I’ve been going to Will Klarers shop for about 12 years with my BMW’s and VW’s and Mini’s.Will is a very honest and knowledgeable when it comes German cars. Excellent in diagnosing and fixing problems; and very proficient at performing normal maintenance. And Will does this without charging the outrageously high prices that the dealers charge.I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

Knowledgeable and the huge thing is you feel like you are treated with honesty with Wills assessments. They do great work with honest, reasonable prices. About half in some cases vs the BMW and Mercedes dealership! I have had him do great work on both of my vehicles.

Always fixing my tdi! Couldn’t do it without some help! It is hard to find a good shop that can work in German cars. Especially in the northwest Indiana area.

My go-to place when circumstances permit. Knows his stuff and charges less than the dealer.Mar 3 2020 follow-up: I have both a Mercedez and a Lexus - both out of warrenty. Will Klarer is my go-to guy anytime I need anything done I cant do myself. Hes familiar with both my models and knows what to do and isnt shy about using aftermarket parts when it makes sense (Mercedes air shocks are more $$$ and have a 1 year waranty, after market cost less and have a lifetime warranty). HIs memory is phenominal - I just had some upgrades done on the Lexus and he asked how my Mercedes was doing.

The service was ok the 1st time i went for a shock replacement for my 07 cls63, the 2nd time i went for a serpentine belt replacement is the reason why im giving them 1 star...1st off, they cracked my engine cover and acted very nonchalant about it, they scratched the top edges of both side panels on the car, and then they actually put a cheap belt on my car that ended up snapping off the same day! And on top of that they charged me more money to get that fixed due to the damaged it caused..if youre black and want good care of your luxury car, go to fine tune auto thats in lansing,il, seriously.
