Greg was very rude and hung the phone up abruptly, upon canceling an $18 part. 5 minutes after ordering it. This business is hard enough without added grief. Called back and asked the guy his name. Told me his name was Greg. Spelled it “GREG”.called me back and made things right.

Have only used them a couple times. They were nice, knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. If they don’t have it they can get it in a few hours. It’s a great place for Auto Parts. They have my business.

These folks are honest, dependable, and patient with an old guy like me. I am always asking questions, or how to clear up my fogged up headlights, or I need a bearing for a 28 Chevy, or I am painting over rust. They always have the right part at the right price and almost always right now. If they dont have it, they get it fast, with a smile and a thank you. Just fine people doing a fine job that you can depend on all the time.

These guys are AWESOME, very helpful staff, ALWAYS have the correct parts we need, and if they dont they get them in very quickly. Save time and dont use the other guys, by the time you go back and forth to return the incorrect parts you could have done it right the first time with NAPA
