These guys are pretty awesome! They are always professional while being down to earth. I keep going back because they are genuine. They dont tell you that something is bad just to make you replace it like some other mechanic shops will do.

First Time Here Had A Great Experience!!

Was told 95 for full synthetic oil change ended up 130 people sat in mycar the whole time they stated they checked tire pressure some how I get in my car tire is low... I didnt watch this fromrecommend he beginning wish I would have I feel like they did something to try to upsell. Id highly recommend u watch every thing they do there Id never spend 1 more dollar there after such a shady experience they acted like I dont know my car... do better and run a legit and fair business no reasonable explanation on why my oil change was 30 higher than quoted and suddenly my tire is low with light on...

Guys are nice and trusted to do oil change and basic maintenance. The younger guy(couldnt tell anything else because of mask) is super nice and even had a conversation.

About four or five days ago give or take I had my oil changed. Great job 😀😀😀😀They informed me that my brake pads were to the point where they would cause a safety issue including my rotors.Which they fixed it within the hour before they closed.In addition to reattaching my skid plate which was already hanging off anyway.I guess within 5 days since my oil changed my skid plate came loose which unbeknownst to me I wouldnt have known unless somebody at work informed me while we are in the parking lot.So I drove within 40 minutes before they were closing and asked if they remembered me. Shawn of course did thank goodness he was working that same day.He told me he and his crew would fix it immediately and that these things happen from time to time.Whoever their bosses should promote or give these guys a raise or at least give them an employee of the month.they were very professional, straight forward and honest.they got the job done and thats just how it should be.They responded in kind by saying well thats just how we do it.Great job thank you again Shawn and the rest of your crew are awesome.Ill be sure to get my oil changed here in the not-too-distant future.

I love these guys. Friendly, attentive to details and patient with newbies. Took my youngest car to have them make sure she will be safe on the road, they did a courtesy once over and I could not ask for anything more.

Went for an oil change and service advisor said I needed new brake pads, immediately. Went to an independent mechanic and he stated pads had significant life left on them! I realize they are trying to upsell, however they shouldn’t lie to get more business!

Guy told me my back breaks was metal to metal.Not true. Although I did need back brake pads. He quoted me $350.00. Took it to the shop and cost me $200.00 for platinum pads. He also told me I needed front pads and I still had 75% life on them.

Very fast and entire staff was super friendly. I appreciate them giving me the option to replace the air filter and actually showing it to me (it needed changed but showing me the problem makes them trustworthy). Will definitely be back and will service my other vehicle there as well.

I never go to Jiffy Lube for this reason but the guys were rude to me straight of the bat. I get my oil changed.. was told it would be $70 for my VW and it was $125 walking out ( Okay ).. now my oil is leaking... I’ve got my oil changed at Burhans for years and never had an issue... I go here and bam... now I’m going to have to get my car looked at.

I always have a great experience here. I am able to pull up to a lane. Was immediately greeted with a smile. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They recommended somethings but there was no pressure. When he was done, my vehicle was right outside ready for me. He was super polite & opened my door. Definitely a repeat customer.

Staff were very polite and efficient. Answered all of my questions as this was the first time I have used Jiffy Lubes services. Prices are a bit high. I am personally used to buying my own oil and filters so I can do the math. I did appreciate having my car vacuumed and my windows cleaned. Overall I would go back simply for the convenience.

My girl asked for the most basic of oil changes. They charged her $60 for their premium blend. Marked off a slew of boxes stating that they checked/replaced/filled certain items during the oil change. I dont think they did anything for the $60. Boxes marked VACUUM FLOORS and WASH EXTERIOR WINDOWS were both marked COMPLETE... none of the windows were washed, floors left clearly not vacuumed. Dirt bag Manager doesnt care. He swears everything else checked off was completed. Doubt it MF. Theyre going to see more of me if i find out filters werent replaced

Simply put, I called and found the time was right and went right to the store. Got in almost immediately and the service was performed as I requested. Even got a tire rotation which showed I needed 2. They recommended where to go and actually made an appointment for me. Took care of the tires and alignment today.Great service and team

Courteous, honest, fast, and fair priced. The staff here is awesome and I can always trust that they will never sell me anything I dont need. For example, the last time I got an oil change from another company, they said that I had a crack in my radiator and that my air filter could use a replacement. I decided not to purchase those 2 services until the next time I got my oil change. So today, I mentioned to them about the crack and the air filter replacement and they told me they were both completely fine!? Saved me about 200$... Will never go anywhere else ever again!!

I received recommendations and wasnt pressured with the usual up sell that one might receive when getting their car serviced.My windshield was slightly smeared, but not a reason to give these guys anything less than five stars; because the service was great.

Yesterday was my third visit here. I do find that they are friendly courteous and polite employees. I was in and out about 20 minuets. As a longtime customer to jiffy lube in Baltimore since the 70s I’ve only had 1 situation with.As for the service here it’s not the same as in Baltimore.... no one ever told me to top off my coolant before till yesterday. My windows weren’t cleaned nor was inside vacuum as I watched attendant get in on driver side only with hose in hand then went to the next car. I’m really sure if I’m going back there yet cause I’m picky about good service.Just not the same service as in Baltimore.Overall it was an experience.No coupons available here. Not a good thing when I’ve always received coupons and able to use ....

I don’t typically like to leave reviews and potentially affect ones business but I feel as though I got ripped off. Tire rotation and air in tires wasn’t performed and they told me it was but there was no air added to the two tires that are lacking in air. Also it doesn’t appear that we’re rotated. I paid for two break lights to be installed and they told me that they’re working but I checked tonight and one isn’t working still so I could have gotten a ticket. I’m wondering if I even needed new break pads or if they just told me this. I’m wondering if they put the pads on correctly which I will go to a real car place tomorrow to get checked out. They did an oil and filter job but didn’t tip off the fluids. I’m not sure now but I paid 338 dollars yesterday. Was I ripped off? The staff was very warm and friendly!! They did seem to be knowledgeable in what they were talking about and there was a whole team working on my car so it seemed to go much faster than it normally would.

Great service always! Only critique, get cleaner wipes to do my windows. I always leave with a haze on the windshield that I have to re-clean when I leave. I carry windex and paper towels now for this purpose. Service is so darn good that I am a loyal customer anyway.

I have taken my cars to many different Jiffy Lube shops all over Maryland, and most were informative and courteous. Today, however, I was pleasantly pleased because of the genuine interest and kindness of the cashier Bret. He was excellent when it came to knowledge, courtesy, and concern. I will be returning when I need something else for the car.

It was a rainy day. The crew was very good had me in and out fast. But they did not clean my windows like it was explained while checking out. Other than that I was pleased with there service.

The employees meet you at your car, discuss the service and then open the door for you to the waiting area. They keep you well informed as to the service. They were very helpful to me when I went for an oil change and I asked them to check the hose and clamp on my radiator as there was splash on my engine. They informed me that my radiator needed completely replaced. Gave me a quote and said they could have it replaced in an hr. I left to finish some errands and to get my credit card. Returned and was in and out in an hour! Very pleased and highly recommended.

Friendly and fast service

I usually do not have any issues, the guys are on top of things but my visit this time, I requested tire pressure to be checked, I had a low tire light on as well as a check engine light that I addressed with the initial service tech. Once my car was completed, both lights were still on. I went back in and mentioned to the guy. He said and I quote if they checked the tire pressure, it may take a couple of miles for it to turn off. I asked, and the check engine light? He went and asked the tech of which I was able to read his reaction, he forgot. Thats fine, he came back, checked it, addressed the code with me and said that wasnt something they could work with there but wrote the code down for me. So off I went. After several miles, the tire pressure light did not go off so I drove a bit and stopped to check it myself. All tires were low and one was extremely low. I filled and away i went and immediately the light went off. I then pulled my receipt to see if they did check the tire pressure and it states they did. Hmmm, makes me now wonder of all the services they provide if they really do half of them. Also just another observation i and another customer noticed, every single customer before us needed their coolant topped off for an additional $4 fee. A couple were told theirs was very low, $4 mine as well as everyone else, a bit low..$4...lol found that a bit odd but oh well.

The team is here is always friendly and the work is always done very efficiently. I had a tag light out and they offered to put it in for me if I went and bought it. That is going above and beyond n my eyes!!

The folks were courteous when finishing my oil change although there wereTwo things they did not care for on my vehicle. They did not clean the exterior windows nor did the vacuum the floors. The receipt did note these as being competed, but were not. The team needs to be trustworthy and state honestly what was done during the service. It is my fault I did not bother going back in to talk to the manager when I noticed these weren’t completer...

I asked for an oil change & windshield wipers. They returned my van with no new windshield wipers, so I had to go back in. My invoice for the oil change said they did all sorts of stuff like vacuum and check my lights. They definitely didn’t vacuum anything. This was yesterday... on my way to work this morning I got pulled over for having a brake light out... so did they check or was that a coincidence?On the bright side, the oil change was quick and the team is a really nice bunch of people. Unfortunately for JL, I will probably go to Grease Monkey for my brake light.

Friendly staff. Fairly fast service. After the last service I had done, there was black grease left on my steering wheel that got my hands dirty. That hasn’t happened before. Besides that, I would recommend this location.

My oil change / tire rotation was efficient and the staff was very kind. They accommodated me when I didn’t know the type of oil in my car or couldn’t get my coupon printed. I would 100% visit this location again.

WARNING!!! Mechanics have NO regard for safety or value of any customers vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not even a day later i had to take it the shop for a horrible vibrating in the front. When my mechanic went to remove my driver front and rear tire they had the lug nuts so tight that two of the studs snapped off trying to remove them. I have since had to replace two studs and several others studs on the front were stripped from being over tightened. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!

They took advantage of our 17 yr. old daughter. Sent her to get oil change and tire rotation. They charge her $80!!! Dealership was only $39.99. My wife called and the person on the phone was rude and since they didnt tell her until after service was complete we were stuck. Can you imagine your teenager on the phone crying because of the cost.Update- Allen called me and made it right.

Did LOF promptly. Reasonable price. Said my front brakes were gone, nothing on pads. They were correct and really needed new pads and rotors. My van would have been unsafe to drive. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

I was in and out much faster than expected. My car was vaccumed much better than I have had done at the other guys who only include it in their premium change packages. I will be back when its due again.

I went in for an oil change today and they did a pretty good job. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend but it was done rather quickly and thats what I needed. I agreed to have my oil filter and air filter changed as they were a mess and they offered a $10.00 discount on the one filter. I also had a $10.00 coupon.

I was extremely impressed with every aspect of this experience: from Ricky being so great checking the car in and keeping me updated (he really is a great ambassador for Jiffy Lube; friendly, polite, respectful, kind, knowledgeable) to meeting the owner who was very easy to talk to and genuinely interested in talking with me. The service on my car was spot on and no high pressure tactics to add on charges. Highly recommend this establishment!!

The guys were great and courteous. I pulled up and they took my car right away. After doing everything they showed me and explained to me what was done. I am definitely going back.

I was only provided 2 options for oil and chose the $69 option. No one took the time to explain anything to me. The oil change was quick, but I was charged $109 with no explanation for the difference.In addition, now that they got me to switch to synthetic oil (which my car did not previously use), I can’t go back to regular oil. I will now always have to buy more expensive oil for my car.Very dissatisfied!! I was taken advantage of.

The best thing this particular Jiffy Lube has going for it is there is a Chick-fil-a right next door to it. For that reason I’ll give it three star rating. If you want a Jiffy Lube in the Four-State area that gives you Chick-fil-a type service I recommend the one in Winchester, Va.

I went in with a flat tire and the guys were nice enough to help me with ordering a new one. Went in the next day and was all done in about 1/2 hour 😊

Absolutely amazing! As soon as I pulled in they were there and ready to help. Arsenio even opened my door for me as I stepped out!! They even checked all of my fluids and let me know that my coolant was low (I was going to get around to it later) and offered to fill it up for me. Nick handed me my keys and held the door as I left advising me to drive safe. They are wonderfully pleasant people and so kind. Will be coming back next time I need service! I couldn’t have asked for better service!!

I took my car to Walmart for a oil change, but they did not have the oil filter for my type of car. But they recommended Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey. I chose Jiffy Lube and they did a wonderful job they have the filter and went the extra mile and helped me with trying to put my brake light in, at no extra charge. I deafly will go back to him again and recommend them to others .

These guys will rob you literally. They will steal anything they can that you leave in your car. Every person from this jiffy lube has a serious issue and upper management wont do anything about it. Go ahead and support jiffy lube and support theft just like you would support christianity and child abuse... be apart of the solution not the problem people
