I just love dollar tree. There are lots of things in that thar store thats only eight bits. Any one reading this probably dont know what a bit is. ( or was) and it aint something a mean ole dog once did. Lol oh and if ya had to ride the little yellow bus to school well hell everything is one... Just one dollar. Easy to add. Im just playing around. I do love this story tho

Lady locked the doors early and yelled at me through the door they were closed. I said I just needed one thing, they closed at 8, and I still had 2 minutes. That I would be fast. “We’re trying to get out of here!” I said but it’s not 8. She then yelled to someone else “what time we close?!” She was doing this in front of other customers as well. So I told her she didn’t have to have an attitude and left. There was seriously zero reason for her to act like she did from the beginning. Then again, I’m sure she doesn’t care based upon the other reviews I have read. I’ve never been treated like this in a Dollar Tree, ever. I’ll never return… I would rather drive back to Alabama than to go here again.

Dollar Tree has the same merchandise as other stores, but CHEAP!!! It really is the BEST FOR LESS !!!✌🇺🇸 Save the American Way.

Store was clean, well stocked, and well organized. There was 2 cashiers and 1 manager working. The manager and one of the 2 cashiers had a bad attitude when interacting with my wife and I. We will not return due to bad service.

Went in store yesterday. Black female employee told me if i didnt have mask had to leave. Told her i couldnt wear for health reasons. Told to leave anyway. Ok. Except for on thing. Black male standing there with no mask and nothing said. Goodbye dollar tree

I went here recently and was not only turned away but yelled at by two staff members about having a mask. My friend and I went to get supplies with my baby with us, I decided the best bet was to take the mask off and put it on the baby. Upon entering the store I was alerted that a mask was required for entering, I asked the store clerk if she had mask to give me because I had given it to my child. She said no, and refused my entrance. I said ma’am I gave my mask to my baby, I rather protect her. She exclaimed children weren’t required to wear masks, I explained that I preferred to protect my two year old. The lady told me I would have to leave immediately. I explained that the Governor is only suggesting that masks be worn and it has been through his various conferences that he, himself exclaimed that stores should ask people to wear mask but also provide them for those who don’t have. The lady said she didn’t care and proceeded to kick me out. This was mid day and not during a busy time, my experience was so horrible that I will never spend another dime here. For future customer service standards it would be best in these situations during non busy times to offer to get the shoppers needs for them since you are refusing entrance. They could have simply got my supplies for me and ask me to wait just outside the door instead of the ridicule. Masks are suggested not required and you all are missing out on money by arguing with people and turning them away. I guess I’ll be using other Convenience stores from now on.

The staff is rude. The cashier slammed our breakable items in the bag and had an attitude the entire time. We won’t be back to this location.

I am appalled at some of the ways that people speak to you when theyre at work. Youre the customer you should be treated with at least a little respect. But not at this Dollar tree they treat you like youre bothering them for even being in the store. If you dont like your job quit dont take it out on people that are in there to buy merchandise.

Worst store to ever go in. I have had many altercations with the workers and manager here I have called and complained numerous times. Every time I ask for a corporate number they refuse. Worst staff I have ever encountered this store needs to be completely wiped of all previous employees and management.

Went in with target cart I had sanitized and never been trested so rudely by an employee in my 80 yrs of life ordered me out before I could get two items and called the police with me trying to leave. He was acting crazy. I wasnt in there more than 2 minutes and he never offered to sanitize one of their carts for me. An experience like I will never forge .

Im usually surprised by some of the unique items I find here for just a dollar. Everything in the store is only one dollar except the greeting cards, those are 2 for a dollar and they always have a super nice collection. Check out is always slow because they usually have only one cashier.

I went into the store without a mask( did not see a sign) was in the store for about 20 minutes and no one told us anything. Then a rude employee came over the loud speaker and said we had to have mask to purchase anything. So we left and the employees were rude to us as we were leaving. Worst experience at a Dollar tree Ive ever had will NOT be going back there ever!!!!!!

🤯Nooooo public bathroom. Out of stock on a lot of grocery. Grocery shelves were bare in spots and untidy. Most of all...NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! 😤🤬

Went in store in Laurel MS. 2 weeks ago for listerine. Shelves were empty. Went in store in Hattiesburg MS today for listerine and measuring cups. Shelves were empty. Guess Ill be shopping at the dollar store from now on. My time is valuable to me.

They had everything I needed on my visit. I was able to go in and out quickly because there wasnt a long line at the register. One note is that the parking lot needs to be updated; there is a pothole the size of a swimming pool right in front of the entrance

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SELECTION.

Just ran in for literally 3 items. I get to register where one cashier, D is checking out a customer with her light off. I walk up 2 seconds later as she, D reaches for her soda and she says, She can help you at 2. I turn to look because no one is at 2. The cashier for 2 is working up front near the managers room. So I say, Youre standing right here. Ds reply, Im on break!, as she, D sips her soda. I took a deep breath as I walked away, but not before saying This is so stupid!, as I shook my head. Needless to say, the working cashier politely comes and checks me out. There was no line this time and no one in line behind me when I initially walked up to be checked out. If it was such an urgency for a break she, D could have told me upon approaching, instead of sending me to a register where clearly no one is working. Her, Ds customer service at that moment was non-existent. Do better!

It is always 1 cashier on duty and they never ask for help even when they have a long line of people waiting. When I was in line it was 10 people waiting and the cashier was taking her time and gossiping with another lady. I think they need new management in this Dollar Tree because the Dollar Tree on 98 is the best and the wait time is always short because they have more help and they are friendly.

Dollar General is great! One can find all the holiday needs there.

Terrible place to shop. Nothing you needed on shelf. Everything was a mess. Need some help here, only 1 kind of deodorant on shelf, toothpaste on cart. Baby powder on cart. Like I said terrible and restroom was horrible. Sorry but I had to tell the truth.

There was no cold water in any of the coolers, no clear wrap no large bags of brown sugar and the store could have been better stocked and cleaner.

In all honesty, I’m completely shocked at how many good reviews this particular store has received. I’ve been coming to this store for 9 years and every year it get worse and worse. It’s mainly out of necessity because I don’t want to drive out to the one on 98 when this one is about a mile from my home. Maybe I’ve been coming in the wrong days? Because every time I’ve been in there, everything is either out of stock like it got ransacked, in boxes not yet put out and blocking the isles or just plain messy looking with stuff all over the floor. Not the mention that on a lucky day, I’ll spend 10 minutes in line waiting to checkout. They are in serious need of a manager who can manage/ keep the store clean. It’s not hard because I’ve seen it done with bigger store with the same amount of employees. It’s getting ridiculous to the point where I won’t go unless I absolutely have to to try to save money.

Shelves never really stay stocked at all. If you want something from this particular store, you best get it when they put it out it you arent going to get it.
