on vehicles and it only seemed electrical in nature (electrical symptoms). But they strongly suggested that I junk it and buy a new one as if I had access to unlimited funds, which I didn’t so I declined. After a costly tow to and from the dealership I was about to give up and junk the thing. I decided to wait and try to fix it myself. After some online reading and YouTube videos, I was able to determine that the coil packs were causing the problems. And replaced them. Car has been running strong ever since. This occurred pre-pandemic. But vehicle is still alive and well. I will never go back to a Bill Deluca anything! And I definitely do not recommend!!!

I made an appointment for 11:00 am for an oil & filter change. Typically should be, if I give benefit of the doubt, 1/2 hour job, tops. 12:30 pm, my vehicle was still outside while other vehicles went in before me. When I approached so called service advisor and told him of my dissatisfaction, his response was, we are very busy and because I presented him with a Mopar Bill Duluca Coupon for Full Synthetic Oil & Filter Change, he had to buy a contract and that took about 1 3/4 hours. Finally got out of there at 1:30 pm. Thats 2 1/2 hours for a oil & filter change with an appointment. And when I scheduled it, I mentioned I would be waiting for it.When I mentioned I would not be back, the service advisor shrugged his shoulders more or less stating, he didnt care.Now I wont even go there to buy a vehicle either. Absolutely terrible.
