Man at the desk was very helpful. He was able to look up the warranty on a tool I bought long ago. Unfortunately my tool was out of warranty, but the coil fixed my pickup.

Ok, depending what our lookin for .I went in for a certain item .employee did not have a clue, finally got another employee to help me.

I wont lie, I have a few friends that work here, BUT, they hardly ever have a Long line and are more than happy to look up parts and prices for you. Just put a starter on my mother-in-laws car and they gave me $40 bucks for the old part.

The people working here are for the most part very knowledgeable and curtious. Although there is always that one that tells you we have part in stock come get it after leaving first store i went to second store and they could not find the parts they told me 20 minutes ago come get it i had to drive another 20 mins but the sales rep swore to me he had in hand. Overall great experience just an hour wasted so cant complain thanks autozone

Great place to buy parts

Had to get a new battery for our dump trailer. Terrence tested the old one and found it was bad. At first we couldnt find one that had the right terminals but he made the extra effort to look farther. Turns out I needed a marine battery to replace the old one. It was actually a little cheaper too. We appreciate the personal service to make sure we got the right battery. Thanks

Could not help me, show they had the part but could not tell me if it would work. 2/5 update I went back as on your web page it said you had my part and also could order it. It said had to order it in the store so I go back. Oh its out of stock. It had 3 different ones and it show 2 in stock one out. But he said all three was out. This guy did try. But some one needs to do something about web page.

I went to buy my own oil & filter. My oil light came on, car was overdue for maintenance. $$$ I thought, but I have older car using synthetic oil. Learn something new every day. Had to wait, a little, busy time, no problem. Employee very helpful/courteous. Explained higher cost of oil to extend life of older car. Bought gas additives, as well. Had what I needed, so on my way. Thanks Auto Zone!

Beware of the bald headed jerk that works night shift. He was rude and lazy and I will never go to that store again because I dont wanna go to jail.

I tried to bring in used oil after an oil change, all of which was purchased in the Greer store, but was denied. One associate recognized me from when I actually purchased oil that morning, and said it was alright, but his boomer companion apparently thought I was a local mechanic looking for a free dump? I dont knowI told the OReilly guys next door the story, they said it was absolutely no problem to dump my oil in their store. Im not sure why, but Ive always chosen AutoZone over OReilly for the few years Ive lived here, but Ill never enter another AutoZone if I dont have to.

My go to store for auto parts. As long as you know what you need when you walk in, theyll do their best to find the right part you need. A good store for quick visits if you have any questions about your vehicle. I have brought plenty of business their way in the last few years.

Well organized store with anything you would want for your auto. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If by chance they dont have a part youre looking for, they can have it the same day or next morning.

Bought a new battery, the sales manager installed it. Tested the alternator to make sure the alternator wasnt bad. He was very thorough.

Store is clean and they had a lot of parts I was looking for in stock. The part that they didnt have, well, a dude from another autozone drove over after his shift and dropped it off for me. Over the course of troubleshooting an overheating Jeep, I was in this store 5 or 6 times, and these guys were awesome.

I asked for brake pads and the guy (Weds evening 7/10) quoted me a price over $20 more than the price on their website. He questioned where I got my price so I pulled it up on my phone. He smirked and said I would have to order online and then pick them up at the store. I walked out...my wife didnt follow me as quickly and he stopped her and all of a sudden he would honor the website price...I went back in and told him no thanks....I dont play the bait and switch game. I went down the street to Midway Auto Parts and bought the same brakes $10 cheaper.

Great team. Helpful and fast. I wastched them give solid recommendations to customers instead of selling the higher cost products. They took the time to look up my parts history and confirmed warranty. Followed up with a phone call the next day.

Okay if you need parts, fast turn over rate on employees if that tells you anything. They shipped back my special order part after coming in every evening to see if it showed up for a week and a half. Steer clear if part store branded replacements, a lot are junk if they actually make it past warranty, unless its something simple like brake pads.

Horrible service. The attendant spent more time flip-flopping between customer requests. Stated the inventory showed having the part I needed but wasnt willing to actually check. I didnt mind waiting for him to wait on other customers first, as I understand I was looking for a rare part, but the lack of attentiveness really left a sour taste in my mouth. Will not be returning to this location anymore.

Very nice employees😘, I was having a good experience, until I was accused of taking something I didnt, I did walk out with a Chevy hat but I came back and explained to the assistant manager hes part black, or might be all, Im not prejadiance by no means, but I paid for the hat, and he said I had something else, no sorry I didnt, I had plenty of money have no reason to take anything, my friend Barry works there Ive known him for a lot of years, was gonna order all the parts to rebuild my motor, but I think Im gonna go somewhere else, I am gonna pick up my egr valve today I paid for that yesterday, he got an addatude with me when Barry told me to come back there to talk to Cesar I think that was his name because Barry had already talked to him about my motor, so. Im just gonna get parts somewhere else, this is ridiculous.!👎 I dont know his name. He doesnt need to be working w/the public. Idk how he got manager in the first place.

I waited for them to begrudgingly look at my check engine light, and even though I had a manager/assistant manager check it, they blew me off completely afterwards. I received no explanations and no solutions. I was treated as an imposition. I cannot give such an unprofessional organization my business. I dont have the time nor the patience...and apparently they dont have them either for their customers. I will not be returning and I cannot recommend them to anyone who requires help with automotive problems.
