My husband and I were looking to buy a mobile home from them. We fell in love with one of the mobile homes we looked at. The lady said we could have it that day for a certain amount $. (Which was an amazing price) We went back to do paper work and to ask a few questions a few days later, and they jumped the price up by 7,000 dollars and told us we miss understood the lady. When clearly she told us the price she quoted us 3 times! We didnt mind paying the extra 7,000...if that was what the original price she quoted us, but it was the principle. As a sells person I feel that they should have stuck to the price she gave us or called us and at least let us know the situation before we drove all the way back down there just for them to tell us we got it wrong or heard wrong? No she told us wrong.We were not pleased at all with this company, and its sad because they had some beautiful mobile homes!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I drove onto their lot BUT what I got was the house of my dreams and friends for life when we purchased our mobile home from Southern Colonel Homes on 49 in Hattiesburg. I fell in love with “The Farmhouse” and these people, my friends, did everything they could to help us, I am so glad that we bought our home from them. I had soooo many questions and Smokey and Randa were there EVERY step of the way to answer all of them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile home, they truly care about their customers and definitely go above and beyond for them. Dear Mr. Campbell back on May 3rd 2016 we purchased a new mobile home from the McComb site with Matt Bougere! We gave him $19,000 cash, since then we have had nothing but problems that even your son Ryan Campbell took him off the manager position and down to a sales rep! We our still not in our home and it was not even put where we wanted it! They just came and dropped it the 3rd week of Sept. it was promised to be delivered on Aug 5th! The conditions of this new home is a nightmare it looks used and not constructed properly! The molding through the whole home has been cut wrong gaps through out every room, cracks, lamanation torn of cabinets and the ilsland in the kitchen! We have a signed 1yr contract with Matt that the island base would be replaced the cabinets in dining area would be replaced and they never put the 2nd light in the bathroom up above the double sink! There is errors in every room! Would you want to live there I think not!
