Horrible experience-BUYER BEWARE!!!!We purchased a pre-owned vehicle for our daughter about a month ago and we are now having to pay for the transmission to be replaced! One month!!!!We purchased this vehicle for our daughter to have safe & reliable transportation while away at college. She was almost hit by a truck last week due to the car problems. We contacted the dealership to inquire about their knowledge of this prior to our purchase and they could have cared less! This is a sorry excuse for a car dealership!

I called and made an appointment to come buy a used vehicle. I drove over an hour to find out when I get there that they sold the vehicle. The salesman told me the manager told him not to call me until the other deal was finalized. Horrible customer service and obviously management will little integrity. I dont like giving bad reviews but this place did horrible.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a vehicle from them only 9 months ago. I work remotely and have barely put any miles on it while taking it in more maintenance earlier than needed. Yesterday the transmission failed. It has to be completely replaced and costing me thousands. BEWARE of buying from this dealership and their affiliates. Not honest about the quality of their vehicles AT ALL. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will be reporting them to the BBB.

Marcus Shelby was an awesome salesman. I went in late on a Wednesday night to look at a car. He never once made me feel rushed .I told him what I wanted my monthly notes to be and he made it happen . Thanks to Julian for going over all my finance paperwork and answering all my questions. When they car was detailed it came out looking beautiful. Will definitely be back when Im ready for something new.
