I was amazed and highly impressed at the beautiful store inside was spotlessly clean and so well organized can find anything with ease and the managers and staff were so friendly. They should train all Michaels stores.

We were greeted when we walked in but after that couldnt find anyone to help us and they clearly dont clean the store. Look at all that dust

I love going here for all my art supplies. I do wish, however, that theyd clear all the dirt/dust in the store. Other than that, I always find what Im looking for.

February 2021. They are stripping the floors down. Some of the Concrete is being removed too. I would guess 2 inches total.EVERYTHING is covered in Dust and dirt. They didnt seem to care. I have a hard time buying a filthy items. I value my artwork and projects. They iffer no discounts. I would be careful walking andbhope nobody has ti go there in a wheelchair because the floors arr si bad. Trip hazards are everywhere.I would not recommend shopping now and I wont return during their construction. I dont deel ot is safe. If you have children be extra careful.

I always enjoy my visits at this store. The staff is friendly. The prices are usually reasonable enough that whatever sales they have going on make them feel like an actual deal. They never fuss about giving me my teachers discount. Everything always looks neatly organized.

Ok place not deep enough sale.

Would give it a 5, but the staff is super lazy. How dare you say we only busy, because Hobby Lobby closed on Sunday and your a employee. The line can be at the back of the store and you see staff hiding instead of helping out.

Im not sure whats going on at Michaels lately but it has been my goto place for custom framing. I get a lot of stuff framed and have always been very happy with them. For the past month I cant ever find an employee any more. I called ahead today to make sure someone was working in custom frames and was told they were. I drove over and no one was on the sales floor. I walked the floor three times after setting my items down to be framed at the counter in back, all the lights were off in the frame shop. I asked one of the cashiers if anyone was back there to help and I was told no. How do you run a bisness like this? I understand most people come in to look around and shop a bit but some of us do need a hand and I need to find a new place to have items framed.

Like when I go to a store it always mean Im coming to spend my hard earned cash but me and my nieces was being watched is what we noticed went to purchase red glittered vinyl.

My only complaint is that once I go in, I have such a hard time pulling myself out!! Everything looks so inviting and begse to bring it home

I forgot something after I paid for it. And I called them and they said they had it. I had to drive 45 minutes to find out they dont have it anymore and know nothing about it

Wonderful as always. I saw a lady using a new type of yarn without a hook at the Front Porch restaurant. I just had to try this new way to crochet. They had loads if it at Michaels. I just had to get some to make my great granddaughter ( the princess ) a blanket.

We went just after they replaced the flooring and it was very dusty still and did not have much of the merchandise we were looking for

They had a lot of nice stuff. Their prices are a little on the high side. For example, the bernart 8mm 300 yard yarn was 7 something, you can get that exact same roll at Wal-Mart for 3 something. Kinda pricey, like I said but if you are looking for something really unique, you can probably get it there. And; unlike Hobby Lobby they are open on Sundays until 7pm. Happy crafting!

Gave my kids a hassle about using the coupon on my phone. (They dont have phones.) They were buying things for themselves with their allowances. Shouldve been able to use it. Went to hobby lobby instead. Wont go back.

If they dont have it I can order it via computer and pick it up. Workers are very willing to help me find things and I can spend hours in this store.

They have very good selection. I went for art supplies and they have everything! Lots of pencils, markers, paints, pens, paper, and canvases. They also have fabric, arts and crafts, home decor, baking stuff, scrapbooking supplies, and much more! I would definitely recommend going.

I have always loved Michael’s and made it my first choice for hobby and craft needs. Even though other craft stores may be larger it never fails that I can find what I need at Michael’s first. You can always find a coupon to use here and they offer great activities and classes for kids throughout the week and on the weekends.

Michaels is always a very clean store, with really nice workers. One problem....the store is always hot. Need to cool it down in there seriously.

Good store just dont get any frame work done there.

Their prices are a bit higher than larger stores like Hobby Lobby or Walmart, but they have a great selection that makes it easy to find what you are looking for without being overwhelmed and if you plan your visits right they sometimes have really good sales, especially for seasonal items.

I love to go to Michaels!! We always find so much more than we were looking for. Friendly and helpful staff, prices are average. We love it.

I mean, its Michaels, theres not too much to say about it. A wide variety of crafts and art supplies. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. I know they offer different classes for arts and crafts but Ive never been to any of them; though its nice to know thats an option for people who are interested. The only complaint would be that it always seems the checkout lines move so slow.

Very clean store. Didnt have time to really look around, seeing as were there for one thing and they were about to close. But we paid like 30 and some change bucks for a diamond art, and 4 different ty baby things. They were having a sale. As well we also got a printed out 40% off coupon from them. Normal craft store.

Michaels is my familys favorite Crafting store. Lots of crafting supplies, cake decorating supplies, birthday party supplies and holiday decorations. My favorite store is on hwy 98, Hattiesburg, Ms.

This Michaels has a nice selection of items at great prices. The workers are always friendly and they let me try multiple coupons on my purchase or even check out twice to use to coupons. I drive here from Laurel to get a lot of cake decorating items that I cant find at Walmart.

Its not as complete a craft store as it once was. Less stock in the needlework department especially, but the employees are friendly and helpful. They accept competitors coupons. Free Wi-Fi and have online ordering for same day in store pick up.

The ppl here were great. Because it was sooo hooottt outside, I brought puppy in the store where it was cool. The ladies told us not to worry they was NOT going to ask us to leave. The suggestion was to put her, GIGI, in the buggy and let ride and look around. We has her wrapped up in her blanket.
