I wish there were a no star option. I don’t normally give bad reviews but I feel I’m obligated to others to let them know the issues I have had with my 2016 home. My cabinets started peeling off at about 7 months into living in my home. I called, sent numerous pictures as I was told to do. Nothing was done. I’ve already had to replace my sink, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and just paid over $1,000 on my inside furnace where a 2011 unit was put in my 2016 home. I paid over 100,000 for my home I guess I just feel like I shouldn’t have had so many issues in just 5 years. I understand that most of this was over the one year deadline but the cabinets weren’t.

Where is the option for no stars? You should note that an extended home warranty is not actually an extension of any warranty. If you like exterior leaks, plumbing leaks and homes with no level or square walls, look no further. I realize a trailer is what it is but one might expect more for $150k.

Friendly staff and good inventory. Know your options and do your due diligence for what you want. Options to check are registers in ceiling as opposed to in the ceiling.Parking is easy, lobby is comfortable and they have complimentary refreshments while you explore their products.

Customer service was great during the search for my home. After the loan was approved was when everything went down hill. The home was not delivered when promised. Production of the home was poorly assembled and a rush job in my opinion. Ive had my home going on three months now and I still have no skirting around the trailer.There is room for improvement in communication for the whole Clayton home team.I do not recommend purchasing a home from Clayton Home.

Do not buy from this company. They will sell you the world but won’t deliver on their promises. I have faulty plumbing, faulty fire alarms, bent walls from transportation, won’t refund any overpayments, wrong faucets, missing light fixtures, delivered with scratches in sink, stove and refrigerator. None of these have been addressed, just tell when to be home wait all day for someone to show up for repairs.... nothing, no call, no text, no email. Just constant excuses. In fact they have cashed checks they say they didn’t receive from me and refuse to refund my money back to me. Looking into hiring an attorney.

Extremely disappointed!! The customer service is pretty much nonexistent. they do not follow through with returning phone calls or keeping appointments. We have been waiting months for our home to be completely finished and for them to follow through on the things that we asked for in our contract and were assured would be taken care of and theyre remedy now for the situation is to avoid our phone calls. I would never do businesswith this company again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone I knew. save yourself a lot of aggravation and disappointment and go to a reputable company.

We were first time home buyers and I cant begin to explain to you how easy this process was. It was so easy and stress free! It was also a quick and simple process for us! They people at Clayton Homes in Hattiesburg are excellent people to deal with. I highly recommend them to everyone! Whether its your first time at buying a home, or youve had many before, I am willing to bet that this will be the easiest process yet!

Great homes for a reasonable price. I pull and escort these homes directly from the factory to the dealer so I know they are well built homes.

This company is nothing but liars. They tell you they will do whatever they can to make you happy but then go back on their word. Their solution to a problem is to stick a block under the skirting. And blame the customer saying it is their responsibility to fix now. I wish I could go back and never do business with them. Please search around and find someone else to do business with that will treat you with respect and not lie to your face.

Beautiful homes and extremely helpful staff! I was greeted as soon as I entered the business and the salesperson who walked with me on the lot was attentive and answered every question I had in a way that was easy for me to understand as a first time home buyer.

Update:: Removed a couple stars due to the waiting game on getting our home finished. At the moment i am very disappointed. I’m really hoping that the work will be finished and i can add the stars back. I posted a more in-depth review on Facebook. If you care to take a look!From much research on Clayton homes and referrals from friends, the wife an i stopped in. We were greeted by Jared a salesperson at the lot. We shot the bull and kicked around different things we were looking for in a home! We felt the teagan would fit our needs the best. We had an idea of our credit score and had access to all potential paperwork needed for the process. We handed it all over to Jared and he went to work. I can appreciate his desire to serve his customers. I feel he’s a genuine dude with a heart of gold. I can’t leave Terri out, the two of them tag teamed the sale and “gotter dun”!! I highly recommend Clayton of Hattiesburg and also ask you tell them I sent you! Hope this helps.
