Great place to purchase batteries. No refunds, but, they will replace and refurbish. They sell both new and refurbished batteries. Friendly customer service.

Pleased with my experience. They had a refurbished battery for my Mercedes at a low price.

Had to replace a battery, which was no problem. But now, they only warranty only good for two years now. It the past, warranty were good for five years. That was the whole reason why I would buy from Battery Express. Ill just start buying my batteries here local. They have the same warranty and it be closer for me to buy local.

Fast, friendly, excellent price. I was about to go to the local auto parts store and pay twice as much for a battery for my wifes subaru outback. I thought I would stop here first. I am glad I did. They changed the battery quickly for a brand new one that is almost twice as powerful as the factory battery and has much better reserve capacity. This place is great!

Always a good experience. I have several of their refurb batteries and never had a problem. 1 year warranty on those but if you prefer new, they sell those cheaper too.

These guys always fix me up. For literally a fraction of the price of parts stores. With a whole one year warranty. Listed at the parts store it was a 150 dollar battery with a 2 year warranty. Express got me out of there with a new battery for 35 dollars and a one year warranty. Same cold cranking amps and everything.

Great prices on batteries, everyone else wanted 150+ for a battery for my wifes car. These guys were 70 dollars less than the competition. They installed it as part of the sale. The installer was friendly and fast.
