I have been coming to Cellular Necessities for several years now, and have never had an experience short of absolutely fantastic. Although all the staff are wonderful, I personally have worked with Zach & Dawn the most. Both of them have gone above and beyond to help me and make the entire process easy. Dawn was awesome. Very friendly. and super nice! Replaced an IPhone 7 Plus screen in 30 minutes. I called several places And this was the cheapest place we could find. They were able to take us right away and get the job done in 30 minutes. We also got a new battery for the phone at the same time. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a unique situation that left me very rushed… trying to get my wife’s phone back in working order. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, kindness, and a successful correction of my device BUT I couldn’t have been more pleased with my contact. She quickly addressed my concerns and seem to act as though she was invested in my plight as well. At no point did she give any negative feedback about my attempts to rush her - in fact, she seem to work even more quickly to try to solve my problem. Great prices and the gentleman that helped me was SO polite and helpful. He knew I had been there earlier that day to get a price on another phone. I Came back later that night with another phone that needed repaired and I had my two children with me. Great customer service. Had an iPhone 7 with a shattered screen and was in and out in forty minutes. Screen in perfect working order now, can’t even tell it was replaced. Plus they threw in a screen protector. They also do a very through check in and check out process so that they verify your phone is in working order when you bring it in as well as when you leave.

I have a crack in the top right hand corner that I needed fixed. I have a Galaxy S9 and there is nothing else wrong with the phone. Perfect working order. Well minus the crack in the top corner and they wanted to charge me 300 dollars to fix. I was not happy as that is half of what I paid for this phone brand new almost 2 yrs ago. Told me they would have to replace the whole inside and not just the screen and when I tried to explain and show that everything was in working order I just needed a new screen they told me I didnt know what I was talking about.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that your phone is in tip top condition. I had an iPhone XR and LG Nexus 5 with broken screens and they fixed it great.The iPhone XR took them real quick. With LG Nexus 5 they fixed it but my phones front camera stopped working, I took it back to them and they found that it was a faulty part and made sure that they got a quality part from their suppliers. The Owner Paul, and the technicians John and Zach were fantastic! I would highly recommend them!!

AMAZING! Dawn was awesome! We were freaking out and she explained everything and really helped to ease our fears. She got us in quickly and it only took 45 minutes where at Apple it would have taken 3-5 business DAYS! And cost us $40 more. God forbid anything ever happens to my phone or my friends again, but if it does I am definitely coming here!

Excellent and honest service! I took mine and my daughter’s phone in for issues with our phones not charging properly. I was in today with my Note 9 and the gentleman who helped me asked me my case preference and chatted with me briefly about said preferences as well as cases beyond those preferences. Cellular Necessities Greenwood park Mall, went out of their way for customer service they had the lowest prices in the fastest time. When other people were giving me prices and $200 and up and telling me I have to wait a day or two. This company gave me a price under $200 and fixed it that day!!! They also gave me a half price case and screen protector not just for my fiances phone which was the one that was broken but for my phone to!!!!Theres no question asked if your phones messed up this is the place to go... you need a case this is the place to go... need a screen protector this is the place to!!!They have all my future business and my friends!

FANTASTIC!! I discovered Cellular Necessities after visiting 4 other known and recommended businesses. All 4 places had differing opinions on what was wrong with the phone and after providing an opinion, each business told me they couldnt fix it while 1 business flat out told me they wouldnt fix it. I called Cellular Necessities and without even looking at the phone Dawn had optimism in her voice and a proposed plan of action. I drove right over. Dawn and Zach were very friendly, professional and are very knowledgeable. They tried several ways to resurrect the phone and while it wasnt the outcome we all were hoping for, I still left extremely happy because they TRIED when others would not. My daughter had dropped her iPhone 6s and shattered the screen and LCD. I called and made an appointment for the following day. When I got there I was helped immediately by Dawn, who is a very energetic, sweet, and professional woman. She knew right away what needed to be repaired and got right to work as we looked at cases. Within about 20 minutes she had repaired the screen and put on the tempered glass we had requested. I will refer everyone I know to get their screens repaired here.

I took my iPhone 5s to change its screen! I already ordered the screen by myself! After replacing it nothing works properly! No vibration... Touchscreen is very fuzzy! Reading the web about these issues it seems theyre all en if you dont put much attention on replacing it!!! I wish there was a rank less than 1!

Zach was AMAZING! He not only fixed me phone quickly and efficiently (lcd was broke) he was extremely nice. I would recommended this to anyone, so much better than paying the 200 for a replacement phone.ADDITION : 11/15/17 : I had what I thought was a charger port issue and I went to them even though it was way out of my way because they have always looked out for me. Zach again was amazing and offered to come in on his day off just to fix my charger port. Lucky for me it was just the battery so it was an easier and cheaper fix. We have had Zack fix multiple of our phones. He has always been so kind as well as efficient. We have tried other repair services and they have been over-priced and the screens have not properly fit back into place. I will never get my phones fixed anywhere else.

I had my shattered iPhone 7 screen replaced. The customer service was excellent and Zach was awesome! However, the quality of the screen that they put on my phone is awful. It is significantly (30%) darker than the original screen and everything looks slightly green. For nearly as much as it would have cost me to have the Apple people do it, I expected much better quality. So zero stars for the screen, five stars for Zach.Save your time and money and take your iPhones to the Apple store.UPDATE: It looks like I just got a bad screen. Cellular Necessities switched it out for me and I am much happier with the new one. Again, their customer service is on point.

I came here to repair a beyond repairable iPad mini and the service was extraordinary. The prices beat 4 other shops i looked into, by a long shot ! Its a small booth with tons of product knowledge. The master tech gave me a time estimate of the repair, I left for work, and got a phone call 2 hours later telling me my iPad was all done ! This place is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable . I had an excellent experience with cellular necessities. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about cell phones, the cases, and what options I had. I ended up going with a protective case to replace my otterbox case and I ended up paying about 1/3 of the price. It was literally identical in material except it didnt have the otterbox logo stamped everywhere. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend for you next cell phone accessory needs.
