Had four tires mounted and balanced onto aftermarket wheels. Mounting machines that are able to do that are sort of hard to come by as most shops still operate older machines which damage them. No issue and I will return for sure.

Bad Business I Purchased A Brand New Tires And One Were A Dud It went flat and plus it wouldn’t hold air. I could of had a bad accident when the tire went flat they say it were new but how is it new if it went flat the next day. Plus I wanted to get reimbursed had the tire and recipe but got turned down bout my own money I won’t ever go to this tire shop again.

They could really improve on customer service. They made my husband feel bad by the way they were treating him. The waiting room was ridiculously hot. They didnt put the plastic mats on the floor in the drivers seat, so when they got in to move the car, their nasty, dirty boots left black marks on the carpet. Overall, we werent pleased.

Great place for in and out service. I called ahead and checked their inventory and schedule and asked me how soon I could be there. Two front tires on my moms 2010 Ford taurus set me back $255.00. Thats a $100.00 less than local competitors. My 3rd time buying tires here and surely isnt my last time either. I highly recommend.

Have had a few experiences with Kevin and his crew, and every time I go there, I get Top-notch service, and some of the best prices ANYWHERE! I had quotes on tires from 3 other local places, the price Kevin gave me was $100 less, and for better quality tires. Since then, these guys have also done a transmission service, with front/rear differential and transfer case fluid change, and their price was half of what the dealership wanted for the same work. I was just a walk in as my car blew the right front tire out and I was riding on a donut. I could tell they were very busy, and didnt have any openings. The guy said they wouldnt have any until Tues. Well I couldnt wait that long riding on a donut. So he put the new tire on the rim for me and I told him I would put it on the car. He didnt have to do that for me, and I greatly appreciate it! My wife was there with a punctured tire ... and they try to sell a new one. Also after they fix it they dont want to install it on the car because they said need to keep it two hours to be sure the fix will work. Come on guys... you can do it better then this... any way they charged my wife the full amount like they take the tire off, fix it and installed back... but they just grab it from the truck, fix it in 2 minutes and put it back in the truck... $20... nice job... I will not go again there and I will not recomand that place to anybody else...

I cant say enough good things about this place. They were able to beat Costcos price for a set of 4 Michelin Primacy tires by over $100 and included a $50 rebate. I was an hour late for my appointment but they still got me in when I arrived. I knew I needed to replace both sets of brakes, but the owner pulled me into the shop to show me that I only had about a week left on the rears. He offered to replace them the same day and replaced the front and rear rotors and pads for only about  $100 more than what I would have paid for buying the parts myself and around  $500 less than what the toyota dealership would have charged me. On top of this, the guys were friendly and gave me a clear explanation of costs including the last minute brake job (ceramic pads, rotor options, etc.). I left both the owner and the tech a $20 tip each since they saved me around  $600 and took care of me on the spot. With all of the businesses out there who could really care less about customer service, it was nice to do business with a company that wanted to take really good care of me.

Called today to get pricing, all we got was attitude & being talked down to. Well not be taking our business here.

Went to a different shop for a Maryland inspection, was told I needed two pieces of exhaust fixed. Went to monro they fixed it and sent me on my way for a reasonable price. Went to have it re inspected and was told all the welds that monro did were leaking and it did not pass the inspection. Took it back to monro where they again fixed it. Took it back to the good shop the following day and still no change. The good shop said the welds looked terrible and were all leaking. So save yourself the headache and just pay a little more to have it done right the first time. I am now stuck paying to have this poor work fixed correctly at a different shop.
