Very nice guy very quick.fixed phones for family often.

I brought my phone to this place with a cracked screen. Let me start off with saying the guy working had a bad attitude from the start. Other then the cracked screen my phone was in perfect condition..charged fine, the battery was in very good condition. When I got my phone back after the screen was replaced my phone will not charge. At all. I done some research and found the guy broke the port that hooks up to the charging piece inside the phone. I called him and explained what I found on the internet, he basically told me he couldnt fix what he messed up and if he could fix it I would have to pay more to have it replaced. I paid $220 to have my screen replaced..got my phone back with a cheap fixed screen and no way to charge my phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you like your phone dont bring it here. It may be cheaper then anywhere else but your getting cheaper parts and getting your phone back worse then it was before bringing it in. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been in. I will be contacting the courts to file a lawsuit.

April 15, 2020The quickest repair/service I’ve had dealing with my phones. I spilled a drink and it got all in the interior of my phone, which lead to it not powering on. I took it here and I was skeptical at first. Though no later than 20 minutes the employees here replaced the screen and now my device operates as normal. I highly recommend stopping here before going anywhere else for a repair.

He told me my phone don’t work and I brought it to him once b4 and he put a screen on it and it went out 2 weeks later and when I went back up there to tell Cody he said my phone didn’t work

Took my working phone in to get screen fixed came out with fixed screen and the ear piece speaker not working. So now I can’t hear anybody until I put it on speaker phone . They want to charge to fix it and my screen cracked yet again when rubbing the speaker off to clean it . This place is horrible. Wouldn’t recommend going here .

It was fixed cheaper than anywhere else around. I checked Hampton Griffin Thomaston Jonesboro Lovejoy McDonough Fayetteville at Cetra this was the cheapest price by far for my screen to be replaced. It also took less than 10 minutes. Fantastic!

Cody at Level 10 was FABULOUS!!!! I drove from Pike County for him to fix my iPhone that would not update or upload to the cloud. He took the time to do the job and fixed other things on my phone that was wrong.... all for a wonderful price!! I highly recommend him! Great service, great job!!!! It has not worked this great in 2 years!!

Never go there.My wife took my sons phone there to get it fixed cost 190 dollars. The very next day the screen was blank. He wanted 125 dollars to fix it. Took it to att and they said something came disconnect on the inside of the phone. This place is a joke don’t ever take your stuff to this place. Rip off.

Definitely no stars. Got screen fixed and purchased a screen protecter. 2 days later the screen had a crack in the middle of the screen and screen protector was in perfect shape. Did not drop the phone barely touched it. Owner said it was my fault and it was nothing he could do....smh. Please go somewhere else.

When I though my screen wasn’t repairable he fixed it. He was so quick.. I was there no longer than ten mins tops! Affordable, better than paying apple prices for sure will definitely use him again in the future highly recommend

This business has communications issues. They did the job they were asked to do. There were some delays that were out of their control, but they didnt bother to let me know, despite having 48 hours notice. This caused me a wasted 1-hr trip and cancellation of plans. Price was reasonable

NEVER AGAIN! Unless you want to spend over $400 at Apple!!! Due to their lack of utensils they use, I had to go to Apple. Apple told me they used the wrong size tools, because Apple could NOT even get into my phone. My front sensor did not work either! I learned my lesson! Also, I had to buy a NEW phone since they couldnt get in the old one!

My iphone 6s plus screen was demolished and i went in here today for the first time he only had a black screen at the time and still offered to put a white screen on when he recieved his next shipment. He was so quick with the repair i was there no longer than ten mins. He was also very polite. Very reasonable prices being that apple wantes to charge an arm and a leg.highly recommend this guy and his shop, also has so many cute cases to choose from!
