My Sales Consultant was Cooper. This was my third visit to an at&t store in the past year. My visit today was by far the most productive and professional visit I have experienced to date. Cooper asked about my needs and offered a plan that was perfect for me. Not to mention, it saved me much more than what my previous plan. Cooper was professional and very personable. I went to this location a few weeks ago, i broke my phone. I thought it was going to be a big hassle, but Trey was super friendly and helpful! He made the whole process go very quick and easy. He was also very polite and patient with me. Highly recommend Trey!!

Great experience. Trey was fabulous in helping me decide on an upgrade and finding savings from my company discount program. Super supportive staff there too, extremely friendly. My five year old made fast friends with them. Trey was honest and friendly, I really appreciated his attention and expertise. First let me put on Record that I am a AT&T associate. With that being said, I was denied proper customer service by my own peers. I walked in to this location to purchase a charger, and requesting a employee discount. I was given attitude and her demeanor was very non-chalant and dismissive and this was after she verified my credentials. If this is the type of service that a employee receives than I cant fathom what type of service she provides to non employee customers. The Employee, Tanisha needs to do better and adjust her attitude for future references.

Cloey was amazing such a down to earth person assisted me with all my problems and was very understanding definitely coming back to get services and will recommend this location to everyone i know

The store by itself with employees were great they really tried but they also couldnt figure it out if that dont say something about AT&TThe company just simply has to learn that the big bosses have to know whats going on at all times but the way its going youre going down sad and all because the right hand dont know what the left hand is doing but I can tell you right now that your biggest problems are in billing and the outsourcing for your equipment to get to your customers if you dont get that fixed youre going to lose cause so many people say the same thing Youve become too big for your bridges the atmosphere was tense to sari the least...

Just recently became ATT wireless customer who. The Griffin store is near my work. I stop in when I have a problem or just need help getting the most out of my new phone. The tech that I Always try to get to help me is Rory. Rory is so patient, very knowledgeable about his product and the company in general .He is always helpful and anxious to assist. There is always only one person there working. Also the person working is very rude and snappy with customers. I understand being the only person working but its your job at least act like you enjoy working somewhat.

Wenr here a few months ago and they converted me from Verizon to AT&T. Much better plan that was far more reasonably priced, and the staff was very helpful. Shae was very helpful and somehow managed to help me and 2 other people all at the same time! Im not the best multitasker so it blew me away! She was very quick and extremely patient. If I lived closer this would be my store of choice, but im closer to the Mcdonough location. If you head to this location ask for Shae! She was great.

This is the worst place to buy or upgrade your phone they will offer you a deal then take it away stealing your phone because u can get it back the manager is rude and will not work with you and will not give her bosses information to complain about her

Tried to return at item bought at store they were out so.it got shipped. Associate failed to.mention the case did not come with tempered glass so i wanted to return it. Needless to say they didnt want to help after waiting 20 min just referred me to call att online when the packing label clearly said return to store for refund . I called corporate so they could sent me a label to send it back since i will NEVER return to tnis store again..
