Was trying to buy one tire for my Land Rover, the cheapest one they offered was $200 with installation and tax $280 just for 1 tire.Walmart selling the same tires for $114.THIS IS RIP OFF.Then we asked them to put Spare tire instead of flat tire, THEY CHARGED US $40 and said its A LOT OF WORK AND DIFFICULT JOB TO CHANGE FLAT TIRE TO SPARE TIRE.TERRIBLE SERVICE, RIP OFFDONT MADE A BUSINESS WITH THEM EVERITS RIDICULOUSBUY TIRES IN WALMART!!!!!!

Service was faster than expected. I was offered a mask when I forgot my own and I appreciated the wheel alignment suggestions.

Love when a business is honest! I went in thinking I would need a new tire and spend a good chunk of money. However, they said they would check to see it could be repaired first. Thankfully, a repair was all that was needed. In less than hour I drove away with spending less than $40!

Just Tires in Hanover Park, IL is the best shop to go to for tires. On two different vehicles, Ive needed tires in the past couple years and this shop has always given me fair prices on quality tires and fast, reliable service. On this current occasion, my car with only 10K mileage caught a screw in a tire. I visited 6 shops on the way home from work because I was worried about a blowout and my new car didnt have a spare. Four shops didnt have time to even look at my tire, one wanted to replace two tires with different tires because he didnt have what I needed and then charge me 3 times the cost, and another wanted almost double the cost for a single tire replacement. Just Tires offered me a couple of different options and then told me I could get it replaced that night. They had me in and out of the shop in 20 minutes and saved me a lot of money. They should have been my first and only choice that night but they will be going forward. I have been treated fairly on all visits to the shop. No hassles!

Just Tires in Hanover Park is highly recommended..This post is not only for myself but for my mother as well. Came by today to pick up a tire that had to be order. In waiting for.a person to come into the showroom. Couple guys in the garage, couple guys in the back room hiding. My car is in the lot and aim hostage here waiting to pay and go. Been 30 minutes since the car was pulled out of the garage. Definitely not coming baco here.

Oil change and tire rotation. My fault for not looking for the rim lock before going so they were unable to rotate the tires. I found it easily when I got home. Unfortunately I have went back 2 times and called 3 times only to find out that they are too busy to do it. They repeat they are understaffed and cant take appointments. I am done wasting my time and am doing it myself. I wish I could get a partial refund on the service I paid for. I also just bought new tires for a second car and dont see how they can offer free lifetime rotations when they have no time.Goodyear customer support was outstanding and has since provided a solution to my concerns.

Went there to have tires mounted on a set of wheels that no tires mounted, so it was a mount and balance, no dismount. They quoted me 65 a tire. So 260 just to mount and balance tires? I went to discount tire, mounting and balancing was 107 dollars and they ride great. Will never use them again.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had my car done in the time they specified, about an hour. Best price in the area for tires, so chances are I will be returning.

Efficient and friendly

Very bad customer service. They dont want to make a phone call to tire protection program provider. Just told me that they do not work with them. In that program I had to make a payment for tire and labor, then send them the invoice to get reimbursed for repair. Weird situation especially, if they have Discount Tires across the street.

With the combined brainpower of three employees, they couldnt remember if they did Uber inspections or how to use that tricky interweb to download the inspection form.

Not a full auto service. Oil changes and tires. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Place is a dive... And there full of crap..they wouldnt do an alignment (which they are supposed to do at no charge because of the warranty I purchased) on my tie rods because they said they where worn. Took the car to my the dealer where I purchased the car and they said they are in perfect shape and did the alignment.

Hack House, took my car to have a set of tires installed. The technician that put the wheels back on my car did not use a Torque stick to tighten down the lug nuts. The tires are suppose to be tightened to 95 foot pounds, the hack that put the lug nuts on just used a impact socket set to full power 650 foot pounds of torque. The lug nuts were tightened so hard that they warped the front brake rotors on the front tires. When I tied to remove the front wheels they were so tight it broke my tire iron, 3/8 drive ratchet and 1/2 inch drive ratchet. Had to take it to a local shop to use an impact gun to remove the wheels. When I did go back to this shop I asked them to rotate the tires and use the right tools. (Torque Stick ). A few minutes later they said it was done. A few weeks later I got a flat tire on the express way and when I tried to remove the back tire I discovered they they tightened the Lug Nuts with a Impact gun at 600 foot pounds of torque when they rotated the tires. I had to have it towed to a repair shop in Chicago to have them remove the tire Again. This tire shop is a Hack House with minimum wage under skilled workers they apparently dont have the proper tools they should. Avoid this shop or you will regret it later. When spending $950 for a set of tires you expect to get good service. I will Never come back to this shop again.

I arrived promptly for my appointment at 5. No one was at the front desk so I waited for only one minute. Someone finally came to the desk and the phone was ringing. He acknowledged me and said he be right with me but took the phone call from the customer first which was approximately 3 minutes. When he got off the phone I told him I had an appointment at 5 for an alignment check. He checked me in and took my keys. He told me it would be about 10 minutes before they could even get my car back as they were finishing up with somebody else and then it would be another 25 to 30 minutes to do the actual check itself. At 5:30 I went to the desk and just ask to get my keys back since I had gotten no update and my car hasnt been moved at all from the parking lot. Quite frustrating considering I arrived on time made an appointment and waited patiently for 30 minutes with no update as to why my car was not being worked on. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on this experience

I had a bent rim that was in need of a repair. After calling a few of the competitors I knew this was the place that was going to earn my business.I spoke to Mike on the phone and he answered all my questions promptly and precisely which earned my trust. Just Tires was not the lowest repair price I was quoted, but the replacement cost was the same at every place willing to quote me. The place with the lowest price also had the highest wait time and they put me on hold for 5.5 minutes. I would rather pay a few dollars more for the best customer service, fastest repair time, and for a company who will not rush the job to get to the next customer. Although tire repair is not the most exciting thing on anyone’s agenda, I was confident that this Just Tires location would take good care of me and I was right.

Went in for what I thought would be a tire patch. The guy in front yelled out to the waiting area instead of calling people up to discuss their tire problems. Why would you rather talk with 50 feet between you and the other person than ask that they come up to the desk? My tire needed to be changed and all they had was one kind of tire for $128. I had checked online the day before at other places and knew I could get a better price, so I said no thanks. They charged me $20 to put my spare on. Discount Tires said they do that for free.

Well, after a few years, things have changed for the worst. so i am updating my review to reflect current service.this store used to care for their customers. My previous review post years ago, probably help bring business, because now, they dont care. i stopped by due to a flat tire and the lazy front desk people told me to carry the tire inside, just to inspect it. in the past, they would be proactive and do everything for customers. They no longer care about customers. theres a store along higgins rd and golf rd. a few extra miles drive is worth it. and i stand by my review.I needed help one day with my spare tire and I called up a couple places.... This shop is the only one willing to help me out and they didnt even charge me anything. Ive always gone to Just tires when i used to live in Chicago and they never fail to impress me. There are only a few shops like this one who actually care for their customers. Dont go anywhere else, youve found it here! KUDOS TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I dont like to write any of the reviews, but I think its a time to start))I got a flat tire on my Volkswagen CC, we currently have special type of tires on it (thats what am guessing since I had call about 5 stores to find out if they have it in stock), Hanover park didnt have available the same day, but guy David were able to order it for me for next day delivery without any problems.I was compering prices of Just Tires, Firestone and Sears.Just Tires from Hanover park had the lowest price $235 per tire(including service and tax), funny thing is when I called Just tires at Berwyn - price for the same tire was about $30 more...Firestone & Sears were $30-35 more as wellThey took care of the car pretty fast without any headache and other up charges (service places like to do that)Unfortunately I dont have the names of the guy from the register and service guy who worked there at 5:45pm on Wednesday 04/06/2016 - but they were professional & helpful.Planning to stop by there to check tires for my Jetta as wellThank you

I went in Saturday for an alignment. They said it would take an 1-1.5 hours. My husband picked me up so we can do some errands around the house. I get a call 2 hours later that my control arm and right ball joints are bad and I need to replace them. I asked if my alignment was done and they said they could not do it because of the issues. I go pick up my car, take it back to my regular, honest, mechanic. He took it for a test drive, looked under the car and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints or control arm. My regular mechanic then recommended me to go to J tire & allignment at 1020 Lunt Ave Schaumburg, IL. I made an appointment, they confirmed with me as well that the ball joints and control arm were fine and they did the alilgnment for me. My car is finally fixed and I did not subject myself to getting ripped off by Just Tires. If your female or elderly beware because they will rip you off!

Ive dealt with them many times, brakes, new tires, tire balancing and they always did a great job . very reasonable prices, knowledgeable and courteous.
