This company will hire anybody with a pulse. Whatever I call the store for parts nobody knows what Im talking about are they just order the wrong things to make a sale. The old employees were better but they dont actually care about hiring people that know things they just want bodies in the store.

I just bought a battery for my 2010 F150, the tech ran into a little trouble with a rusted hold down bracket but, he stayed on it. Replaced the battery and the hold down bracket. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Advanced Auto in Hanover,MA

Smaller store but still has a large stock up back. Theyll help you install small quick fixes too like headlight bulbs, batter changes and tests, and wipers.

Takes too long to get in and out of here. I still favor Advance Auto Parts over Auto Zone but i would rather go to their weymouth location. This smaller hanover store with its low ceiling reminds of the CVS in hingham on south st.

I received the most unfriendly, unhelpful service that one could ask for. The lady behind the counter was rude and clearly did not want to help or answer a couple questions that I had. They were all out of a product that I needed and she sharply said that she couldnt order a new one and that I was out of luck. Too bad. Im not sure how they stay open.

Told me nothing was wrong with my battery, even though it was too small for my car, and said to me you probably left a light on sweetie.
