I had a piece of metal stuck in my tire and they gave me great advice. I have a brand new vehicle so they helped me walk through the steps of where to go first and gave me quotes. They did instruct me to talk to my dealership. I have always loved discount tire for there honesty and one of the many reasons why I am happy to go to them first for anything to do with tires.

In getting ready to go on a family road trip, we noticed we needed new tires. We were going to replace the 2 that we saw were needed and upon inspection, they showed us all 4 needed to be replaced. They only had 2 in stock and offered to pick up 2 more from another store which I thought was great and then the service manager said he would give me a comparable tire at the same price ($15 difference) so I wouldn’t have to wait. Everyone was professional and informative!

I came in without an appointment and was greeted promptly by an employee who followed me out to the car to assess why I was leaking air in tire. He found a nail which needed new tire. He did assessments on the rest of the tires checked the valve all before even discussing replacing. They are very transparent with pricing and what you are getting for your money in terms of tire quality I always come here for any tire repair great service great price and excellent warranties

Tires purchased on-line Saturday for rebate on Friday thru Sunday promotion. No appointments, closed on Sunday. Call them, said not to worry, will have manager override, you will get the rebate. OK, order tires schedule for Wednesday installation. Tuesday morning get a call, tires are in, can get me in today is available. Great! Come in at 3:00pm for appointment. Greeter looks as tires, sees OEM capped lugs, said mechanics have a hard time with removing those and sells me on replacement lugs for double what I could have purchased then on Amazon for... OK, capped lugs can be difficult. I agree. Get processed, rebate does not show up on receipt. I mention I had spoken to someone at this store on Saturday about this issue. They appear surprised it’s not on there – manager comes in and corrects it. I tell them I wish to keep my original lug nuts when they swap them out for the new ones. They push back with they will recycle them. No, I want them back. OK, they agree. They text me after about 25 minutes that my car is ready. I collect the keys, they tell me the lugs are in the box on the seat and am on my way. I get home, open box, remainder of lugs from original kit in box (4), but missing the 20 lugs they took off my car. This location is better than the one in Glendale Heights, where the last time I was there I witnessed them be rude to several customers. Hopefully they have changed. This facility was polite enough, but they have to be watched like a hawk.

I have never had a problem coming here. They are always friendly and polite. Although they always seem to be super busy my car always gets serviced within 1 or 2 hours. From fixing flats to full replacement or buying a full set i always come here.

These guys broke off all four locked lug nuts (one lug on each rim, asked them to because of a lost key.) They told my GF they should have some spare lugs laying around they can throw on. When they didnt have any lugs the gentleman told her she would be ok to drive around in the mean time. I was shocked when she told me. This is very unsafe, Ive used other discounts so many times and never had an issue like this just be careful when dealing with this location. Will be contacting the manager tomorrow!

Went there a Saturday because I needed New tires. The process for the appointment took less than 5 minutes. And then I took the car on Tuesday they changed the tires in less than 1 hr. Great service

Alot nicer then the wheaton location.The associates were very attentive. They even let one lady get in her car inside the garage because it was pouring outside. Ive been to many locations and this is by far the best.

Purchased some rims for my Escalade and brought them to Discount Tire to have them mounted to new tires. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous, and they did a great job with the installation - they even let me know of a tiny imperfection in one of the wheels which I was already aware of. Bought tires from them for all my cars, I am here this morning about tires being worn out too fast, I was told tires had 35000 miles but they are all worn out, gave me 16 follow credit even with extra warranty, so I end up buying too new tires even though one I have should have lasted 20000 miles more.This is my last trip to this place, they lost my business.When they sell tire to you with 55000 mikes warranty, that should last that long.

Great team of guys at this Discount Tire. Saved the day for me today. My husband got a nail in one of his truck tires. I called Discount Tire and was assisted by Leo. Leo was friendly and professional and told me to bring it over and they would take care of it. We buy all our tires at Discount Tire and clearly one can see why. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Leo. Adrian took over to ensure the repair was handled promptly. Adrian even took care of cleaning the rim to avoid air leaks. Luca added some friendly reassurance that tire repair was no problem at all. Kevin finished up the repair and in no time was back on the road. The best experience I’ve ever had at a tire store. It was so busy and they had a nice system down. The staff was so friendly and kind. These guys were a breeze to work with. Picked out my winter rims and tires online and set up an appointment. They got me in and out in less than an hour and they were swamped when I went in. Plus they helped me bag up my old setup into my tire covers.Great experience and based on this one I plan to use them in the future. The only knock I have is that I kept my original set (because its my non-winter set) and they still charged a disposal fee.

Every time I come to put the air in my tires I hear the same story, a guy comes out and says to wait 5 minutes, then another one comes out and says 5 more minutes. Instead of coming and repeating the same bs the tires could if been done. I even asked its not that hard can I put the air myself? Very poor customer service indead, I don’t recommend Hanover Park location.

My wife had a doctors appointment,when we got out I noticed my tire was almost flat. I took my car to discount tire. Turns out I had a bolt in the tire. They fixed my tire & rotated my tire. All in about an hr.

Amazing experience. The Manager Luka took care of me the entire way through. There was an issue with my hub assembly and they came in and took care of everything after the fact. It Really says a lot about the management to come in and take care of a customer like they did. I just purchased a set of 4 tires for my vehicle here. Great pricing & tire selection. Customer service is great, very attentive & knowledgeable. After discovering that 2 of my rims were bent while mounting the new tires, one of the managers (Tim D.- excellent employee & who I worked with through my entire experience) was able to quickly get the new rims I needed & offered several options to rectify the situation. Within 2 days the rims arrived, remounted the tires & I was good to go. Will definitely be back in the future the next time I need rims or tires.

I usually buy my tires at discount tires. Probably the best prices around. The staff is good, friendly and informative. My only gripe was waiting 2 hours. I understand it might be better with an appt. but 2 hour is still a long time. Improve in wait time and clean your bathroom doors and u get a 5.

They were the only shop I could find in the area that services 24 rims. The quality of work was top notch, but it took a long time because they were so busy. Would recommend.

Was soo annoyed when i left here. I used to love this location always soo helpful never felt like they were just out for money until my most recent trip. I had a screw in my back tire and just wanted to get it filled. Well from there it got worse. By the end of the visit the rep wanted me to buy all new tires and sensors. Ended uo only needint a patch in the tire and my vehicle is fine.... so dissappointed will definitely be looking else where when its time to replace my tires...

Im impressed. Came in looking to get my TPMS sensors relearned and two employees, RJ and Luka took care of me. Not only did they help with my sensor issue, they noticed that my rear wheels were on the wrong side and quickly got me in for a rotation and balance. Theyre very professional and friendly! Fast service, good price

Went in there with a nail in my wifes tire ( off the car). I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was waited on a couple minutes later. The nail was too far toward the sidewalk so I needed a new tire. They were swamped busy but squeezed me in and got me out of there in about 20 minutes! I was thanked for my business with a handshake and a smile and I will definitely go back there when I need a new set. Recommend to everyone. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Would have bought my tires here if I wasnt treated like a second class person by the morning crew. Showed up on time at 8am to have a new tires and was told they cant do anything cause they have to many appointments booked. Pat is the man to see. Hes always super friendly and helpful and not pushy. He makes his recommendations, but doesnt constantly try to upsell after making a selection. The best time to go is right in the morning. I was in and out with a new set of tires in about 30 minutes.
