Beth was just fantastic! She was so friendly and helpful! She got everything all set up for me and even tried to help me recover data from my old, dead phone! She also went out of her way to get all my phone contacts recovered and setup on my new phone. I had come back to that store because David, one of the managers had helped me a couple of years ago even though there was no sale involved. Fantastic store. They have a customer for life! Beth was the best, her customer service skills are top notch! Hope Verizon recognizes what a great employee they have!

Sales rep had a quick break while serving a customer and offered to take care of me after knowing my problem. He took care of my issue quickly and found me the best price for accessory I needed. Much better service than Corp owner Verizon in our town.

Getting an upgrade has never been easier. David was very knowledgeable and took the time to also check my plan to make sure I was getting the most for my money. He was very kind and patient, and I highly recommend him!

Best service I’ve ever received, and I am a regular at Chick Fil A! I was with T-mobile and switched back to Verizon because the fantastic people at this store convinced me. I can’t speak more highly of Brandon, who helped me and suffered with me through an extremely complicated transfer. He was insanely knowledgeable and proficient in his job and so friendly I felt like we had been best friends for years on my first visit to the store. I took my friend and who is 78 years old to set up a new phone and not familiar at all with how to work the Internet and email and several other things and David helped to set everything up for her and explain it to her in a way that made sense!
