Poor customer service. Sent same wrong unit twice. AC units are good, company needs to improve customer service.
Awesome customer service. Had my 2yr old son with me. They Gave him a hot wheels! This speaks volumes for me. Highly recommend! Cant beat the pricing.
These guys know their stuff. Very helpful, spent time explaining what I needed and how to wire the system together. They then went over the wiring again when they realized I wasnt too sure. Very helpful
Will never buy from them again, 1st time and last time for me. Too long of an explanation but the old adage you get what you pay for does not only apply to product, but to customer service as well....and THAT is the reason I refuse to do business with them, their customer service....once car show season starts back up I will commit to telling my story in depth to dissuade as many people as possible from purchasing from them. I attend and show in a lot of cars....some local....some regional...some national. I have no problem standing beside their tent boycotting them.
No one greeted us when we came in. Even when my husband said hello someone spoke but didnt bother to get out of their chair. No public restroom. I get that for people just walking in. But my husband was there to shop. So I told him to hurry, he could not stay long. We had been traveling for a couple hours by the time we stopped here. We stop here about once a year when visiting family. We live 5 hours away. Husband likes their products and prices.
Ive used this company several times in the past. Their products are great but they are severely lacking in their phone skills. Not friendly at all. They come across on the phone like you are bothering them. Ive been in business for 25 years. If I treated my customers that way I likely would have been out of business a long time ago. Customer service is key!
I ordered a hose kit and did not realize I needed a special fitting. I called Southern Rods and they took care of the missing fitting and was great to deal with. They shipped the fitting to me on the same day.
Phone order, took CC info. A week later, no part...75 miles away. Emailing them did no good. A one line reply from Derek...cant find an open order for you. We try to buy locally but will go back to big box for our needs. Live and learn. Something about upstate SC, they cant seem to get it together. On the phone and email, sounds more like a kid selling out of moms garage.
You said you were open on Black Friday. You were not. Drove 40 min. Need to be more consistent and considerate to your customers. You are losing business !!!
I have had very good luck, everything I have ordered has came on time if not it was early.Everyone Ive talked with was pleasant and very helpful. Keep up the good work.

This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess they get enough business from 1st time buyers from this company that they dont need any repeat business cause they sure didnt seem to care about my issues or concerns.I called initially to correct an incorrect part that was placed in with my order. Things went down hill from there.The person on the other end of the phones (not just one person either) could use some skills and training in customer service.

Ordered a mustang 2 front suspension from them I had some questions about it. I called them they anwsered Nicely anwsered my questions . I ordered he kit ..they charged me frieght .. When. It said free freight ... I called them he refunded my money same day It came frieght. In About a week all the way to me in San Diego ca All parts very neatly packaged on a crate no damage to boxes Got all correct parts except a frame reignforcement kit. I called them he anwsered Nicky and shipped it next day to me. I got all my parts overall better customer service then flaming river still havent got my money back for a steerin column I didnt order
Careful when dealing with this business. They use stock photos on their Web page and use vague descriptions. I had an issue with an item and was told basically I was SOL. Terrible customer service very disrespectful. Even caught them changing pictures online after the fact to try and cover up their lies.
