This place is the best.On our way back home from a family visit type vacation and with more than 3 hours to go on our second day of travel, we had a small problem with the car. An air flow shield under the car was scraping the road surface. Couldnt go over 20 MPH. Not the way we wanted to finish the drive. Got a recommendation from the counter guy at the local Sheetz gas place. Glad we did. Went to Tires Plus, and they got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes and charged us $9.99 - honest, caring and fair people. If you live near Hagerstown, MD and need any kind of service on you car, you should try these people.

Couldnt/wouldnt fix faulty valve stem in tire? Claimed the tire was too old. I suggested that I didnt want the tire fixed just the valve stem. Manager said the company rules prohibited him from working on an old tire. He was nice enough to find someone nearby who would fix the stem.

My car was inspected 9/3 from a different state. I needed a MD inspection and took it here. 20 minutes later the inspection was done but it needs a motor mount all of a sudden. Asked to see the old motor mount and it’s almost brand new but some how sliced and leaking tons of fluid. They got me for $400, and then completed the inspection and put someone else name and address on the certificate.

Went in on this rainy day January 1st 2021. Had four tires placed on my 2019 truck along with an alignment. I observed two customers before me. Both customers had there vehicles pulled up front and double parked in front of the exit door. Both customers were white. When my time approached, I checked out at the front desk, signed papers and was given my key. My vehicle was parked towards the back of the lot, which is a great distance from the entry/exit door. Every employee at this location was white. I am a black male who was friendly and courteous to all at this location.My advice to any and all black customers is to avoid this location if you do not want to experience what I experienced today. Should have spent my dollar somewhere else.

The people here are extremely nice. The prices are reasonable priced and they seem like they care about getting your car worked on, rather then getting more money. I got my tires replaced, brakes fixed and oil change. Place is great.

Honestly, I dont like leaving negative reviews because it feels mean, but places like this just need to be criticized more I think. We made an appointment at one P.M. and they told us it would take about an hour, maybe and hour and a half. It took almost two and a half hours for a tire change. Thats all we got done. Ive watched tire changes being done, the full replacement I watched was done by an 18 year old fresh out of highschool and it took less time than that. I understand if youre busy, but if you make an appointment at a certain time you should stick to that. I dont believe they even got our vehicle in at the right time. We showed up thirty minutes early and they still didnt get our appointment started at the previously agreed upon time.However, I will say that they did a great job on the tires and it feels like a brand new car.Great work, very poor time management.

Called and asked for a common suv tire price and availability. When I got to the shop I was told a different price entirely. Seeing that I needed it asap I said fine. A few minutes later Im told they actually dont have that tire but they do have one for a higher price. Shady. Will not return.

Ordered 4 new tires for my child’s car. Said the would be in by 10 o clock Tuesday. My appt was for 1pm. My child took her car there and went across to Denny’s to eat her lunch. She came back an hour later for them to to tell her they didn’t have her tires in yet and they weren’t sure when they would be in. Horrible communication. They should have at least told her when she dropped her car off the tires weren’t in. The proper thing to do was call before the appointment and tell her they were sorry the tires didn’t come in that they need to reschedule. Instead they wasted her time.

First time there, appointment was at 3pm only complaint was there for 2 hours for 2 new tires and front alignment. Front desk clerk was very nice and professional, explaining everything. The website to make appt is easy to use and gives you total cost upfront.

Enterprise rental got a flat & had to take to Tire Plus for service. Very short wait before service & they replaced tire (total 40 min). They even put spare, jack, etc, back into the well properly. Excellent service.

Quick turnaround on a coolant hose repair.

Showed up there at least 2 hours before closing & clerk says there are already 2 appointments scheduled one for each hour to come. On only 2 mechanics on duty, they’re short staffed. How ever the clerk was very rude about it. So I wonder what the issue really is? Very disappointed with my experience here. After sitting here watching them work on their own personal vehicles. All I can say is wow. Wow

Can install used tires

Made an appointment waited nearly 3 hours. Came to check on the car and no work was done whatsoever. I asked about it and was asked if I was sure I wanted that tire. I previously spoke with the manager and setup the appointment in person. No one called me to ask me this simple question. Complete waste of time.

Prior to taking my car to this place I personally installed a new A/C condenser, Ac lines, ac compressor & new serpentine belt. I took it there so they can do vacuum and ac recharge. Pick my car up an hour after I dropped it off. Ac was working good for the first hour then it started blowing cold air again. I called and told them they told me to bring it back so they can do another ac inspection. Told me it should only take about an hour. Dropped it off at 1230pm called them to get an update on my car around 4pm and a guy told me he was actually writing the ticket up and he was gonna call me back in 5 mins (never called me back) I went to pick up my car by the time they were closing. Told me I need over $1000 worth of work still, ac still doesn’t work & my serpentine belt that I had fixed makes a huge whining noise that wasn’t there before. Didn’t make the noise after I fixed it and didn’t make the noise after they did my ac recharge. So who knows what the mechanic with the ponytail did.Lost out on money just cause I didn’t want to do the labor myself. Lesson learned for sure.

Recently purchased 2 tires online from Tire Rack. They recommended Tire Plus as an installer. They have a national agreement with Tire Plus and have a published list of prices. I called Tire Plus and made an appointment. I then asked to confirm that the pricing was the same as published. They told me that they would not honor the published pricing for my vehicle and wanted double the published rate.

Just like any other repair shop, they are competitive in their pricing and ability to do the job right the first time. They have a courteous staff and they explain everything to you. I have gone to this facility for different services and always left and content.

Really honest place! I had my oil changed elsewhere and was told I needed front brakes badly. I didnt get the work done at the other location. I took my car to Tires Plus and they did a free brake check and found that my brakes were fine! I really appreciate the honesty and know where I will go when I do need work done!

I ordered a $325.00 tire for my car and was told to come in 2 days later to have it installed . The day before my appointment a rep contacted me to come in at 1:00 the following day. I was 15 min early and was told that there would be a 2 hour wait . I mean really! I only needed 1 tire installed. The rep at the front desk was clueless, my time along with every other customers is valuable as well . I told him that I couldnt wait that long thats why an appointment was made. His response was that everyone in the waiting room had to wait and that i could leave the car. How was I supposed to get home? This facility clearly has no time management in place and could care less about inconveniencing their customers . They had a charcoal grill in the front of the first car bay blazing Really! I wiil never come back here again!

Coupons make it more affordable.....changing to 1 star because they put my front brakes on backwards!!! Lordy, called told them about their mistake (offered to bring it in and show them) hoping for refund or something nope nadda. So instead of these brakes lasting a couple of years (40k) they had to be replaced within 6 month. I wont be back there again! Sad when u cant trust people.

Close to $600 for front pads and rotors. Didnt ask what kind of pads we wanted, they put the non-ceramics on. I called auto zone, for the expensive breaks and rotors from there are $180. Fast turn around, but they take you for a ride.

Went there with my son . They were fast and courteous. Also they explained a few things to my son that he is going to have to have fixed without putting pressure on him. They treat you like a friend.

Took this place 2 hours to get the tires changed on my car, i watched them stand around not doing anything for 45 minutes standing around talking. Then he tears out of the parking lot in my car! I check my mpg and the car was getting 5-10 while he drove it but when i ask its “part of the job” dont ever go to this place. If i treated my customers at my shop this his way id be broke. First and last time ill ever step foot into this place.

In the past week I replaced the brakes, tires and checked everything else out on the wifes 2012 Kia Soul. The old tires were not wearing as even as Id like, so I scheduled an alignment for this morning at Tires Plus. When they were aligning it, they said I needed a new air filter and battery for only $190... I made them show me where they tested the battery and it tested good and the air filter is white, clean and no where near needing changing. I will never give them another dime and suggest everyone steer clear. Someone that hasnt worked on vehicles over the years and keep up on then would have easily been taken for $190 on things they dont need.

AWESOME mechanics.Went in because I thought I needed a wheel alignment. The mechanic came in to ask me if he could put my car in the air and look at it, he didnt think the alignment would fix the issue and didnt want me spending money on unneeded repairs. He came back into the waiting room and took me into the garage to show me the issues. The front alignment wouldnt have fixed the bent back axle. These guys are my new mechanics.

They gave me a wait time that was wayyyy lobger than i actually ended up being there. They were fast, friendly, and didnt pressure me to get more work done like most shops.

They fixed the control arm on my car and mentioned that the other one would need fixing soon.. $500. Then I had a simple oil change and they did an overall point check where they asked me if I had been having trouble starting my car. I said no.. he said my battery was reading way under what it should and it would cost $180 to fix. Took my car to two other places... both said that my car needed no work on the other control arm and my battery was reading actually higher than the recommended reading over 720.. essentially at 100%. These guys are con artists and I will never return for any service again, ever!

I am from Pennsylvania and on the way home from vacation in North Carolina, my left drivers side tire blew out on Highway 81. I frantically tried to find a tire place that was open at almost 7 p.m.because I could not travel as far as I had left on my donut. This Tires Plus stayed open for me to make sure I could get a new tire on my car. It was fixed in no time at all. The staff was so friendly and understanding. They even matched my current tires on my car. This store turned a scary and stressful situation into merely a 5 minute fix. If you ever need anything done, go see them!!

I went to get air in my front tire on Sunday, September 4th and one of the workers checked the air in all my tires. He proceeded to put a little bit of air in the tire that needed it. I went home and hours later all the air was out of my tire. Turns out the caps for TWO of my tires were missing. He stole them- I checked the tires before I went and all caps were there. I should have stepped out of the car to watch him. Do not go to this Tires Plus!

Dont EVER go to Tire Plus. We had our Maryland state inspection done here and attempted to get the work done to pass for tags. They were supposed to order a replacement part on Thursday, I went in there Friday at 5pm and no one ever notified me that the part hadnt came in. Its now Saturday morning and they told me that the part wont be in until Monday. The part is coming from Frederick, MD (20 mins away). When I called ford about that part its scheduled to come in today so I called back and was now told that the inspector at tire plus wont be in until Monday so it cant be fixed before then. My family has been in hotels since Monday bc we are moving to Colorado and Tire Plus has been HORRIBLE with customer service. I would never recommend Tires Plus!!!!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star.

I would give 0 stars but its not an option. I have been dealing with Bridgestone Tires Plus repair shop for ~ 1.5 years now. They have made numerous screw ups which I have forgiven in the past. Today, the camels back was broken. Called in an oil change appointment on Sat. Guy says he has 7AM so I book it. Get there Monday morning at 7AM (and Im not a morning person) and another guy says sorry no record of your appointment. WAT! So, if you want an oil change you are gonna have to wait long while I order special filter (which should have been ordered when I booked the appt on Sat). WOW. Well, that is it for me. I would not step foot in that place if I were you.

My 68 yr. old Hispanic Mother went to Tire Plus this afternoon with a flat tire. To her surprise there was a spanish speaking representative, named Juan that attended to her. Which at this point she was happy he was hispanic because she can communicate 100 times better in spanish. She advised him that she had a flat tire and she wanted to see if they could plug it or replace it with a used tire. The tire had two holes in it and was not able to be plugged. Okay, so the alternative was to buy a new tire. She didnt have enough cash on her for a new tire. He went on to explain that she needed two not just one. Well, Juan, if she is telling you she doesnt have enough cash for one what makes you think she has enough money on her for two? Now, at this point, I obviously being 1000 times smarter and more considerate than Juan, I would have suggested to put her spare tire on the car. Not Juan, he just put air in the flat tire and sent her on her way. My Mother lost control of her car on her way back home and had to stop at a gas station and got someone with some sense to help her put the spare tire on her car. This is by far the worse customer service that Ive ever heard of. And Juan should be ashamed of himself to the fullest degree.

Pettifogging minute details is trait I lack. Ill skip that this business left grease on my steering wheel, left one tire underinflated (causing an annoying dashboard message/indicator light) and skip to the crux of why I am submitting my first ever bad review of any business on the planet. The petty larceny employees (or at least one of the employees) at Tires Plus had the small-minded thoughtlessness to steal not one or two, but all four of the factory aluminum AMG valve stem caps that I brought the car in with and replace them with a mismatched multi-colored plastic version. There are plenty of tire shops in the area, however, as a public service announcement, if you choice to do business here, please, for the sake of your personal property, take your checkbook, purse, wallet, cell phone, loose change and any other valuables with you when you drop the car off. These people have stooped to the lowest low of theft, they didnt even have the decency to steal the emblem off the hood....valve step caps....a truly sad performance in the eyes of thieves everywhere.
