This place is horrible. I got a battery installed here, which they did poorly. The employee didn’t tighten the ground cable, and also didn’t put the hold bars on correctly. I had to miss a day of work because I lost all power (so with the battery and work I’m out $400) when the stores opened I checked the battery and moved the ground cable and it sparked, and I had power. So I took it back to this store and told them the issues, and they were shocked I had gotten installed in their store. So they fixed it and I called their regional office, who put me in contact with the district manager. Well I’m sitting here more than a month later, and still nothing was done about me being out $400 when it was due to their employee’s negligence that my battery was installed properly. Avoid this place, they will mess up your car.Update: 5/26/2021So the new dm called me and said there’s nothing they can do for their screw up. So avoid the teenager with black hair and glasses, because he will mess up your installation. In fact I would recommend just avoid this company, and go to the many places that will do this job better.

Always an easy shopping experience, always good sales and its easy to walk out of the store feeling like youve got a great deal! The help seems to be genuine when they offer it, Although trying to flag someone down to get directions can be very time consuming If they are to attached at the hip with another patron. It seems you have to stand in line in order to be served your chance to ask a question, but I suppose this is commonplace with almost all auto stores. In order to alleviate that, do not take a honey do list in with you unless you know the INS and outs of whats on that list, and know exactly where to find it in the store.

I needed windshield wipers for my car. They were very helpful. Didnt try to sell me the most expensive but asked me what I could afford. They also installed the wipers for me. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Extremely impersonal. Went in to purchase something. The gentlemen behind the counter acted like it was a burden for me to ask him for help or that he do his job. I left and went across the street to advance where I was treated like a human being with a need and concern.

I went there to get a new battery,my old one came from autozone,it still had 1 year warranty left on it,autozone said they wouldnt honor the warranty because the battery was in the car when we bought it,but they would sell us a new one,i told the guy i could go to walmart and get the same warranty on a battery and save $50 i asked if he would price match it and he said no,so i saved $50 and got the same warranty as an autozone battery always price shop!

They know their automotive knowledge and will assist you to replace the parts onsite if possible. I highly recommend this AutoZone!

The staff are very helpful! She came outside and tested our car battery. And so we knew for sure the battery wasnt taking a charge. Anyways, I recommend this store for fit people who work on their own vehicles. They also have a free tool leading program.

Thank you for attempting to help with my request while visiting your store, but the customer experience was not there. The elderly lady there was someone what rude at the point of checkout. In reference to not acknowledging that I just purchased something there. Wasn’t even thanked, “thank you, have a great day” would have been just fine. After all I did just purchase something, choose this location over many others. A good customer experience is all that one needs.

I called up asking for a certain part. After a while of looking it up the guy says uh Im not sure if we have that here. I had to ask are you not sure you have it there? Or do you know for sure you dont have it? Yea we dont have it was then the response. Didnt ask if I wanted one ordered to pick up the next day. That was just the end of his conversation we dont have it and Im not interested in looking was the message I got. Although advanced autos in my opinion usually seem to have much friendlier, knowledgeable employees anyway.
