We bought a used vehicle for $12,000 and almost didn’t make it home.Call the salesman and he said there is nothing he can do .Even messaged for a manger to call me, they read the message TWICE and ignore it both times. This makes me think they KNEW something was wrong with the vehicle .We bought from them because of their long history in the community.This makes them no different then a fly buy night used car lot.So now we have a vehicle we can’t drive and out $12,000 .Great customer service Bill Hood at the corner of North Morrison and West Church street.

Oil change..Chevy vehicle I purchased from the pre owned lot..I new when I arrived that my tires were not aired properly and that the wiper fluid was empty..When I left that afternoon started to sprinkle lightly so as the spots dried I turned on my wipers to clean and spray a little fluid, nothing sprayed.. checked tire pressure tires were all the same pressure as when I drove in..So as I thought back over the other changes and cost 65 plus dollars, they hadnt asked about my filter..🙄

Great service!!! My sales person Ronnie and he spent a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions. Ultimately I purchased a Pathfinder and I love it. 🤩🤩🤩 If you like Nissans definitely go here. BTW, Ive never owned a Nissan and I was just looking. (Yes, I was going to buy a vehicle soon) Ronnie didnt give any pressure and did get my sale. They stayed over about 45 minutes after closing to complete the sale. Please ask for Ronnie, you wont be disappointed.

First off let me start by saying Scott Jackson and Blaine Mccalister are absolutely, hands down, phenomenal employees of Bill Hood Pre-Owned.I had explained to Scott how far I was driving to come and look at a vehicle.(3.5 hours away) Scott told me he would have the vehicle waiting on me when my husband and I arrived. He was very prompt in calling me back, answering any questions I had, and he also took my info down over the phone to speed up the process; in case I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Super friendly. Scott told me when we arrived he would set me up with a salesman, Blaine. We arrived. Blaine promptly came out and met with us and pulled up the vehicle to the door since it was storming. We took it for a test drive and it ran great! There were a few minor/material things that needed to be fixed in order for me to purchase this vehicle. I expressed my concerns about these issues to Blaine. Scott came to justify the issues. My issues were taken care of. It took some time to get in some parts that needed to ordered and also a VERY thorough detailing job. This was also happening towards the end of December where we ran into holidays. Which I understood. Scott even said that they would bring my vehicle to me in order to keep me from driving back down. Now how awesome was that!We wheeled and dealed until we were both satisfied. Scott worked with me on prices in order to get me where I needed to be. He did great. We shook hands and signed on the dotted line. Mean while, they gave me a loaner vehicle of theirs to drive while my car was getting its up-do. This process took somewhat longer than expected, but I was compensated for that. I tell you, I had THE BEST salesman anybody could EVER ask for. Blaine called me with updates on my vehicle. I called Blaine with any questions I had, and he was able to always answer them quite quick. Blaine made sure my vehicle was above everything else. Blaine made sure when he brought my vehicle back it was pristine. Blaine followed through with every.A couple weeks passed. As Blaine stayed in contact with me the ENTIRE time, he called me and told me he was leaving Hammond with my vehicle and was bringing it to me! I was one happy girl.Blaine arrived with my vehicle and it was beautiful! Immaculate. Blaine made sure everything was done right! I can not thank Blaine enough for all he did for me! Bill Hood was awesome. The very absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. And I am 51. I found the car I was looking for on thier website. Called them up told them I wanted it and that I was in baton rouge and would be thier to buy it the next morning. I had my own financing. I was there less then 30 mins. I believe it was less then 20 mins. They were awesome. Plus I saved $5,000 on the vehicle. I will most definitely look to them for my next vehicle.
