Very courteous person working the front desk, got in and out quickly for an oil change.As a regular customer, they showed appericiation for my business by honoring a coupon that didnt apply to the work they were doing for my car.They may not offer the best price but they are honest and wont upsell anything that is not necessary.Highly recommend.

I took my car in after feeling something wrong with the front, driver’s side tire. I explained that I had had issues with the brake calipers in the past and asked that it be checked out. They replaced a REAR brake caliper and hose and said that the front one was fine. A week later I set off on a road trip only to be stuck in the middle of nowhere after the FRONT caliper locked up again. It was very irritating for them to ignore my concerns when my concerns turned out to be right (had a new mechanic check it out). Will not be going back

I got to this location pretty regularly. We take both cars and generally have fair estimates and havent had a bad experience.

This midas has much better management than the Midas located in Schuamburg. Truly cares about customer service.

I had no issues with the customer service or the job done. So if thats all you care about then youll have no issues. However, during my time dropping off and picking up my car, of the 5 employees there, not a single employee wore a mask in the garage. The employee that came to the desk walked back to the office to put a mask on, however while working on cars, standing directly next to each other, no one was wearing a mask. If the owner of this business doesnt care enough about the the health of the employees to mandate mask usage (as is require in Illinois but thats irrelevant imo) then I wont be supporting this business.

My family and I have been using this Midas for about 15 years. We loved Edgar and Anthony. They cut it to us straight, never tried to rip us off. Chit chatted with us while we were in. I’ve told all my friends to go there if they ever needed something because I trusted them. When I was in yesterday, I was told my car, which is still so new I have payments, needed 1400 of maintenance work. Breaks, tires, serpentine belt, filters. I like to think it wasn’t because I’m a 5’5”, blonde, and a woman that they didn’t think knew better, but then I watched them do similar work to the people ahead of me In line and behind me. All while watching them cringe at the amount they wanted to fix their cars and offering them the credit card with “no money today.” To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning. I know Edgar moved, but you should have found someone with a similar taste in ethics to run your store. You lost about 15 customers today.

They were decent

Kevin and Emerson took care of my limo today. They were quick and efficient even when I didn’t need the service done as quickly as they did. Unfortunately I get oil changes done all over the suburbs and the Chicagoland area because of the oil changes I need every month. If I could exactly reach the mileage for any service needed on my limo I would come here first if I could. Thx Kevin and Emerson gonna try to make it out there again.

Met new Mgr. Kevin Murphy. Very nice and helpful. Have been going to this Midas for yrs. Had several things done to my car. Kevin made arrangements to have me driven home since Midas would have my car most of the day. Highly recommend this Midas. All staff is helpful and friendly.

Thoroughly disappointed ☹️. Ive been bringing my cars to this location for 28 years. This last oil change, I realized I was being lied to the past 4 visits (maybe more). Tire rotations are supposed to be included in the oil change. My last 4 receipts says they were done. in discussion with the service person I had in February, when I had to get two new tires there because they were bald, I found out the rotations were not being performed (...the reason why two of the four were bald). And now this week I found out the the tires were not rotated in February as I was told they were causing more issues with my tires. Be sure if you want a tire rotation with your oil change that you specifically ask for it. Then be sure to watch. Very disappointed in the the lack of integrity, especially knowing you are dealing with a repeat customer.

I needed to get asecond Fob key for my car. I had searched for about two years. I found out they can make and activate car keys . I brought mine and they did not haveit. So they order one for me in less thatn a day. Bringing the car to program the Fob, they find out did not have the right code (my car is an import ensambled in USA). they find a dealer who can do it and set appointment and cover the extra charge. Who else, in these days goes all teh way to assist. All I had for 2 years was sorry we do not have it

Usually good place but they wanted to hustle my dad into buying a tire because it had a big hole. it had a big hole cause they took off valve pin that holds air pressure I would give five stars but they wanted to take advantage next time I will try just tires

Been taking my cars there for years and got my husband coming there as well! The staff is attentive, service time is reasonable. Edgar and Anthony are awesome. We met Luis for the first time and he was pleasure! We see the same mechanics there and thats always a good sign. I would recommend this store!

They will not honor their own coupon! Make sure you clarify before getting the work done. They are a hoax for publishing the coupon and then not honoring it.

This place is seriously amazing! Edgar and his team went way above and beyond to perform their excellent work. So incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They took an incredibly stressful situation and solved it with ease. I cannot thank the staff enough for their hardwork and dedication.Also, their waiting room space was clean and comfortable, which has not always been my experience in our mechanic location.Definitely a five star experience!!

The Shop Manager Edgar is trustworthy and excellent. I have been bring my BMW to this shop to avoid expensive dealers repair costs. Edgar has been fair and honest about fixing the car and the costs. I had a trouble with radiator and he fixed the problem. I paid for the work and started driving. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. I took it back to this shop. Edgar took care of the problem at no extra cost since it caused inconvenience for me. He understands customer service better than any shop that I have been to. Great job and thanks, Edgar. You made another customer happy.

Bought my own chambered mufflers went to a different muffler shop down the road. That place gave me a hard time. Said Id have to custom order this part and that part to make things work.Brought it to this shop and these guys were straight shooters. Told them how I wanted them installed and what parts I was looking to use and they delivered. Now my Dodge Charger is roaring down the road thanks to them.Edgar and the mechanics were helpful / very straightforward. Would gladly do business again. Thanks guys.

I take both of my cars here and the team is very helpful. Just like their commercials say- they dont do work that isnt necessary. I even tried to talk them into doing more (unnecessary) work, and they always talk me off of the ledge, sometimes saving me a ton of cash. Great folks. Just wish it was easier to get into and out of their parking lot.

This is the third time we’ve gone for an oil change. Each time we’ve went, they’ve messed something up.

The manager and techs here, always seem to have your best interests at heart. I have been going there for 5 or 6 years now. I bring my cars and all of my kids cars there for repairs even though most of my kids live an hour away. I cant say enough good things about the staff.

I usually change oil here for my cars and change my break pads and routers. It’s nice place friendly staff. But when they change oil or breaks I mean when they are working on cars as customer I want to see what they are doing inside. So my recommendation is set the camera inside where they work so as customers I can see on waiting room what they are doing. Because of the safety concerns I can’t go inside and a look. So my request for the upper level management is set the camera and TV on waiting room. Hope like me other of your customers want to see. Hoping for change

I went first time on this location for an oil change on 18th May 2018 with an appointment. it took more than 2 hour for an oil change. no communication between register guy and mechanic . mechanic did oil changed in one hour and register guy charge me after one hour. but didnt give me key for my car. and told me to take one hour more. Also he gave one of the suggetion to other customer to change the battery ASAP because its too old. other customer did change the battery one year ago from the same place. than he didnt tell sorry to him and told him to take out from the system. Never will go this place again.

Got us fixed up in about an hour, paid a little more then we wanted but we where in a pinch.

Mufflers are pricey, but they do good work. Fairly fast.

Bad service they charge way to much

When in to have an oil change ..when done I started my truck up and started to drive off and noticed all my oil just leaked out of my engine, they told me to bring it back in, when I looked the noob that changed my oil pulled off the gasket on the oil filter and screwed it on metal to metal, so once I started the truck all the oil blew out due to no gasket on the oil filter ......when I asked the tech what happened he looked clueless and I saw my gasket sitting in the pan of old oil ..so how on earth do you not know the an oil filter needs a gasket..? So now I have oil all over my engine and exhaust, the so called tech still was clueless, HOW STUPID Can you be? !!! If you want your engine to blow up or your car to fail go here ...never again ...never in my 40 years on this planet have I encountered such stupidity ..all from what should be a simple oil change ..if they cant do that right can you imagine them doing anything else? ...go to Merlin down the street much better techs ..not ally mechanics

Eh. Service. Staff turned over....not as customer focused. Too bad. Need to find another auto mechanic shop.

Accommodated my schedule, and got brake pads replaced and some other minor work done in a very reasonable amount of time.

Edgar was very helpful and great to work with! Got me in and out in a couple hrs even with complicated repairs.

Knowledge of crew. Recommended only what needed repairing.
