Matt was incredibly helpful and gave exceptional customer service. I came to return equipment and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Although I had not made an appointment, I was still given immediate assistance and luckily had no wait time. It is still recommended to book appointments as it can get busy. 10/10 customer service.
You dont have to provide your State ID when you call the 800 number to go over billing details, but when you go to the store you most certainly have to have your state ID to provide them in order for them to even discuss your account. Seem silly you could call 800 number and you could be anybody you want and they wouldnt know the difference because you dont have to provide a state ID on an 800 number and get all the account information you need to do whatever with whoevers account. Maybe its just me but if it operator out over 800 number asks you for your social for your drivers license number for your date of birth for your street address I dont understand why in the store they couldnt do the same thing without a state ID... If you ask me because that store is pretty much obsolete you can call the 800 number and get more done then go to the store and actually talk to somebody in person.
No problems here. I went in to exchange my really old cable boxes for the new ones. I was quickly guided to a table where a really friendly guy helped me out. He just looked over my old equipment real quick and brought out the new equipment. I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes.
Went to pick up my new modem.I liked the quick and paperless transaction!The young lady was helpful.
Surprisingly nice store. For anyone used to the dark scary Comcast stores, youre in for a treat. The place looks like an Apple or Verizon store as it attempts to sell the similar phone solutions that Xfinity offers. However, they also offer nice displays for home automation, security and internet services. Ive never seen those products displayed so nicely. Staff was polite and handled my router return very quickly. I also wanted to talk about WiFi pods, which took longer and had more of the cell phone store feel, but without any pushy sales.
The Xfinity Associate that waited on me was very helpful to my needs and request.The Xfinity Store was very clean and made m me feel comfortable. The only thing that I could see that needs improvement, would be to hire a couple.morw associates.
Matt was great and helpful. Fantastic customer service. We havent used the service yet, but hopefully if there are any issues they will be handled the same way setting up service was.
Rude and uninterested in helping you..I have been a customer over 20 years yet they refuse to send svc tech out. Call center not American so language barrier..insist they can fix problem remotely and get testy when problem not fixed. Get a Firestick..will save you a lot of money and frustration. Maybe cable companies about to fold?
I had an issue with my bill. I went in today and David helped me. He got everything fixed and was able to get me a signed up for a new plan. He was extremely nice and helpful. I specifically go into this store because of how helpful everyone is when I go in.
The store is nice and clean, with a good selection of products.The sales representative though, wasnt exactly the friendliest guy in the world. He very dismissive.Oh, and they still require a mask...🤦🏻♂️

Here’s a very simple suggestion Xfinity.It should NOT have to be suggested yet here I am.You shouldn’t have it say on your stores website at S. Emerson Ave and County Line Rd in Greenwood IN that the store is open till 5:00 and then when I get there at 4:50 there’s a sign in the window that says“Store Temporarily Closed”.PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!
Very good customer service, because of the current pandemic, its suggested to schedule an appointment, if you cant, just be patient and know that they are going to get to you as fast as they can. I was greeted, and checked in pretty quickly as well as not in a rushed manner. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I didnt have an appointment this day, but I was still taken care of and was in and out within about 10min. Great store, great staff!

I had just canceled my Comcast Xfinity service a couple days before and I was told I could go to this location to return my equipment. when I got to this location there was a line outside with about three people. They only allow one person into the store at a time but there is a representative that comes out to check you in. there was supposed to be about a 15-minute wait and it ended up being a little bit longer than that which wasnt too big of a deal except it was cold outside. The nice thing about it was the fact that the representative took my phone number and then sent me a text so I could wait in my car and didnt have to stand out in the cold waiting on my turn to enter the store. its not that they only let one person enter the store at a time its that they only allow one person in with each representative thats working. Which seems pretty fair to me. my all-round experience with this store was outstanding they really took care of everybody that I saw in there as well as myself. Xfinity is a hole is not a company I really want to do business with anymore. but this store made my experience better because of the representatives that did help me and made the experience pleasant for my equipment return and for everybody else that I observed while I was in the store.if I was going to end up having to have Xfinity again I would definitely utilize this store over calling on the phone to their phone center because that is the worst experience Ive ever had as well as the experience I had with Xfinity as a whole. this store really took care of everybody and it was a great experience especially being able to wait in your car so you didnt have to wear a master stand in the cold really felt like going above and beyond. Every representative in there was in a great mood and happy and made the trip enjoyable or is enjoyable as it could be.
Freundel was the man. This is the second time he has waited on me and got my bill fixed due to no fault of theirs.The young lady that was with him was very nice. I was in and out. Appreciate the professional work attitude they both gave. Great young people.
Went in to get my modem/router upgraded and got given the same exact modem/router back. Luckily I had an Xfinity tech come out the next day and he told me that I was given ila faulty modem/router.

Waited 2 hours.. was told to come home and do it online after they tried their best...error messages at store couldnt access account and fix phone error.. so frustrating, xfinity get it together please.. the associates at store were wonderful but they cant even fix it if your technology sucks.
Tried to pay my bill. Computer couldnt find my billing statement. Told me an agent could not help me either. How is this auto mated system supposed to work if you cant get help.

Has the best assistant ever (Sally)!! She helped me go from an Android to an IPhone and even helped me set everything up and get logged back in to all my major accounts! Went in for a router swap and it would have been a swap and go visit.... but I made the mistake of adding a $200 xfi pod purchase and was told I had to wait in my car for a text as there were 5 people in front of me. Waited.....no text....15 minutes later and 5 people in front of me......manager indicated they had to add folks ahead of me??? Its amazing because there were a number of people just standing around.....lost sale......recommendation is to not use this store.

Had good experience in store. Having issues once cable installed. Cant get TV to work. Have paired controller and TV says its OK.This should be a very simple thing to do but Xfinity dont work that way.

Wife and I went to the store to address a issue with her phone and myself looking for a new phone. Lady outside the door listened to my wife then after my wife also said I was here for something the lady proceeded to go ahead to the next customer and signed her in before coming back to us and signing us in. They are only allowing one person in at a time. Other people have been sent in prior to us (Im aware some had appointments) but 2 specifically said they didnt have a appointment and were sent in before us.
They work hard to get you set up!They do take care of you and do remember you.
I was very frustrated trying to talk to a live person about my Xfinity account to the point they would hang up on me. My frustration sent me to the Xfinity store where they were attentive and solved my problem within minutes. They went beyond by asking if they could help with anything else. My request was about the remote. They gave me direction which was of great help. I left feeling like I was important to them and gave me time I deserved to help me with my problem. I will always go to the store.
I gave them a 4 because I had to go 2x.. first time would have been a 0. Second time a 5. My advice is to go online and schedule your appointment. Dont wait until you get there.

Our WiFi has been messing up for weeks and these guys won’t even come out here(because of covid)but last year when the pandemic was still going on they came out to my house without hesitation. Just disappointing because before all this stuff they were a great company to deal with

I had problems with my cable system in the living room. I the last two days I had talked to two or three people from the technical support that did not speak the same language as I and promised to call me back in an hour and I have never received that call. I don’t know if my system is working or not. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced since I’ve been with Comcast/Xfinity in the 30 years I’ve had this service. Need to get your stuff together. I’m going to go to the store and talk to someone today.

The person that helped me was so uneducated, id have better knowledge just googling the questions about service than a specialist. I will make sure when the contract is up I will switch companies. Signed up last month on a special that was contingent on autopay. Customer no service hung up before I could sign up for autopay, so now Im getting charged full price. Cant sign up for it on the no service line, and now after driving from Greenfield to Greenwood they tell me its a two hour wait to see a rep or make an appointment for tomorrow. I do not recommend this company at all! If you live in a town where this and AT&T are your only wired internet options, Move!
2 stars because the service overall was good but I had to cancel because in the area I moved to they dont offer service. I had to pay early termination fees even though there was no way I could continue using their service. will rethink signing with them in the future because of this.

I posted earlier about the office on 82nd st, which there was no manager there to assist... confirmation that they were having issues with management and the manager at the door did assist me on the errors but one the errors was MY own mistake but I was irritated by 82nd street because no manager all week just seemed impossible to me... Once I thought the situation through the young man whom was not a manager did try to assist as much as possible very pleasant just out of his job description...Mr T I apologize but you shouldnt be placed in that position and I should have been a little more understanding on your behalf before. Kudos Mr T for assisting outside your job description on 82nd st. Thanks greenwood for your outstanding customer service!

Went to drop off some extra equipment. The place was packed so the receptionist suggested we drop off our equipment at a UPS. I am not sure why this makes sense but UPS did take the equipment.
Tried to sell me a phone plan and made me wait to pickup my internet stuff. There was a line. I dont want to be upsold. Not a fan.
I needed to simply pick up a piece of equipment already set aside for me. They were only allowing one customer in at a time. We were all waiting in the sun in 95 degree heat while the staff sat inside in the air conditioning... because they dont properly staff their store. A 45 minute wait to pick up a box I can see with my eyeballs sitting right there is unprofessional.
They really helped me with my internet service and I’m very grateful.

We have been without both of our TV for 5 days now and the problem is not inside but outside. I have made 10 calls, trying to get a service person to come out and fix it, I guess that don’t do service calls anymore, I’m at a loss in what to do now, anyone got any ideas?
Walked in to return something, Malaysia was awesome. I might have given her a hard time but she was fantastic! Didnt try to pressure me when I said no, asked thought provoking questions. I dont know about everyone else there but 10/10 would work with her again.
I shouldnt need an appointment to drop off equipment If I can drop it at a UPS store and get the return email from Xfinity before I get home.I hope you never need to go here for anything. Impatiently waiting for my local utility to build out fiber so I can drop these clowns altogether.
They dont care about doing business. Tried to upgrade mobile device. Told it wouldnt let them. No explanation. An insincere sorry and good bye. Too bad. They WERE a nice alternative to ATT but apparently thats all in the past.
