I called one day, no one answered! 10 seconds later, I received a phone call back! Very Awesome. No place has ever given me, a phone call back. So, I already knew then — service would be great! He quoted me a price and told me it would take 20 min! I had my fiancé take his phone up there that Saturday. Literally an in and out process and the phone looks brand new again. Bottom half of screen was cracked/crushed, now you can’t even tell! Very professional! It’s been a couple days, nothing is wrong. Still works great! I would highly recommend! If you need your screen fixed fast and you need an affordable price, please give them a call! You won’t be disappointed!!

My wife completely shattered her iPhone 7 screen not to long ago and we were both worried wed have to spend hundreds on a new phone, but after a random Google search we found this little gem! This is a great place for cellphone accessories. I came in one day and I saw this Beautiful glitter wrap. He put it on in ten minutes and I love the results. But even though I love the glitter wraps the costumer service is the reason I will be returning for all future needs.

I took My phone yesterday to him my iPhone 8 and he totally made my fiancé wait 40 + minutes on top of making him wait my phone wasn’t fixed properly. I went in for a cracked screen my phone is on dim mode. It’s isnt right at all. I can’t take up there til Tuesday because I work past closing. We shall see Tuesday if he makes this right. I wouldn’t want to spend 100 bucks for something not properly done. Hopefully Tuesday he will keep his word and I can get my phone back working properly.

I have used A&L twice! Both times i cracked my screen AND broke the LCD ughhhh. Both times using them have been excellent experiences. I actually live in Philadelphia and mail my phone to their office because they are quick, reliable, and affordable. I would recommend them all the way from Philly so if you actually live in ATL I certainly suggest using A& L hands down!

My WI-FI Antenna did not work, A&L Cell told me that I needed a new one.IF that will not fix the problem, they would reimburse me for the part only.He added that 75% of the times that fix the problem.He replaced the WI-FI antenna and worked for one day only.He refused to reimburse me for the part as he promised.Obviously he did not know how to fix my I phone.Honesty goes along way.........

After searching for phone places and getting different quotes .... I came across A&L cell phone repair and when I went in LA customer service skills was very professional..... he guaranteed tht phone will be fix in 15 min ....... I came back in 10 nd I was fixed like brand new out the box ...... I will continue to going to his shop because I left out as a happy customer

I took my Iphone 6 Plus into the shop to have a new screen put on it. (keep in mind 2 days prior to dropping it off took it to the Iphone Store in Lennox for the battery replacement, bad luck I know) They put a new screen on it. I picked it up 30 minutes down the road I could not touch the screen anymore. I called they told me to bring it back the next day they would replace it with another screen from a different vendor. DID IT. They called and said it was ready. I go up there they tell me its having the same issues and it was a software issue. FUNNY never had ANY issues except the battery before I took it to them. They said oh well we will give you $50 refund on the $80 I spent. UM NO especially after putting the broke screen back on it (fyi no problems with my phone since the broke screen was back on ). And the girl at the front said it wasnt her problem and walked off to the back. She came back about 10 minutes later out said I spoke with the owner the offer of $50 still stands that she couldnt do anything it was in the owners hand. OK THEN LET ME TALK TO HIM no he said hell call you back tomorrow which I plan to call every hour on the hour until I get my extra $30 back. OH! And, went in there today after I called and they said it was still messed there were terms and condition on the counter which they felt it necessary to mention and point out ok pull the camera footage you felt you needed to point out and let me see because that WAS NOT up there when I dropped it off. And where did I sign anything saying that if it failed I would accept a partial refund and get a broke screen back. I would have just taken my phone to the Apple store for $30 extra WHICH I REGRET NOT DOING NOW!

Worst place ever I came in to get my screen replaced I paid a $75 deposit 3 weeks later still havent heard from you guys I finally called to check on it I dont know what happened but I end up coming to get my deposit reverse and still going to take two to three days to get my money back wouldnt recommend you to my worst enemy

They wanted to charge me $50 to replace a camera lens on a note 4 and charge me $20 for a $6.00 kit

If only they had no stars thats what my rate would be !bad experience all together when my phone was first fixed it wasnt fixed correctly and then he tried to say he didnt know and when it was finally repaired not even two months later my screen gave out and when I called to let him know he had the nerve to tell me he would sell me a cracked screen for a discounted price ! I will never bring any of my electronics here or refer anybody to this company !

I believe they are using a actual cell phone as the store phone instead of a land line phone, because when I called to inquire about my phone it sounds like they have a bad connection and when I tried to call back several times they kept forwarding me to voicemail, so they actually turned me down before I could even enlist there services, therefore I rate this business with 2 stars
