I loved virgin mobile been with them over 15 years!! Then Boost mobile bought them and it CHANGED!! They were going to make me wait 6 more months to buy a phone !?!😱 I have been with the company (virgin mobile) for almost 20 years!! My husband for over 20 years!!That along with things I wasn’t aware of that Boost did not offer I knew that I needed to move to better service, better rate, better ppl !T Mobile is the best they took me right into their family! Made sure I was happy!!!I do not understand why my Money was not good enough for Boost mobile??! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went to the Boost store in Greenwood the other day. The girl that was working did not know anything at all about the phones. Then she said I would have to pay an activation fee of $25.00. I told her I had been with boost for a lot a lot of years. It is bad that a new customer can come in and get a real nice phone for lil money and a loyal customer can not get a break at all. The girl was really rude and very incompetent. Train your sales people. Especially not to be rude and to keep the store open for the hours it should be open.

Never once has anyone picked up the phone in the store. Trash customer service. The greenwood store is the closest to my house about 30 miles away and its ridiculous that they are too incompetent to answer the phone. Ever ive called at least 100 times. 1t or more in a day before. I advise you all to switch to metro better service, better prices, and far superior customer service

I am overall happy with Boost Mobiles service. Whenever I have a problem with my phone they are always able to fix it and sometimes they fix it for free. The only thing I was puzzled by is I bought a phone charger for my car it did not work. I returned it and she said she could not give me my money back. She gave me another charger, it didnt work either but I wont hold it against them. I think Ill just give it to a friend instead.

Couldnt help with the phone, but did try to find problem. Employee was nice nut Boost doesnt warranty phones themselves.

Currently sitting outside of boost mobile waiting for the store to open its 1016 and the store suppose to open at 10. I hate coming to this store. Will be highly grateful when bay changes to a new phone company.

I would avoid the hassle with this store if I were you. Boost Mobile, overall, is good; but, this store is NEVER OPEN!!! They should start taking appointments, because everytime I go there, there is a plastic clock that indicates when said employee will return... Needless to say, usually they still werent back by the time they indicated. Ive been to this store three different times so I could physically check the phones out, and possibly buy one from them. It is sad that I have to resort to an online retailer, rather than spending my money locally.

Came by this location this morning to pay my bill. The store hours indicate that they open at 10am. It is now 10:15 and the store is still not open.

Employees are very rude and have very poor customer service. I went to buy a phone charger. When I tried it, it did not work for my phone and they wouldnt return it nor did they notify me of a return policy before or during my purchase.

I hate everything about this company and this location has unreliable emploees
