I found an amazing Groupon online for a wheel alignment, so I decided to try them out. What a great experience! The store manager Mike, provided friendly, thorough, and exceptional service. He treated me like a friend, and not a customer.He explained to me how my battery wasnt at the recommended cold crank rating, and gave me some great options. I ended up replacing my battery. Also, I got a great deal!I highly recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business. This was my first time going here, and I would absolutely go back to them. Made an appointment days in advance for an 8am drop off for an oil change and general inspection. Its now 5pm, called them they said it will be another hour as they are running late. What is the point of taking a reservation and youve had the car since 7:45am this morning, how about a heads up? So glad we now get to run out during rush hour with my infant daughter to pick it up. I get staffing shortages are real and things come up but respect a customer enough to call them and let them know. They were very apologetic and do excellent work so chalking it up to a busy day but will definitely get a better idea of the time frame when we drop off next time.

This is the only place to get your tires. They treat women with respect I might be a blonde but never ever have I ever been treated like that from them. There prices are better than anyone around. They also offer a warranty on there tires for an extra $10.00 per tire, its well worth it. They take care of all of there customers like they should be taken care of. Ive been a suburban tire customer for many years. They know me and they know my vehicle. Theyll call to check up on my car to make sure things are still running smoothly. I wish my doctors office was as conscientious. Being a loyal customer certainly has its perks. Ive had flats that theyve fixed for free, and more recently I had a squeak when I braked and they fixed the problem quickly and at no cost to me.

Suburban Tire in Hanover Park is the only place that I bring my vehicles to. The are honest! Imagine that. They give you options because cars are so expensive to repair. As it all starts at the top, Brent the Manager there is never too busy. Always friendly honest and solutions orientated will make your car repair upkeep time there actually good.It is very hard to find a good car place-this is one! I have forwarded over 20 customers there over the years.

I started coming to this location about two years ago when it came time to have my tires replaced. The first thing I noticed is how nice it is, and clean. Also that everyone is so friendly, professional and knows what they’re doing. I had been going somewhere else for years. I would have had to wait at that other place for three to four hours to have this done. That has never been the case at Suburban Tire, Hanover Park. They get the job done much more efficiently. Miguel, Brent and the entire team are remarkable. They really do a great job with customer satisfaction. This is a little further of a drive for me, but I’ll continue to come back.

I walked in on Saturday June 6th around 1130am. I had no appointment. Noticed I had a large screw in my right rear tire. They took my car in right away and fixed the tire. 30 minutes all done. Great service. The gentleman behind the counter handed me my keys and said no charge. What more can I say this place is top notch.

I have bought tires for both of my cars over the past year at Suburban Tire- Hanover Park. The manager Brent and his staff are top-notch and most of all can be trusted. Their knowledge and the pricing of their tires and service (such as oil changes) are VERY FAIR. I normally am not a review writer and am not related to anyone there. I brought my Moms car in with a low air in a tire issue. She lives far away. I was afraid to take her car in to a strange/not familiar place by her. Suburban Tire looked at it, found it was a nail and was very fair on the repair charge. I had visions of having to pay for new tires if I took her car in elsewhere. Great quality work and same day service. I was experiencing wheel shake at high speeds. I called and they asked the right questions with my custom wheel setup. They recommended doing a re-balance, was done in less than an hour and it fixed my issue.

Had a bit of a shake in the front of the car at 70 miles a hour so I had them rotate and balance the tires and the car rides smooth again.

By far the best customer service at a tire shop I have ever experienced! I called a few other shops to get quotes on 4 new tires and Suburban Tire took the time on the phone with me to explain options, didn’t rush, answered all my questions and even beat the others with the best price. Brent was a huge part of this great experience. This was my first time coming to this shop, but from now on I will be bringing both of our cars here whenever we have tire needs. Over a decade of excellent service and solid advice from these guys. The car is always ready when they say it will be, or sooner. The car is never dirtier inside than when I gave it to them. Staff are always pleasant and ready to answer questions even those that are not related to the immediate service at hand. Best of all, they have never once tried to upsell me on anything.Yesterday I asked them to check how much life I have left in my tires and got an honest answer . . . You should be fine through the summer. Make sure you replace the rears before winter though.The dealer would have tried to sell me on four new tires right away.I have never been dissapointed in this place.

The pricing is competitive and the service is professional/friendly.When you purchase tires you might forget forget about the commitment behind the store or service facility that installed those tires.I was reminded this week that Suburbane Tire was the right choice when I brought back my vehicle with the spare tire on, a flat in the trunk and a tire on the vehicle which would not maintain pressure over 2 days.I dropped off the vehicle asking for Suburban Tire to call me when they had identified the problem or were able to make the repairs.I received my call and went to pay for the repair and pick yo my vehicle. To my surprise, Suburban Tire handed my my vehicles keys and even I asked for the bill I was told the flats were in the tread and repairable No Charge you purchased the tire here Made my day and reminded my why I had chosen Suburban Tire in the first place.

I took my camaro in for a tire patch (I had a nail or something in the tire) and I received excellent service. Mike at the front desk and the guys working did a great job. I will be back for future services.

Very friendly and helpful. I got a flat tire down the street from the business and was able to make it there, they put on my full size spare I had in the trunk and charged me a very reasonable rate. Also they informed me my spare was old and to keep an eye on it it probably will wear out quicker than usual. Recommend I get a spare as soon as possible. There was no pressure to buy anything didn’t try to sell me any tires, I just needed my spare put on. Also we didn’t have to wait long for it to be done. We were offered coffee or drinks from their mini fridge. They have a great coffee machine with a lot of choices. I will visit them when I am ready to get my replacement spare tire.

All I can say is that these guys went above and beyond when I was in a bind. I called at 4 PM and said I had a slow leak. They said to bring it on in and they would get me taken care of prior to closing time at 6 PM. I dropped off my car and was notified at 5:45 PM that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived,The man behind the counter handed me my keys and an invoice for zero dollars saying it’s on the house. It was just a little screw in my tire and that they were happy they could help. I have to say I was astounded. In this day and age, it was really refreshing to be offered something completely for nothing. Consequently, they have earned a customer for life.

Walk in here to have my tire patch, the service advisor quoted me 34.99 well in the range. I Told him Im gonna be back for it later in the afternoon, after an hour he called me and he say they have successfully patched the tire. Upon expecting it I knew I was happy with the job seems like they done it really well. I would know because I messed it up and plug it by my own by that time it keeps on losing air. Best of all the manager or the owner didnt charge me any dollar. Not sure why but He seems a nice guy to me. Didnt get the chance to get his name. But hopefully this review will reach you.
