Purchased a home from Spartan Homes of Hattiesburg. Corey, the service manager, was great and stayed on top of everything. Everything he was in charge of happened in a timely manner and was easy as sending a text message. I am giving 4 out of 5 because their were so many hiccups that had to be worked out because of contractors, but Corey did work them out!

My wife and I shopped every dealer in south Mississippi and south Louisiana over the past year and had settled on dealing with Fabian (who is a super nice guy by the way) at Titan homes. We had toured the Franklin factory and settled on a home on Titans Laurel lot. We left a deposit and were ready to get started. To do my due diligence for my family, I visited with one other Franklin dealer to make sure price was in line. Well we were able to find a much better deal, so I called Fabian. He apparently tried to get us a better price, but nothing doing. So we went to Hattiesburg to get our deposit back and hit the reset button. I was willing to give them another shot at quoting the same house with some changes. But when Chase (apparently one of the owners) came out to talk with us, he came off as quite arrogant and it really turned us off. Sorry Fabian, you were great, but it just didnt make business sense for us to continue our journey with you.

Closed on our new home today at Titan. When we first stopped by in October it was just to look but we fell in love with a Franklin home. My husband has built homes and remodeled most of his life and was sold on the construction and quality of Franklin. We decided to design ours from another floor plan. We were able to pick out everything inside and out. Our salesman (and now dear friend) Ryan Shows was the kindest, most patient person you will ever meet. He is top notch just like the homes he sells. We will always refer all our friends and family to him and Titan! They truly treat you like family.

I love Titan homes. Rob and is really good person to work with and he shows that he cares. He would help you any way possible to get what you want. Fabian has a good team of workers.
