We brought our double wide last year. Tiny was amazing salesman when we had issues that needed to be fix he did his part to inform the service people. It took them forever and the last issue with our windows is still not fixed. The last we heard was they were waiting on the parts to come in . Now we have to come out the pocket to get them fixed. Just make sure you stay on the service people to come fix your stuff before the warranty goes out.

Canton Freeman is an amazing salesman! He is thoughtful and considerate of all your needs and expectations. He is excellent in what he does and I highly recommend using him at Hattiesburg Home Center!

Was in the market to buy a trailer so I went here first since they were open on a Sunday. Was told I’d have to give money to “hold” a trailer. I gave $200 to hold that trailer. It was determined that I wouldn’t get that trailer so we looked at other trailers. They wanted a crazy high down payment which I couldn’t do. So I asked for my $200 back and have yet to get my money back.

Loved how they helped us find a house but still havent received our A/c unit and it has been 21 weeks since our house been delivered!!!!

Went there twice and gave email each time. Was informed each time that they had a certain, reasonably priced, mobile home on the way. That, they would send me pictures when it came in. After first visit I waited a couple of weeks. When I did not hear from them I went back. Tiny told me he had spilled water on his papers and lost my email address. He asked for my email address again and told me that the mobile home would be in at any time and hed send me pictures when it arrived. That was a month ago. I did not go back and instead went to Farris in Laurel and purchased a better quality and better priced home (after having another terrible experience at Magic City - - seems most dealers and sales people are like the proverbial Used Car Salesman).
