I had my car towed to this dealership because of a flat tire on my run flat tires. I walked into the service center and asked the first service representative “how are you?” and I didn’t get any response, just walked by me. When I was called to the service representative’s desk and he asked me to write down my name, address and phone number on a blank piece of paper instead of connecting with a customer and asking for the information while he typed it into the system like any other customer friendly place. I informed him that I have the premium warranty tire repair package he was passive on the information I gave him and made it seem like it doesn’t matter. He mumbled “this f-n guy” under his breath. I informed him to not charge me anything without telling me. Several minutes later he told me that my tire wouldn’t be covered because the thread is too low. I have low profile summer tires and 16k miles, along with winter tires that I have changed throughout the seasons. He didn’t bother to make an attempt to contact the warranty provider to see if it’s covered. Instead he wanted to charge me for a new tire. I shouldn’t be judged on my gender, race or age when going to an establishment.

Worst experience I’ve had.After being said that my aplicação was approved and everything else was done including setting up date for pick up the vehicle, I was informed by the financial Maneger that Mercedes Benz will not fund the loan because I do have a limo service company and I could use the vehicle to do Uber or Lyft. I do not recommend this dealer.

I purchased my C300 from Smith in 2016 and I have received nothing but exceptional service since day one. Most recently I got a flat tire and was close enough to the dealership to get there safely on my run flat. Unfortunately, the dealership was already closed but Mr. John Smith happened to have pulled in behind me. I explained my situation and he immediately opened up the doors for me, took down my information, and offered me a loaner vehicle. Since I live in Peabody and have a 4 year old son, having a car in order to get back home meant the world to me !! Craig was also willing to stay late for me so that I could return the loaner despite my later working hours. Everyone at Smith always goes the extra mile for their costumers and I highly recommend them to everyone I know who owns or is interested in purchasing a Mercedes. Simply the best around !

Very disappointment! I have E class and they where not able to figure out electronic problem and tell there is nothing wrong with it. My car was under warranty at the time, it kept staling on me randomly. I had to go to 3ed party to solve the issue with relay - Mercedes refuse to look into the issue further!

Unless you have money to LITERALLY throw away do NOT go to these guys. I tried to get work done from them twice for my 2014 e350 and it was HELL. The first time I went to them they broke my hood latch and wanted me to pay for a new one Until my mother started flipping out on them but the reason I was there was to fix my headlight Dave told me I need to replace the whole unit to fix the light bulbs and that it would cost upwards to $3200 to fix. I went to Dana’s auto shop in Lowell and they only charged me $800 dollars to fix. And now I had to bring my car to them last month for a recall. I received the car back with my Aftermarket backup camera not working. I called them and Dave stated instantly that it was a Aftermarket Camera and they couldn’t do to much but they could take a look. This place is literally a joke. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Very happy with the sales team mainly highlighting our sales rep Randy Wheeler . And the finance manager Lauren were absolutely great every step of the way!! I didn’t get to see the vehicle before we bought it only a model similar to it and when it arrived we couldn’t have been happier. As we were going to leave we noticed that there was a large scratch on the rear bumper and trim and within a day or two they already told me they approved the scratch to be fixed right away!! They lined it up with my own personal schedual which is not a easy task with a newborn and they made it as easy and pain free as possible. Had the loaner car there and running and warm for us and our baby for when we got there and to boot it was Randy’s day off and he made sure to coordinate it with the other guys to make it all happen. My 2000 ML55 wouldn’t go into gear, I was stuck, couldn’t move vehicle. The vehicle was being detailed at a Detailing Shop. I called over to Smith Motors and explain to the Service Manager what was going on, and was told that it sounded that water had gotten spilled onto the gear shifter, which made sense, because the Detailer was using a steam cleaner to clean inside the vehicle. The Service Manager recommended that I call Mercedes roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed to the dealership, which was free towing! Once there I was informed they were very busy, but would try to get to it ASAP. I was given a free rental, and informed that they would call me once they got it into the service department. I was call the next day with a cost to repair, which I OK, and the following morning was called stating the vehicle was ready to be picked up. What great fast service! We own two Mercedes a 2001 SL 500, and the ML55, both has been the most reliable vehicles we have ever owned with Smith Motors always being there for us from Sales to Service, always being greeted by the same personnel that been there for as long as I can remember away making everyone feel as part of the family. We are planning to buy another vehicle shortly and Smith Motors will be the only place we will be shopping. Many thanks for all you do!

Easiest car buying experience ever!! Brockton was awesome and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at. Its definitely a no pressure, super friendly atmosphere at this dealership!I live in NH so they offered to get my temp plates for me to make life easier but because Covid is slowing the DMV down it took a little longer than expected. Due to the DMV, my car wasnt ready on the day I wanted it. So, Brockton let me borrow a 2021 glc loaner to drive because my previous car was bad in the snow and a storm was expectedthat night! They were just so nice and caring to work with! Highly recommended them and Ill be a repeat customer for sure! Top notch customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Randy was very helpful and not at all pushy. The dealership didnt have exactly what I wanted, they checked around for me and eventually we decided to order from the factory. Randy gave me the best deal without the back and forth I have had to deal with at other dealerships, making the car buying experience much more enjoyable.I received my car this past Thursday and I couldnt be happier. The finance department was able to match a rate I was quoted from a local bank. Randy took a great deal of time going over all the unique features of the car; he was thorough and patient, there is a lot to learn! Diagnosed my vehicle the other day, they told me to fix my axles and my center bearing cause it was causing my car to make Thumping sounds when I fixed it, that wasn’t the problem at all after all . They just giving you an opinion. They don’t know what there talking about or looking for . I was told that they don’t sell certified pre-owned vehicles out of “area”. I live in Colorado and was told no deal. Very suspicious and a complete waste of my time. Ive been to another Benz dealer and it seemed that the service and treatment received was directly proportional to the class of car you own. Not at Smith... I woke up with a flat tire. I called MB and within 10 minutes got a call from the roadside service from Smith Motor and the driver was arrived within 20 minutes. He was very pleasant and took care of my care within minutes. Best Christmas eve present

I called with an issue and they were working on the car within an hour!David Penney, the service consultant who took care of me, made me feel as though I was a priority customer. He was very efficient and mindful of my comfort while waiting. This is the type of service I expect, and always receive at Smith Motor Sales.My car issue was fixed and I was in and out of there within an hour. I would never go anywhere else.
