Helped me out with my tires and alignment. Im not sure if the lady that works the front is family or part owner but shes very polite and knowledgeable. Everyone there was respectable and courteous. Fast service at reasonable prices. Very well run business.

They got me in on incredibly short notice on a Friday to change my punctured tire. The service was wonderful, and they did a great job!

Called them and they had the best price out the door for all new tires for my mother in law who really needed tires. After the good experience we had there with her car and realized we had a flat tire on our SUV one morning we called them and they said they could fix the tire so we brought it to them.We had taken the tire off of the truck because it was not drivable. It was completely flat and roughy it to them to repair which is 45 minutes away. They called and said it was done and there were no holes it was around the beading. We drove there picked it up and put it back on our SUV did not drive anywhere and woke up and it was completely flat again. It took my husband 30 seconds to submerge it in water and out soap on it to find the hole in it. Needless to say we wasted time and money taking our tire to them just to have to turn around today and go somewhere else to get a brand new tire.

Went in with grandma to get her van inspected!!!! They were soooo friendly and fast!!!! Very understanding about the girls being full of energy as well! Thanks yall!

Great place for tires, auto maintenance, and repairs. Fair prices and solid customer service with the ability to drop off your vehicle for the day.Just make sure you communicate what you want exactly. If you dont know what is needed make sure talk to the tech and they will be glad to assist.

If they dont do any of the work they dont charge you and then give their employees Saturday and Sundays off

Tried to sell me a new fuel tank and fuel pump for $585. including labor. I didnt need a new fuel tank. Just drop down the old tank and install the fuel pump! Went to another garage cost me $270. to install fuel pump. This is after I had purchased two new sets of tires plus alignment?? Very unethical.

Baldrees Tire store in Havelock is superb. They are friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Ive enjoyed doing business with them and I would highly recommend them.

Great and HONEST company! My husband and I were in shock when they called to tell us it was not actually the starter that was wrong like they initially thought and it was instead a cable. This is a super honest place. They offer a great value and Ive never felt like Ive been had. Mr. Baldree himself still works at the front desk and endures everything is done well.Ive never made an appointment and have always been out of there in less than an hour for standard things.They also do state inspections, which is very helpful.Its easily walkable to a large superstore and several restaurants, so you can kill some time if you forgot something to read.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Baldrees for many years and have always had fantastic service. Everyone Ive dealt with has been friendly and professional. They do quality work at a fair price. Never had a bad experience.

This place is great! Prices are fair and work is excellent. My wifes friend accidentally put water in his gas tank and needed help. They fixed it right. Get there early, the line forms quick. Very friendly. If you need tires or auto repair, they can help. They do not tow but they can give you a reference for another shop that charges fairly.

I knew no on in this town but as with this fabulous place. I was treated like royalty. Even driving my car up to the perfect loading place. Almost like the red carpet was laid out just for me. They absolutely have my business for life.

Went for a state inspection and was told it would be around 13 dollars, then they threw in a tint fee without any warning and said it was because the vehicle doesnt come tinted. How are they supposed to know how my vehicle came since they were not there when I bought it. Do not go here or else you will be scammed. Literally go to any other inspection place and it will be cheaper with no hidden fees.

Gary always takes the best care of me and my truck. The prices are usually the best and the quality has never been in question, I have never left Baldrees with a negative experience. If youre new to town check them out. You will not be disappointed.Side note, they get really busy so dont be upset if it takes a moment for them to pick up the phone.

This is the only place I actually trust to take my car in eastern North Carolina. Not knocking any other shops, just saying this is where I go and this is where I will stay. They are always wonderful to me.

Wonderful place! I got there right at opening and they did my alignment in about 35 minutes. Also, they had the cleanest bathroom Ive ever seen in a shop. I am from out of town, but I would highly recommend this place!

This is a great local place to bring your car for routine service! They treat you like family and treat your car like its their own. Strictly first come, first served, it can get busy but that just means a lot of other drivers trust their service team. Just call ahead if time is an issue for you or plan to be there early when they first open.Oil changes are much more than a few quarts and a filter. They check fluids, belts, tires, etc, at no extra charge. Annual inspections are a breeze, too. Theyre especially kind to their older clientele and thats really nice.

Quick service with a smile. You can tell the owner takes pride in the work he provides to those in the community. Pricing was exceptional for what I had done. Even though Baldree is 20-30 minutes from home, I will definitely take the trip to get my car serviced.

I dont just know if it bad luck or bad timing but the last two visits were great until I left. First time i got an oil change and inspection, everything was fine. When i pulled off and rolled down my windows, 3 of my 4 power windows all popped and been off track ever since. Then i got an oil change on my truck this past Tuesday and my engine light popped on Friday. Got the code read and they said my Thermostat needs to be replaced. My truck is fairly new, no way the thermostat just went bad that fast. Now my car is stuck in my driveway. I dont know what to do

Only place Ill ever go in havelock. They are very helpful and honest. They have even let people I know use their tools in the shop or borrow chemicals and they are easy to work with. Ive never seen them take advantage of anyone and they almost always have the cheapest rates. Great place.

I have used Baldrees Tire twice now in the past month and both of my experiences have been stellar. The gentleman than I worked with (Gary) was courteous and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I dont know much about vehicles other than general knowledge but he was patient with me and was able to explain everything so I know what I am paying for exactly.Gary was able to get me a set of tires for my vehicle for a good price and he even opted out of the more expensive ones ($40 more per tire) because doesnt feel that they perform as well as the Tiger Paws that I got. That right there spoke volumes to me since I know that this man isnt trying to sell me all the bells and whistles to make a quick buck, he is going off of his insight and honest opinion.Roughly 2 weeks later I returned. Service was excellent the 2nd time I was there (fuel system servicing). They even honored their online coupon of nitrogen in the tires when you buy a set of 4 so I got that for free as well, despite buying the tires weeks ago.All in all, an excellent privately owned business and not some heartless conglomerate. I highly recommend. Heres the kicker: they give a military discount! Just make sure you ask!

On January 14, 2020, I went to Baldree’s in Havelock to get my tires mounted and balanced and to receive an alignment.On January 27, 2020, I found one of my wheel bolts on my driveway, so, we decided to check the torque on all of the other bolts. We found two additional loose bolts (not even hand tight) on two of the wheels. I called Baldree’s to explain to them what happened and was told by the lady at the front desk that people “make mistakes.”The next day, I found a wheel weight in my cup holder on the driver’s side.I am very displeased, to say the least, at the type of work ethic that their employees have. This is very dangerous to me and to other drivers who get their vehicles serviced at this shop. This was my first time visiting this shop, but I definitely will be taking all future business elsewhere.

I am in Havelock for work. Came out in the morning to a flat tire; glad it wasnt while I was driving on the freeway. Called Baldree based on the reviews I saw online. While I was at work their staff showed up at the hotel, picked up the keys and took the truck back to their shop to put new tires on it. They made everything easy and the price for the Mickey Thompson tires was great. They handled everything very professionally. Truck is running smoother than before. State of the art equipment and top notch staff. If youre in Havelock, NC and in a jam Baldree Tire is the first and last place you should try.

Friendly and trustworthy staff, I have had a great experience for each of my 5 visits so far. They are my first choice for tire installations, alignment, brake rotor turning, and state inspections. They have also helped me inspect damage I have done to my rims (100% my fault), and identified the correct lugnuts to use on my rim/car.

Great place, great atmosphere and definitely worth the price. They are upfront with you about all costs. They don’t have hidden fees, and they let you know before they fix anything how much it will cost. They might be a little bit more expensive than some places but they are worth it! I Loooooove Baldrees!
