Small store. Not a lot of options to choose from with a lot of inventory. Staff is very dry and not very outgoing. Youre better off going next door or 2 miles down to Auto Zone.

Their incorrect battery test cost me an extra $150 when they told me battery was fine, must be the alternator. I had to have towed to dealer in Hendersonville where I purchased due to warranty. I was so embarrassed when the guy called to say it was my battery after running diagnostics. Will never trust NAPA again!

Closed well before posted time of 7PM tonight. 4 people still working in the store. I needed my online order. Nobody bothered to come to the door for 5 min, clearly 5 min before posted time to close. They ignored me as I knocked on the locked door 5 min before closing time.

This store on Wade Hampton is the most horrible parts store Ive ever seen!. There is always one person at the counter, and they never answer the phone! Then once you get there they dont have what you need, perfect example 16mm spark plug socket, a variety of oil filter removal tools.But they have 30 different types of air fresheners for your car😡😡

Not helpful. Told them what we wanted and they wouldn’t sell it us, kept trying to push something more expensive.

You wait 30 mins on a Saturday cause they only have 1 person working only to find out that they don’t have what you need but the website says they do. Guess that’s the Napa know how. What a crock

Good clean store and friendly staff. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the tool prices are quite high and a lot of the tools are behind the counter so you have to wait for an associate to help you look and give you prices. Didnt see any tool sales and didnt see any of the specialty tools that you sometimes need for auto repair.

Last week, I went for brakes and they gave me the wrong type for my vehicle. I went in today to return them and when I went in the employee was very apologetic and corrected the issue. I would recommend this store.

Always seem to have the parts in stock! Counter guys are knowledgeable and know what they are doing! And the new location makes it a 1000 times easier to get in and out.

This Napa store is one of the best auto parts stores in town. The employees have a lot of experience and are very expertise when it comes to car parts. Definitely my go to auto parts store.

The parts people here are as bright as a refrigerator light bulb. They have no clue..

The staff here unfortunately give Napa a bad name. Im always impressed when I visit the Laurens Rd location, but the staff here in Greer are disorganized and unprofessional.Like the others, I also ordered a part and was told it would be in store by a specific day. Of course, it didnt arrive in time because someone failed to order it in time.

The staff at Napa of greer where great,but they had to order my part from Atlanta,this was on a Monday.part was not delivered because it was ordered late Monday evening,I was told that it would definitely be here Wednesday, guess what still not here. Now Napa is my got to choice when i know I need something and I need it fast and it will be correct when I get it, but the guys at Napa really dropped the ball on this one. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Im not sure if Ill ever be back.

Slow service, only one employee manning the store on a Saturday afternoon. They didnt have what I needed, and I met the three customers who were in front of me at Autozone a few minutes later because Napa didnt have what they needed either.

Always worth it. Not much more than the cheap parts/cheap prices places, but good quality parts and tools.

These guys are always extremely helpful and will get anything ASAP.

The guys that work here arent worth a damn. Ordered a part from MARK, was promised it would come in the next day. Already had my car TOWED to the shop and broken down and come to find out now theyre telling me they have no idea why he would say it would be in the next day bc it wont be in for the next 3-4 days. Also tried to buy transmission oil for another car, guy had no idea how many quarts i needed to buy...who is hiring these jokers?
