Just as another reviewer below mentioned, Noah and Max are definitely the two best at Sheehy for Sales. There were a couple of defects with the paint on my new Outback and Noah was sure to take care of it for me. He organized the service to be done, and helped secure accessories for my outback. I can only strongly urge you to work with Noah when you get to Sheehy whenever youre looking for a Subaru, Mazda or VW. Great dude.The finance department is a little bit of a different story as I felt a little less happy in that area - but dealer financing is usually that way.

When this was Sharrett it was a WONDERFUL place. Now that Sheehy took it over it has gone down the tubes. I have spent over a week trying to talk to a person that actually works in the Service Department. All they do is repeatedly transfer you from person to person, none of which are in the service department. I tried contacting them through email and zero response. Their service is essentially non existent. I will be looking for another place to service my Subaru. Sad, considering I have been a customer for 17 years. Cannot believe that this is how they treat loyal customers. Well, loyal no more!

I was very happy with my 2020 subaru outback purchase the sales person Leo spent time really listening to my needs and found me a great car it was at the top end of what I was ready to afford but fits my needs perfectly I live on a 3 mile private dirt road that most people wouldnt believe people actually live up. Leo also recommended the inside and outside car treatment stuff a great idea for where I live, he also explained to the finance guy what I told him and they made sure to explain appropriate protection options for where I live. Very happy with my purchase even though they are an hour from where I live I plan to return for my next car purchase

Recently purchased a 2021 Forester Touring from Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown. First, this is my first Subaru and I absolutely love everything about my Forester! My experience with Sheehy was fantastic for two specific reasons: my sales consultant--Kat Powell and the sales manager--Max Crocetta. Kat is everything you want in a sales consultant--knowledgeable, professional and listens to your needs and desires and then delivers! From start to finish, Kat exceeded every expectation during the buying process. She located an in transit Forester that perfectly met what I was looking for with my first Subaru and worked to get me the best deal. Had a great experience. Theyre down to earth, treat you like a human instead of a sheep, and really made the process easy. Kat was incredible and super communicative through the entire process. Leo is a pleasure to work with. If the rest of the sales staff are anywhere near as good as him (and judging by the young man Leo was training, they are), then theyve got a hell of a staff there. Everyone we talked to were pleasant to deal with. Leo gave me several options and was super patient while allowing me to evaluate each one. It was actually a difficult choice for us because we liked two of them quite a lot, but eventually we settled for the one we liked the most, which was very competitively priced.

I had been looking for a new car to replace my 2010 vehicle for a few months. Sheehy Subaru interested me with a 0% APR deal on select models but I wasn’t sure if I would fit due to my height. The Sheehy team answered all my questions pertaining to the models on sale and informed me of another sale that the dealership had going on.The next day, I had their financial department rushed to give me final numbers on pricing and monthly payments so I could make an informed decision quickly. In July, I went to Sheehy Subaru on the recommendation of a friend. I test drove several new Subarus. The salesperson was super nice and answered all our questions about the cars. Sadly, when it came time to work out a lease, the dealership played old school dealership games, the long wait as the salesperson talks to his boss and then comes back with numbers way to high. Then after protesting, the salesperson talks to his boss again and comes back with better numbers but still not what I want. Then as I was leaving the third attempt and me speaking to his boss directly but still not what my research and their own advertising says what the lease price for my desired vehicle should be. As I left, they said that I wouldnt find a better lease deal anywhere else. Interestingly this dealership wanted me to compromise on the car I wanted and never ever offered to order exactly what I wanted. After getting home I found another Subaru dealership on the internet that provides lease quotes online. Their internet sales manager provided a lease quote that was much better than what Sheehy offered and they were willing to order the exact car I wanted with the caveat that I will have to wait about two months for delivery. It was definitely worth my drive to Hanover, Pennsylvania. That Subaru dealership didnt play the games that Sheehy played, ordered exactly what I wanted, and with a lease that was much better than what Sheehy offered. Based on my experience, I do not recommend or trust Sheehy Subaru and will be taking all my business elsewhere.

If you go there and happen to see the business manager Luis Chavez, be careful, he will over charge for interest rate and rip you off. Left several messages for a call back and never received one. I was pretty interested in buying or leasing a new Crosstrek when I made an appointment with Kat Powell. The experience when I first went in on a Saturday morning was nervousness because I was unsure what I wanted. I was interested in the crosstrek or outback. I could go on and on about this places unprofessionalism. Long story short, I waited 7 hours and got no where with them. Was told theyd call Monday with an answer and they told me Monday they might not get to me because everyone else was more important that came into the show room that day. I waited TWO DAYS. Went to Dulles in Leesburg, was out in an hour and a half with my new Subaru. Wont be doing business with Sheehy again.

I was 3 hours from home when my transmission light started blinking and I noticed a change in the shifting of the CVT. I had my car towed to the service department at 1230. I dealt with Logan. He initally said the work would be done the next day, but when I spoke with him about 4PM, he said they had identified the problem and he would put 2 techs on the job. Work was completed by 530PM and I was able to return home the same night and get to work the next day. I cant begin to say how much I appreciate his professionalism and efforts to get me back on the road the same day.

Sheehy performed regular maintenance and a recall job on my Forester. Work was done well in a timely manner.

First, I have to admit that I have always loved the Subaru Forester...its been my Dream Vehicle from the first time I saw one way back in 2012 I think.But, I previously owned a 2002 Honda Civic and that faithful little blessing stood strong over all the years with 362k strong miles on it. Its been our family car back when we had only one vehicle and my runaround car through the years. Well, everything gets old and it started to fail on me. At the rate of dropping ~1k a week into it, I figured it was time to look for a new vehicle.So first we went to the Hagerstown Honda dealership to see what was available. Not only were the SUVs not impressive, neither was the service. I just couldnt sign on the dotted line...I hadnt even test-driven my dream car...The Forester. So we declined any further progression with Honda and went across the street to Sheehy Subaru.Maria Fittrow was the first smiling face we encountered and she took such great care of us. Introducing herself and her staff and the business as if she were the owner and you could just see the pride she has in the place in her eyes!! She walked us through a pamphlet detailing all of the features of the Forester and then took us out to look at a few examples that were available on the car lot.After perusing the inventory, I selected a 2021 Forester SPORT and Maria sent us on a test drive!Omg...it was better than everything Id dreamed about while looking at other Subaru Foresters on the road or when I was sitting in traffic. The interior feels like it was designed FOR ME!! It fits me PERFECTLY and the vehicle comes with EVERYTHING I LOVE!! I dont have to put in a stereo system or upgrade the lighting or do ANYTHING! Its all been done already!! I, literally, feel like this vehicle was designed JUST for me!!After finishing the test drive and choosing my new vehicle, we went back inside to check on what the Sheehy Financing could do for us. We normally finance through our bank for the best rate but Sheehy came close! Since we were there already, we figured wed just roll with it.After closing on the vehicle and sending it off for finishing and cleaning, Maria Fittrow came back to us and escorted us back to her desk to discuss more about the Forester wed just purchased. She took us out to another Forester like mine and showed us the interior details and taught us how to use the electronic systems and safety systems in the vehicle. She took the time to show us all of the ins and outs of the Forester and make sure we were acclimated to the vehicle before the final countdown.Then...the moment was here. My new Forester was ready!! We watched as the attendant pulled it up to the side of the building and came inside to hand Maria the keys. She then congratulated us and ushered us to our new Subaru Forester Sport!!The care, concern and involvement of all the people we interacted with at Sheehy Subaru REALLY showed us what customer service SHOULD be like. Even people we didnt have any dealings with were nice to us and said hello. It didnt feel like a meat market like we experienced at the Honda dealership where no one would talk to us except the salesperson attempting to sell us a vehicle. I really didnt expect to be treated so badly at Hagerstown Honda considering we bought my wifes Civic from there. That kinda stung.But Sheehy Subaru made everything better.I can tell you one thing for sure, we WILL be buying our future vehicles from SHEEHY SUBARU of HAGERSTOWN!!! Thank you all so much for being awesome!!!

We bought a new 2021 Subaru Impreza last week. We felt corralled in while we waited for the finance officer to return from dinner. I noticed the other day that my license plate brackets were not on our new car. The one on the front was one given to me as a gift from my one daughter when she was little. It held alot of sentimental meanings to me. I contacted the salesman and was told the next day they were not there and were thrown away. They were mine and should have been placed in our new car not tossed away. It really ticks me off. So now I have cheap plastic brackets advertising for Sheehy. They will be taken off and pitched and replaced with ones I purchase.

My husband and I were actually on our way to another lot for the PURCHASE of a different Subaru, when we decided to turn in to Sheehy Subaru in Hagerstown. We eyed a few cars, walked in and ran into Kansas. She was BY FAR the most helpful sales person we have dealt with, not just with this car, but with any car! She wasnt pushy, she was easy to talk to, we laughed, it was almost impossible to negotiate with her she was so great!
