Hours a great. Plenty of space with a vast variety tho prices are a bit high compared to their competitors. Would love to see them be more competitive with their prices.

Nice little hole in the walls liquor store. A little cramped but that is because of the selection. Nice people who own/operate.

I think the place needs some distractions, that could bring some more well spent time effective. You know if a liquor store had a spa/swimming pool with alcohol-drinking-therpist/coaches and an area to linger for the health good will to come like as if it was zoned by the church/city to do a complete job for a persons life.. There is one particular young man that has actually memorized what I usually come in for and by the time I get to the register he already has what I need from behind the register waiting. Now thats good customer service and he always says, Hi how are you? And Have a good day. The ladies are good to me also, but I think he goes above and beyond.

Very inexpensive wine prices and normal liquor prices that I’ve noticed. Cigarettes are about .75-$1 higher then most gas stations however you are paying for the connivence of being able to buy them all in one place I assume so sometimes it is worth it. This family ran business is always busy and their service is always great! Sometimes their can be a language barrier but the owners son (I think) is always very helpful in picking out the correct wine for whatever event, drink or meal you maybe looking for. Highly recommend!

The store itself is ok, but this shopping center is a trash heap. Miniature bottles scattered everywhere and other trash. If trash everywhere doesnt bother you...shop here...otherwise go elsewhere.

Friendly people and you dont have to wait in line after lottery people. I hate when I go to a beer store to buy beer and have to wait in line behind someone buying lottery tickets

Huge selection of pretty much all alcoholic beverages (they are doing renovations to expand the store to carry more styles of craft beers and other alcohol) and if they dont carry it just ask and theyll order it. Staff is very friendly and courteous and even have lollipops for the kiddos. Never had a bad experience there and highly recommend shopping there!

Best service in town

Its hard for me to explain because the store was clean and neat, but didnt really have good organization. It took me a while to find what I was looking for. The workers were very nice once I got to the counter, but didnt want to help me when I was standing there scratching my head looking for what I wanted. Otherwise a very good place to get your alcohol needs!

Roxy is the only liquor store in hagerstown I will deal with. If you cant find something, they will help you find it if they have it. They are affordable and cheaper than most others in Hagerstown. Thank you guys up at Roxy Liquors for being the best Liquor store in Hagerstown.

Great hours (midnight!), pleasant employees, decent stock of brand name wines although they dont know much about them. Modest stock of some craft beers, mostly 6-packs in the coolers.

Of all the men working here, only one young man is a gentleman and customer-service-oriented. I was looking for a wine that EVERY liquor store in Hagerstown carries, Fronterra. I asked about it here several months ago, and they never bothered to get it. I just happened to drop by looking for it today because I was in that area, and they still dont carry it. Four men were working in the store, but only the youngest guy (either teens or early twenties aged) actually bothered to ask me if I needed help. One older man was standing propped up against a pole and never even bothered to turn around to speak to the younger guy or me when he was asked about this product. He just stayed propped there with his back to me, his customer, and said, no. This is poor customer service for two reasons - they dont care what customers want to buy, and they dont care what kind of response or customer service they offer. Shame!

I pulled up at 11:55 and the lights where off and 2 ladies were inside just standing there looking out the window. When I approached the door they said there closed but the sign and on Google says Roxy closes at midnight the lady replied and said they close at 11:55. The sign at the door and the hours on Google need to change to 11:55pm not 12:00am this place will not get any more of my money.
