After taking the car for a decently long test drive and checking it out, i discovered a few things that needed fixing, which they were more than happy to take care of at no extra cost. The price was right and the buying process was quick, efficient, but thorough, and no bs. I was also able to get a warranty without being upsold on anything i dont need. Overall 10/10, would recommend.

He was super patient while I was on the phone with my insurance company for over a half hour waiting to speak to someone. I got my car here about a month or two ago and I couldn’t be more happier with the service here! They are so patient and kind with everything! They Sold me a faulty vehicle with missing fuses. One was for the airbag. Also they had “repaired” when it broke down on me the first month I had it and said it was computer issues. This happened twice. They would not allow me access to any diagnostics or even the repair services info.When they repaired the vehicle they acted as they were doing me a favor.Got in to an accident last month and after having it repaired for exterior damages Gerber Collision informed me that the airbags fuse was missing and I was sold a faulty vehicle. So much more wrong with this place. Never again.

I went to Driveline with the hopes of purchasing a SUV but I had some credit issues due to past situations. I thought that I would not be able to purchase anything and needed a car bad because of my current vehicle on its last leg. I’ll start by saying I visited three different car lots and got turned away the day I got my car. Just when I was ready to give up I figured I’d try one last car lot (Driveline Auto) a try in which I’m am very pleased to say I drove off the lot with a car that I picked and loved. I worked with the salesman Zee and received top of the line customer service, I was there maybe 30mins before I got my approval which was extremely fast. Went there with the required income and down payment and still they want a cosigner. This group is a liar. They dont help you get into a car. And there is no guarantee, except that they wont get you into a car. They will however hound you for leaving a bad review. They work harder to get down a bad review then to get you into a vehicle.

Honestly they must have paid friends to rate them on here, theres no way these ppl deserve a 4 star rating. They have the WORST customer service skills. They are so nonchalant & uppity, its sickening. The only reason I got my car from them is because I didnt have the time or resources to shop around and try other dealerships. I needed a car fast. 3 months later my whole transmission needs to be replaced, I call the dealership & they offer no options of help.. wouldnt trade the car & had no sympathy for the situation. They dont care about ppl, they get their money & thats it. My mom went there a month after me and they offered her a beater car with roll up windows and was rude stating she was lucky to get that offer because of her credit due to student loans. She took her business elsewhere and got a 2018 chevy sonic. I wish I wouldve been smarter, I do not recommend them to anyone!! I took their advertisement plate off of my car, you are not getting free advertisement from me.

Bought a car from them in August for my son. They told me the car was a one owner car that belonged to the owners mother and assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. On the way home the check engine light came on so I took it to my mechanic that told me the mass flow sensor and the oxygen sensors were bad. Not to mention the thing leaks oil like crazy. And today my mother in law (who is a car dealer in another city) ordered touch up paint for the car and decided to run a carfax report. Come to find out, the car has had FIVE different owners!! I would NOT RECOMMEND getting a car from this shady lot and employees!!UPDATE: This is the only way I can respond to the dealerships response below....I know exactly how we bought the car and I’m fully aware we made it a private sale even though I was given the option on how to purchase the vehicle. However, the car was most certainly on your lot and your salesman and your finance agent BOTH told me the same lame story about the car being the dealership OWNERS Mother’s car and assured me she was the only one who had owned it and it was very well taken care of. I was fully prepared that there would be things wrong with a 20yo car, but the car lot employees blatantly LIED to me....even after I questioned them on ownership of the vehicle! Also, the bill of sale was emailed to me from driveline auto even though you claim this car was not affiliated with your company...still, will never recommend your lot to anyone....upset with myself more than anything that I didn’t get a carfax first

I was hit by a drunk driver who totaled my vehicle. I had a time limit to give the rental back & get a car. I went to one dealership who was so rude the guy had me leave his shop in tears. I just so happen to drive past driveline & decided to stop in & im so glad i did. I told Andy my whole situation & he made sure i left there knowing i would be fine & not without a car. They all treated me with so much respect, Andy took account everything i was dealing with & helped me more than he even realizes! My dad and I came to check out a 2013 challenger, as they promised it was in pristine condition and the car was VERY nicely detailed, looked brand new, along with all the other cars in the lot! On top of the emencly good conditions of the vehiculs, the employees WERENT pushy like people typically imagine going in to buy a car might be. They were incredibly helpful and helped us step by step to get through the process as quick and easy as possible, would definitely come here if your looking for a stress free experience and great price vehiculs!

Dont buy a car here unless you can bring an experienced mechanic with you!I bought a new 2016 Nissan Sentra from this dealership, everything looked good at first and they were good about finding me financing but neglected to tell me the issues with the vehicle. It has a broken tire pressure monitor ($200 to fix) and parts of the inside bumper missing so the outside cosmetic bumper is falling off ($140) to fix. When i went back, they told me there was nothing they can do.They pressured me into signing an As Is contract by saying it only has 30k miles so it has a manufacturers warrenty. Unfortunately that warrenty doesnt cover any of these issues.Just go to a dealership and buy a new car with the warrenty to avoid this situation!
