2 days ago I purchased a marine battery for the trolling motor on my small boat.the discharge rate for exceeded previous batteries.I went into the store where Marcus assisted me and after listening to my explanation of my findings from charging and discharging and him putting a meter on the battery he swapped me out out for a new battery.This was my 1st battery purchase from advanced auto parts so I was uncertain what to expect when I had one that I believed to be defective.Marcus was professional courteous and helpful. He provided great customer service. I will purchase future batteries from this location

I went to this place today for getting my battery checked, the guy at the desk was rude with his tone and I felt like he did not want to work. I asked him to check the battery but he is like just click the photo and come back. I did not like the service and the way he was talking cuz that’s not how you treat your customers.And then I came to Auto zone, these guys treated me really nice . Took a print out for the issue with all details. Bought a battery here. Even oreilly is very good.Not going to advance auto back again

Nathan took very good care of me today. They really only take back parts with a receipt. But Nathan went the extra mile and found a record of my purchase and refunded me for my return without my receipt. These guys are great!

After having the worst experience at Auto Zone literally down the road, I wanted to come a little further to Advanced Auto Parts. Upon arriving I was greeted with Marc who validated my feelings of embarrassment, frustration, and anger caused by the workers at Auto Zone. He basically told me that my first mistake was going there and I couldnt have agreed more. He was very helpful with finding my correct battery, getting me a good deal which is great because I am a college student. He then offered to even swap the batteries for me. I have never been so relieved and taken care of before. It means a lot as I do not live around home anymore and always used to my dad taking care of these things. Marc started the job and Marcus finished it and was just as polite as well. If I need anything else with my car, I will for sure visit this place first. Thank you to Advance Auto Parts and Marc squared.

Store was in good shape bit only one person working. He was trying to change two batteries for customers while I was waiting. Not the employees fault. I just needed a spark plug from behind the counter.

I had a UPS return so I called these guys before and they told me to print out the label and put it on the box I did it the way they said it and they gave us a hard time accepting. it now we’re going to a different store I felt discriminated.

Stop 11 store is way better and better staff

Staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and always nice. Store is usually clean. I can typically find what Im looking for here.

Extremely helpful staff. Unlike a lot of places they were helpful instead of assuming I dont know anything. Always a great in stock selection. Easy returns. Great deals and otherwise expected prices on most goods. Store is always clean and organised.

Ive given these guys 2 chances and Im done. First time I went in to get a jug of oil, there were 2 customers in store and a number of calls. Instead of putting the calls on hold the counter person took the calls and looked up parts, store availability etc. After 15 minutes of waiting I left because I had to get my child from daycare. As I was leaving I saw 3-4 employees all standing around outside the back door.Second trip yesterday I walked in to get oil again. This time I got a jug, took it up to a counter person who wasnt busy. Item rang up 10 dollars more than the SPECIAL sign located in the middle of 4 rows of the same jug of oil I was holding. She attempted to price match, but needed a manager. Manager comes out, looks, says this price is for the synthetic blend what weight do you want? I told him I dont want a blend, I wanted the full synthetic and the price tag is right in the middle of 4 jugs of full synthetic. He proceeds to tell me well if you had read the sign. Im sorry, but I shouldnt have to read the fine print on the sign when its located square in the middle of product, it should be the price of that product, not an item 3 rows to the right of where the sign is. Clearly whoever did the merchandising for the special screwed up, but instead of being apologetic the manager proceeded to argue with me. I got Mobil 1 instead and left. The manager was unprofessional both in appearance and attitude and once again there was only one person actually working in the front until the manager appeared. If you want service, go elsewhere, like the much friendlier and faster Autozone a few blocks north.

My oil had spilled in my car with the cap sealed, Advanced Auto in Greenwood went beyond and traded my oil for new as well as supplied me with paper towels and degreaser to clean up the mess it had made in my floorboard!Thank you Advanced Team! True customer service!

Spent way too much money at a car and tire shop whos name I wont mention, only for them not to be able to fix my window that wont stay up. Went into Advance Auto and a gal named Nicole, as well as a man whose name I didnt catch, were both so helpful to give me a quick fix that actually works!! Ill stop here before I ever go anywhere else.

My go to spot. Always have specials on oil change products,oil and filter I like to do it myself,I dont trust quickie oil change stops I have had costly experiences.They also have a dump station for used oils. PLEASE DONT POLLUTE..
