The whole team that works here are wonderful! We were having trouble with straight talk so decided to switch. It was around closing time but The crew was extremely helpful! Straight talk was not making the switch easy but this group actually worked together and got us set up and taken care of! No hassle for us at all! They handled the situation like pros!! Me and my husband were very impressed! And we got 4 lines cheaper with unlimited everything! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to switch! I just started service with cricket and was transferring my old number to a new phone and had quite a bit of trouble getting the number to reactivate on the new phone. This went on for 5 days, the staff was extremely helpful during this period and did all they could to resolve the issue, even after a combine 5+hrs of contact with their technical teams they were always friendly, polite, and punctual. As someone with 7+ years of customer service experience this goes a long ways. I couldnt have asked for a better team and just want to give a big shout out to Miss Maira, Aishia, and Lizett for all their help though this.

The customer service here is awesome. In this day and age it is hard to find anywhere that actually treats the customers they have properly. Phone places are usually the worst about it. I have to say that this store is very rare. You can not get this kind of help just anywhere! Thanks to all the amazing employees that work here. Y’all do an awesome job!

The service and prices are great, but what makes it even better is that the ladies there are always helpful and goes beyond the call duty. Sunday I went and got a great deal on my new phone and the manager even assisted. If you see that they are busy its because they have the best phone service and customer service- I will wait for this service.

I came in the store yesterday and was greeted by some amazing young ladies. They were busy but still took the time out to acknowledge me. They made sure I had everything I needed. The deals are great but the service was even better.

I experienced great customer service with Ashley & Asia. They went above their required duties to assist with my iPhone transfer. Both were very patient and had excellent customer service. I was very pleased! They had customers in and out but never showed frustration.

The girls and their manager was amazing. Misa and myra are very smart and nice. I will choose this store over any other Criket Wireless. I went to the one in Anderson and they were disrespectful. Aisha is the manager now and she is the best. I finally get some real help.

At least when a customer comes in get off your personal cell please.

Had a horrible experience at this location, with a purchase that was intended to be a Christmas gift for my fiancé. I requested a phone with at least 64gb of storage. The associate that gave me service was told at least 4 times what I wanted. However when I got home; I took the box out of the bag (never unwrapped the device), I noticed that the phone was 16gb. I called the location where I purchased the phone, and asked if I would have any fees to pay upon return. I was told I would have no fees.Today when I went to return the device a different sales associate told me I would only get a partial return and rolled her eyes at every question I asked. Then proceeded to slowly take her time inspecting the phone(which was still in the plastic protective wrap). During my call back and visit to return the phone the sales associates at this location had an attitude with me. I did not get loud or disrespectful even tho I was told to come back outside of the return window. I told the sales associate who was at the location today that I was told I would get a complete refund, due to the fact that the device rang out was not what I asked for. I also let them know I lived two cities away from this location, and I pointed out that there are no price tags and the demo devices are not able to be powered on. These statements were met with the associate rolling her eyes, and continuing to not respond.All in all I ended up leaving with the device after being treated like I was a bother for asking questions.If I could I would give this location zero stars for the way the location is ran and the way they treat customers.

I will always come to this location, the ladies here have been knowledgeable, nice, and always willing to help. I will travel the extra to see these people here. Lately they have been 100% amazing and the service is great and affordable.

My fiancé’s phone fell into the lake, went to get a new one and we didn’t have insurance which was our own fault. Decided to switch to a different company as the phone and service was a bit less expensive. We needed the accountnumber and were told to come to the store to get that information. We came to the store and then were told only customer service could give us that information. Customer service did not give us that information. The in storemanager told us they could not give us our own account information even with ID, and a very nice young man named Trey helped us even when his colleagues told him not to. They were very rude to us and had terrible attitudes, all but Trey. He should be running that store because even when a customer wasn’t willing to stay he kept his cool and helped out. Thank you Trey!

The greenwood location near the old walmart will try to upsale you like no tomorrow. Whenever I bought my new phone they tried to sell me a 90$ speaker and when I went to buy a simcard to switch my grandfather over to cricket I specifically asked for the 55$ plan,then proceeded to put us into the 60$/no plan. The cricket service is the best phone service Ive had,but this physical location is more concerned about decipt for profit.

The experience was amazing at the store! Myia helped us throughout the whole process. Lizzette came and helped us also. Their store is better than S. Main store, they tried to charge me $515 to port in. Greenwood store on the bypass was nice, i got everything done. I even got to speak with the manager, who was friendly and helpful. Go see Myia or Lizette they will help you.

1 behind the counter- 1 propt up on a phone got up to take my payment. 1 came from the back & phone (store)rings the 1 taken my payment answers the phone & Im asking a question - the 1 at the counter said Im leaving but not clocking out ask the clerk then to over ride something then leaves - they all cross talking to each other- I asked could I get a few apps delited & the first one I said witch buttons did you do that - I had a couple more to delete- the answer was Ill do it I dont have time ! Im steaming at this point- on the way out with no one else in the store a sign saying cricket app - 2 on the counter & myself I ask whats the deal on the app? One guy clerk that was to busy said its just a app ! Cold day in hell before I go back & looking for another provider asap

Our customer representative was Jeremee at the beginning he was very nice. We asked multiple questions ect on their services. Shortly after that he got very aggravated and rude. Then a lady walk in, he seemed to knew her bc he was trying to help her awhile helping us. More than once he rush us to make a decision to go help this other lady. He literally say that, he keep rolling his eyes at us and putting his hand on his face. I wish there was a -star I could put on. His attitude was extremely rude, I dont recommend nobody to go there just bc of their customer service . After we lealft he even went outside to looked for this lady he was eager to help. I guess some customers are more important than others huh🤷
