I found a screw in my tire while visiting my parents; my dad called around town to see if anyone had my tires in stock because they’re difficult to find & mr tire could not only get them in and changed that day, but at a much better price than others! Eddie was amazing and really helped us out. We’re very thankful and definitely recommend this shop!!

When I got there I was greeted by the GM Bill...he was very nice and helpful. They got my car back immediately and did everything I needled done quickly. I would recommend Bill and his knowledgeable staff to anyone.

My Family and friends want out to Lake on a rural area Road Very Rocky 7 mile trek. 3/4 of the way there I got a flat tire. No problem changed to the spare all good. Then about half way back my front tire gos and now we are stranded on this treacherous Road!!called AAA 3HRS and 2 tow trucks Later we finally get moving! I called like 6 different places and nobody had the size Tires that I needed except for MR Tire!1/2 hr till closing and they got all 4 new tires on Great job way to go!!👍

On our trip back from Richmond to Chicago, our engine started smoking. This occurred on a Saturday night. Mr. Tire was the only repair shop open on a Sunday. We were able to make an online appointment for 9:30am on a Sunday. Talked to Darwin and he said if we have the parts, we will get you on your way today. Sure enough, they had the parts, and we were able to make it home to Chicago on the same day. It would have been very easy to put the out of towners at the end of the line and gouge them for work that didnt need to be done. This did not occur, and I am forever grateful to them. Darwin and crew, you guys are the best. Thank you so much!

Went to go get an oil change. Made my appointment at 1:30pm. Never received a phone call so I called at 5:20pm not knowing they closed at 6pm. Guy on the phone [Dorwin] told me my car was almost ready so I could come to the shop to pick it up. Arrived by closing time due to how far away I live from the shop and the guy wouldn’t open the door. The same man yelled at me through the door that they were closed and I could pick up my car tomorrow at 9am. I reiterated he told me to come to the shop and he told me he didn’t have time for this because he needed to go to his sons homecoming. We left at 6:02pm. Now I have work tomorrow and no ride or nearby public transit. Great service for sure!

If you are thinking about going to this shop you absolutely should! The staff is so kind and helpful especially the manager. I broke down with my father while I was driving from NYC to San Antonio Texas and they were able to get us back on the road. Their kindness and service is unmatched. We are very grateful to have broken down near such a great shop!!!

Mr Tire Hagerstown is very friendly, fast and efficient. Used them when son in law had accident in snow. Prices were reasonable. As was an extensive bill, they worked with us while we came up with the money for the repair. Gladly recommend them. Also used them for new tires on the same vehicle 2 months later, and again, friendly and quick service.

I had my second visit to this location today. They put on two new tires and did the alignment aster than they had estimated. Looks good, and the customer service was great.

Brought my car in for brake service, new brakes. Was advised brakes were good and only needed cleaned in certain area. They cared for that issue and did not charge me for their time. Very friendly and quick service. I highly recommend.

Not pleased with road Hazzard tire service. I paid $200 for Road Hazzard tire protection and lifetime tire balance and rotation 2 years ago on 4 tires I purchased from Mr. Tire. I had a flat tire the other day and they said it couldnt be repaired, even though it was a large nail straight in the middle of the tread, the tire wasnt even 1/2 worn out and they wanted to charge me $109 for a tire replacement, and I paid $109 for the tire originally, what a rip off, not pleased with Mr Tire at all. The only good thing was that they took care of me fairly quickly.

Over tighten my lug nuts on all four wheels after a wheel balancing. This resulted in me stripping all the bolts when doing my own work to the car. I took the car back to them weeks later to loosen my bolts, and they stripped two other bolts even further and asked if I had spare lug nuts to replace them now that they officially destroyed them.I give them the spare lug nuts and he questions me if I did any work, I said I did. He gives me my car back and now my lug nuts are torqued correctly (which it should of been in the first place a month ago) but now I have 2 broken lug nuts.

Brought in my car after a scary experience on the freeway into town. The car was shaking upon acceleration and the engine light was blinking. Once I got to my destination, I called Mr. Tire and explained what happened, thinking it was a misfire in the engine. They took me in and did a diagnosis. Long story short, they couldnt find anything. The engine light shut off at some point and nothing could be picked up. Then I told them some background on what happened on the drive and they explained very throughtfully on what the problem couldve been. Though there wasnt a fix, I appreciated their willingness to help nearing closing time and everything they explained made sense. HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your car here. Prices are reasonable too.

First time getting my oil changed here and will be coming back! I made my appointment online and it only took seconds. Staff was super friendly and answered all my questions no problem! Around 30 minutes for oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. Great compared to the drive up services that I have sat for over a hour each time in town.

Do not buy used tires from here. I have had so many issues. Bought two back tires and they both were cupped didnt even last three months. Spent over two hundred dollars just to put new tires on again. Go to Williamsport Auto shop. They sold me two tires for 45$ each. Shame on Mr. tire for taking advantage of a single mom.

My husband and I were traveling back home from Washington DC and noticed a bubble in our tire . After calling numerous places from DC to Virginia to Maryland we finally lucked up and called Mr Tire in Hagerstown . The associate that answered the phone was so welcoming and said no problem come in and we get your safe to get back on the road . We dropped off the car and walked and had a coffee at a near by business : the truck was waiting and complete before we got back to Mr Tire . He checked all the other tires and sent us on our way . I went to Mr Tire today, spent almost $1000 on tires and an oil change. (no complaint on price as I drive a large SUV and a expected the cost to be around this) No one was rude and the service was performed fairly quickly. (about 1.45 hours) However, I was never offered an alignment, which only would have pushed the cost another 100 bucks.. on top of 1k what’s another hundred? They performed what I requested without offering anything additional what so ever. I am a little disappointed that they don’t offer their professional opinion. Changing 4 tires on an all wheel drive vehicle, I would think they would have offered or asked if I wanted an alignment. When leaving he mentioned “one of your back tires is a little bent, so if you feel something, that’s what it is” offered no solution, no cost to fixing, nothing. Also I am pretty positive I have some suspension issues going on.. but nothing was mentioned or even spoken of. It was very transactional. “Here, I did what you asked” sort of thing. I appreciate the work they performed. I would have liked a little more in the customer service aspect. “Hey, your bearings need replaced, your brakes are worn down, your shocks are leaking”... just SOMETHING to let me know they actually looked at my vehicle a little instead of just replacing the tires and performing an oil change...

I feel like I can give a 5 star review. Went here to get a oil change and Radiator flush. Scheduled online the night before, got a email conformation of my appointment time next day along with a estimated cost. Come the next day I was going to be a little late, called and they pushed it back by a half hour to give me some extra time. I got there and they had friendly staff and they were quick to get my oil and all done. Total was what my estimate was. In and out with about a 1 and a half hours. Happy with them and will probably return in the future. Oil change wasnt to expensive ether. Would recommend.

I spent nearly $800 at this establishment for an oil change and 4 new tires. I drove away with my car leaking oil and now 3 months later it wont hold any oil and they refuse to fix their mistake without charging me. Do not go to this place they dont even know how to change oil correctly. You have been warned!

I had spent a good hour calling around places about having a new tire put on and yet every place had wait times or very high prices. When I spoke to Martin at Mr. Tire he was very polite and offered a great price with no wait time. I then went to their location and the service was quick and very satisfactory. Im really happy with this place. I got tires put on last week and its the first time I didnt get a phone call telling me that I needed an alignment in 40 years. I usually get someone (from other service centers) giving me some numbers that I dont understand advising me to get an alignment. I trust them. They do a good job at a fair price and they are nice people too.

Best shop around! The guys in the office are very nice and will go the extra mile to help a customer. This is the only shop around that I have my alignments done at. They have wonderful technicians who are very knowledgeable about vehicles and care about the customers. Just recently, I had taken my Jeep in for an alignment after another shop did one (not of my choice) and they took the time to point out the mistakes left from the other shop and correct them to get me on my way. I hope I dont need to have any costly repairs done in the future, but if so, I will have them here! Dont go anywhere else!

Mr. Tire in Hagerstown is always very friendly and helpful when I take my cover there they always get me in-and-out right away.
