I have recently relocated to the area. And was very pleased to have liquor store close by. Everything was going along fine. Good service, good prices. However in the last couple of months with the hire of a new employee that has all changed. He is very rude, down right nasty at times. He has argued with me when I’ve ask a question. He truly in the middle of our transaction walked away to help a young girl with her wine selection. I try my best to kill him with kindness as they say. But I’m really considering going to another store. I’ll drive a couple of miles more to get better customer service!

After thinking long and hard, I realized I needed to re-craft my review. At first I wanted to warn people that I saw this guy not wearing a mask. Then he truly insulted me, and I needed to add that to why I hate this establishment and will continue to never return.At first my review read, I went in there yesterday, etc., and he attempted to respond by saying that I have a fake name and accused me of trolling. I did not even use the word incorrectly...please look that up. He insulted my integrity, and I am left aghast. I wonder if I should call him, but my husband reminds me I promised not to confront anyone again.I will not let my integrity be challenged this way. May you also stay safe, owner. I hope you treat your other customers differently, for your sake. And for their sake, please wear your mask.

Gentlemen named Jon was very helpful and informative. Helped find some good beers and made great recommendations.

They have a very rude employee. Ive witnessed him twice now, being very nice to female customers only. On top of rudeness, twice he has shook his head in disgust because I let a cooler door close too hard. This employee has no business being there, but since he is, I wont be and I guarantee that you will lose business.

This is our favorite liquor store to visit. The people are always super friendly. The store is well lit and clean. The selection is seriously top notch. We go out of our way to visit them! Highly recommend!

The new owner has completely stepped up! I had almost given up in the place in the past, they never had anything but light beer. They now have a great variety of wine, beer, and liquor; all the seasonal stuff and the classics. I found Pilar rum that Ive been looking for for years. Its so refreshing to have such a great selection with a pleasant atmosphere, always service with a smile!!

Talk about Informative, Helpful and kind!! They might be the new store in Town, but it feels like theyve been doing this for a VERY long TIME!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

NEW owner and NEW inventory!Legit ignore any bad review from months ago. This place has taken a total 180, and the store has plans to get even better. The new owner is so friendly and amazing and definitely knows his stuff when it comes to liquors, wine and beer. Tell him what you like and I promise you hell find something you will love. Good things ahead for this buissness!!

The new owner has completely changed this store. The shelfs are stocked with the expected name brand and craft liquor and wines and the prices now are extremely competitive. If you had a bad experience here in the past, forget it and check it out now. Theyve done a ton of work in a short time. Another good local business to support.

Since they said there is new management things are clean and all the shelves actually have stuff on them. The new owners or managers are Nice people. Good job guys.

AM-MAY-ZING. The freshest selection of wine since Ive been to Longmeadow. I dont know how Ive never been here before. THERE ARE LIKE 5 restaurants around them.

They have lost me as a customer for the third time. I believe a retail store should be consistent and they have one employee that hates doing lottery. Therefore he decides to close it down one hour or sooner than closing. That may seem trivial to some, but their record with me isnt good.

How can you not love a liquor store? When they dont have kahlua, triple sec, hornitos, or large bottles of pinnacle vodka. Go in for 4 things and they had none...looks like there may be new ownership now. Ill try it again :)

Nice Selection of Bourbon and Wine

Expired beer, limited selection, bought tonic water and both bottles were flat.

I bought two beers from this liquor store. Both were craft beers, and both were expired for over a year each. Because of this, they were undrinkable and unfortunately a waste of money.

Well organized, clean, and very friendly

This place is never open during the hours that they advertise. I have been to this place a few times and have only been a few times when they were actually open (even though I went during store hours). The was when I showed up about 15 minutes prior to closing and was told that I couldnt come in and purchase anything because they were closing. Dont go here!!!
