I am very grateful for Bill, Richard and the service crew of Riverside. Bill especially went above and beyond in a challenging situation with covid shutdowns and delivering of Ford parts is non existent. I literally called every day to every other day checking on the status of my car part. Bill didnt give up. He was positive, supportive, compassionate and patient with me. Four weeks is a long time to go without a car. Though it was challenging for me to say the least. Bill and Richard were informative and on the status of possible parts. My confidence in a car dealer has increased 100%. Im grateful to know that there are good service departments out there. Riverside service not only has my business but I will refer everyone I know to them. Honest customer service is extremely important to me. I dont just refer anyone.
