Owner is an untrustworthy, scummy individual. Stay away at all costs and shop elsewhere. Not worth supporting a business that lies and cant be trusted. And no, dont respond with a generic Please tell us what we can do better so that we can fix the situation. The owner knows what he did and if he wants to do better, he should keep his word next time on future barrel picks.

Love this place! Living in PA, I slide across state line after work to get the great savings. I usually save $7-$9 a bottle compared to PA prices. Great selection at amazing prices

So, I have been to many liquor stores but after being a member it has been an amazing experience. The prices are really reasonable and I love the variety of beers.

Y would anyone go to any other liquor store... Best prices on my favorite brands that cost 5 dollars or more at the other liquor stores even the discount stores ... Liquor locker members card holders get to save additional on the already reasonable priced goods n key cards are free n u can use ur ph number if u dont have the card w u.

Best little liquor store in town, IMO. Better than average prices (if your join their loyalty club), open til midnight, decent selection big craft and local beer.

Best prices Ive seen around and even better when you join their Rewards member club, which is free to join, so why not!. I just bought 3 bottles of wine and 2 Botabox wine boxes and saved 40%! The wines I bought were on sale and then got the club discount!

Always great deals and definitely suggest being a rewards member. They have a lot of varieties of wines and spirits as well as ciders!!

Super nice lil liquor store

Very friendly staff and the cigars that they have are quite nice. They recognize us by now and when we walk in theyre already telling us that we can go back into the humidor.

Staff is always friendly, and once Id been there a couple of times, we even joke around a little. Good prices, and great selection!!! With all the choices here in town ( and Ive been to several), this is now my GoTo water well.

Id give the Liquor Locker a rating of 3.75 as it has a good foundation of perks but organization and service could be improved.Its near my home so I shop there frequently out of convenience. I will say I find their large format bottles to be some of the best values in town. You can also join a membership for free which does provide additional savings, if at the very least on the addition of tax.The selections are broad, especially on whiskey, bourbon and rye which is why I go. The wine selection is huge but mostly mainstream and champagne is almost obsolete. Beer is pretty abundant here, especially craft but check dates as I find several items out of code, so seasonals tend to be safest. And it puzzles me why they dont use the several craft coolers adaquatly.Customer service is friendly but mostly to find items, not to recommend brands. However there are alot of unique, one off, and or allocated items here if you know what youre looking for. You must ask however as alot are hidden in back. The membership of savings and hard to find items at the very least are reasons to stop into the Liquor Locker.

Great Bourbon selection

Great experience everytime. I have a not so obvious disability and instead of me hurting they carry my purchases to the car. I dont expect or need to ask, they just do it. Prices are unquestionably the best in Hagerstown.

This store has somewhat limited selection but their prices are very reasonable most of the time.

They had such a great collection and members save even more. You can sign up for a membership when you are at the register. Pinhook Vertical series is one of my new favorites and they had series 4 and 5 plus the 1792 Full Proof BiB.

Chaotic set up, very cramp. Poor selection. Extremely rude staff. Very dirty, whole in the wall place. Try South Mountain Spirits instead few miles down the road.

Good sale prices but the wine we bought wa wasnt stored properly somewhere along the lines. The corks were dry and not easy to remove from the wine bottles 19 Crimes.The wine tasted fine.

Edit: Glad to see the website was updated with things like Parkers Heritage at about $400 over retail, but things that arent in stock are still shown as in stock.Their website is a complete waste so dont bother checking it for anything you might want, inaccurate stock, no reply when placing orders. Despite not hearing back I went to pick up an order and was told everything on my list wasnt in stock. The only reason they get 3 stars instead of zero, is the staff is all very nice and the selection they do have on hand is fairly good. If youre in the neighborhood worth a look, but if its more than a 10 minute drive I just wouldnt bother.

Great selection! Traveled from PA to get some liquor that PA doesnt sell. Reasonable prices as well. The workers did have a thick accent making it hard to understand.

Long time customer of this business. After browsing their website for liquor I placed a order online. Printed off order confirmation and went to pick it up. They told me the beer I ordered was priced for a 6-pack and not the 30 pack that was clearly printed on their confirmation page as Miller Lite 30 pack 12oz cans for $5.99. Refused to honor the price on their own website. If/when my retail company makes a printed pricing error we honor the price the customer is requesting and correct the error and hope for minimal losses. There are many options in the Hagerstown area to do future business. Will not return to this store.24 hours later and the still haven’t corrected their website prices. False advertising?

Owners do a real good job of having a wide variety of stuff to choose from whether it be craft beer liquor or wine. If i want it they have it. The white guy that rings is up is really cool. This is the only place I buy alcohol from.

I am a Bourbon enthusiast and while I cant say much about their wine and beer selections, they do have a reasonably large whiskey selection for the area. They have a good selection of harder to find whiskeys, but they are priced higher than the competition. For most of the average whiskeys, their prices are on point.

They have just about anything you need.

This is listed as having a great bourbon selection but its nothing special. Their prices are a bit more than other places but they are nice enough. Its not worth a special trip to go to but if you need something and are driving by, stop in with confidence.
