Very good so far I went to get Hard Ice popsicles and they had new flavors i usually do not go there but my normal place did not have the popsicles and someone told me about this place so I went and YES! Alot of flavors and some new ones i seen definitely going back

Overpriced and dirty. Employees yell and argue while customers wait. I will never patronize this place again, nor will i mention its existence to anyone wondering where to go in Hagerstown.

No COVID-19 protection. Just a sign suggesting masks and not requiring them. Cashier was unmasked, no shielding by registers, etc. Between this and being the most expensive liquor store in the area, you won’t be getting my business ever again. Be responsible and get it together, D&G.

A very nice store. Clean, no dust on items. The prices were better than expected. A well lit store. Plenty of free parking. The parking lot was well lit. The staff was very helpful.

One of my favorite stops. Ask the clerks anything. They dont just sell the products, they can answer all of your questions about them.

I stopped in to inquire about a favorite spirit. I was asked if I was a regular customer, and when I said that I was not, they declined to sell me my chosen spirit. The person was very polite, but I was obviously not satisfied with my experience.

Full selection way more choices than the state controlled Pennsylvania stores.

Called this morning to ask about peach crown the lady that answered the phone was very nasty to me. Im guessing its because they have gotten lots of calls about it but thats no way to be to a customer that spends lots of money at your store on beer, wine, and liquor.

Walked into the store everything was fine, the employees were standing around talking. Didnt mention to say hello or anything, didnt really bother me. So my girlfriend & I were looking in the store contemplating on what to get for my 21st birthday. (Yes my 21st birthday) first time in the liquor store. As we are looking I bend down to look at the bottom shelf and the lady screams pull your pants up, nobody wants to see that I guess she was referring to my boxers but let me just say this if your watching me that way to begin with there is a problem and also if you discriminate or judge a person by the way they dress or look that makes you a pretty lousy person. I wasnt trying to show the lady or man my boxers I apologized & they still came off really rude and said grow up, so we left and didnt feel comfortable buying from them. Very unhappy with the service I had.

I’ve honestly never had any problems when in. But on the same note I know where I’m going and getting. They never asked if I need anything and I never asked for help. Lol.

They were just standing around gossiping. They didnt mention to ask if I was looking for anything or even mention to say hello as I walk in. I asked the lady where something was and she just pointed across the room like I knew where to look and continued talking to the other employee but I was like whatever thats fine Ill look myself. As Im walking out, she starts talking about the way I was dressed. Very rude judgemental service. Never coming back. Thumbs down.

Great place !! Always so friendly ! Last week I went in and got the gift box of jäger which comes with a 5th and two shot glasses when I got to the counter the nice gentleman gave me two more shots glasses. No place I would go in Hagerstown.
