Joanns is my happy place. The store in Hattiesburg is the best. The ladies there are so nice but professional and help me every time I ask a question. The store is clean and well stocked.

Dana was awesome! She ordered fabric from another Joannes for me for mine and my husbands 25th wedding anniversary garments... Very sweet helpful lady!

The curbside service is awesome. Every order has been filled within a few hours. And theyre quick to bring it out to the car.

They have great marine vinle here! $19 a yard.

It has a vast array of crafting supplies. Not what I was looking for. The ppl were helpful, tho...

Always love going here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Availability and choices of items are pretty good, considering that its a small store. I can usually find what I want here, although the local Michaels has a much better selection of yarn.

I called just to inquire about an item that I seen on the main website. I wanted to know if they had it in the store. The lady on the phone with me was beyond rude. She kept breathing hard in annoyance when I asked questions. Im a jewelry artist that is new to this city so I am constantly buying supplies for my art. If they display poor customer service over the phone, why would I step foot in that store and spend my money there? Oh thats an easy answer... I WONT!

I was able to find a few of the things I was shopping for. The remainder of the fabrics I was looking for were $9 per yard...for cotton...fabric i was going to use to back some burp rags. I dont make shopping at Joann a habit because they are outrageously pricing their things. The store is orderly and I havent found anyone to be unfriendly...except one of the managers. She always has a non friendly attitude. I have been told she feels overwhelmed. Well she needs to find another job. I happened to see MADE IN CHINA on one of the bolts I was carrying. It was 6.99 per yard, so not cheap. There is no telling at the amt of fabrics they sell that are MADE IN CHINA. We need to buy American. Put Americans back to work. If this Joann Fabrics goes out of business, its no big deal in my opinion. Overly priced fabrics and an unfriendly manager make me shop elsewhere.

Nothing to compare to since its all we have in a chain fabric store. Basic fabric choices. Very basic yarn and very small choices in crafting items. Prices are high but they do have an online coupon similar to hobby lobby.

Its not as well stocked as local competitors stores but the staff are helpful and friendly.

JoAnns used to carry Tim Holtz, Ranger, Sizzix, & other products associated with these, now theres absolutely none offered to the customers in these product lines. Im extremely disappointed.

If you are looking for fabric then this is your store! As far as other crafts, they are a little pricey and don’t carry a lot.
