Outstanding service. Rusty was friendly and helpful. He helped us in the right direction without being pushy at all. Was more than willing to work with us and give many options in our price range. If visiting or planning on getting a car I highly recommend visiting Mazda or Mazda pre owned and requesting him.

Chip and D.J. were extremely helpful at getting us the best service and price. It was raining and Chip brought each car to the front for us to test out. Was very up front and honest about the pricing. We will be returning for our next vehicle.

Chip was a great salesman, handled everything we asked for, was always professional. Chip always has a positive attitude, cares about making a relationship with the customer more than making a sell. I would prefer bill hood to anybody and tell them to go talk to Chip. Hes the man for the job.

Sitting with Chip Chauvin at Bill Hood Mazda today has taken all the pressure out of buying a new car. I came here stressed about making the wrong decision instead of excited that I was buying a new car, and he got that changed around quick, and really put me at ease with all of his knowledge.His experience with financing is very helpful. This is my first time financing anything and Chip and the finance director helped me mold the situation to something I was comfortable with as far as down payments and monthly payment.Thanks, Chip for all of your help!

Today, we bought two vehicles from Marcus at Bill Hood. We spent five hours of our day with Marcus and he was incredibly patient with us while my 16 year old chose her car. My husband and I went To Bill Hood Import Corner today to see Mr. Chip Chauvin and got way more than we could have ever expected. We were not exactly sure what we wanted, but Mr. Chip was very patient with us. He actually listened to what our needs were and was able to help us get a car 10 times nicer than we could have ever dreamed of getting. Extremely good experience and would highly recommend all of my family and friend to go see Mr. Chip.

Just wanted to say thanks for ruining my love for your cars......Went in to test drive a 6 today ..Looking to buy in the future months....I tell the man I want to test drive one .....He shows me around I pick one out he says we can drive it and then he will come up with some numbers..I tell him Im looking to buy today but soon..Oh well then you cant test drive it cause theres no point putting so many miles on it( you need probably 5 miles to see if you like the car)....Got it, Ill go with Kia or Ford ..Thanks for the great customer service.

We went it to purchase mazda cx5. Love the car, and the sales staff was excellent. Chip was hilarious when he showed us the cars and didnt pressure us at all. Rusty was very easy to deal with and he gave us his last pack of oreos to close the deal. Great salesman great service.

Purchased a 2018 mazda 3 recently. Thought it was a good car. Its not. I had to wait to purchase the navigation system and it is the worst Navigation system that is out on the market. Almost every address I put in to search for sends me to a wrong location. Even my house that is 7 years old. I brought the car in to the dealership to get the touch screen to work properly and they said nothing is wrong with it. Digging through the manual and speaking to mazda customer service it appears when the car is in motion the touch screen is disabled. You have to use the dial in the console. Customer service says this is for safety. How is it it safer to use a dial and scroll through a menu when driving on the highway vs just hitting a button on the screen. Also they now are telling me that I cannot get sirius xm installed in the vehicle since I have the sport and not the touring. Great. I offered to even pay for it and they said it could not be done.

Arrived @ Bill Hood MAZDA @ 7:30 AM to have my Takata airbags replaced. No one around - walked all around INSIDE the dealership to find NO one. Came back to my vehicle and called. Oh, he says, you have to come across the street to the Hyundai service department. When I asked why they hadnt told me that when I made the appointment, he stated that they had been over there doing Mazda service for so long, that they ASS U ME d everyone knew. duh?! Two people were both across the street @ Mazda dealership. Then to top it all off - after sitting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours, he (service mgr) tells me they dont even have my parts!!! Shouldnt you check that when the customer FIRST arrives?!? ONE Master tech doing ALL airbag replacements. When I go back, only because they are the closest within 60 miles (58 miles from where I live), I WILL insist that they show me the parts box which is suppose to have my name on it. Of course, after writing this lengthy review, theyll probably purposely mess them up! Did call NHTSA to report my experience. They ought to throw in a FREE oil change or something for my time!
