Got me a subaru...meep meep

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and could not be more happy than what we are now. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. My salesman Herman DuBose answered everything question and was so patient with us. Answered all our questions, listened, and delivered everything we asked for. So glad we picked them today. Definitely recommend this place but most of all look for Herman. We was the best salesman out of all my car buying experiences.

We came from Florida to Hammond, La to buy our 2015 Camaro SS 6 speed. Ask for Herman Dubose. Herman was professional, polite, and treated my husband and I as if we were long-time friends. He made this purchase basically feel like a cake walk. Because of Herman we were able to get the best deal we had come across in 4 states. He made us feel like we were his top priority. We will come back to him the next time we decide buy another vehicle!!!

My son bought a 2010 Nissan Altima. Chip Chauvin was our salesman. He assured my son more times than I can count what a great car this was!! He didnt know about all of the cars on the lot but KNEW this car was a good car amd would last a long time... WELL 10 days later it ran hot....after looking for a reason for that we saw the radiator had been busted and patched...so we towed the car to Bill Hood...after months they come back with it needs a new motor and they will replace it for $3000 👀 really? So we go and pick it up...i tried to speak to Chip about a better solution...he quickly ushered me outside... And did not see him again. Another salesman and 2 of the detail guys came to help us load the car and offered their apologies. I am so disappointed in BILL HOOD for not making this situation better. You just cant trust anyone these days!! Pre owned Certified Bill Hood Nissan MEANS NOTHING 😠🤢🤦
