I reached out earlier this week to David Williamson at Ray Skillman Ford - Used Car Supercenter in Greenwood and he was very helpful in researching a car that fit my needs and found one that seemed perfect for me. I then met with salesman Isaac Farley who helped along the process in a kind, professional manner. Service was excellent. I ended up driving away in a car that I love at a price I could afford. I highly recommend this dealership.

The experience was completely positive. Ray was very patient with the test drives and answering our questions. He was knowledgeable in his assistance in the decision process for my daughter. The negotiations and deal came together with little effort and we are very happy with what we came away with. We received a very fair deal from a reputable organization.

The people were great, very nice and helpful. But, then again that is what they should do to make a sale.We did have issues with the vehicle after we left but being that it is a as is purchase there is nothing more that the sales people can do. Now mind you we have o ly had the vehicle for 2 days.For example: the overdrive on the car has issues but if you stop the vehicle and restart it again it will run fine. And then we came home from errands and the blower for the air conditioner stopped working. So probably a resistor so again an as is thing. Which you would think that you would get a 30 day warranty of some kind.The rating is for the people not the car

I went in to get my oil changed on my Ford. I did not feel welcomed. They walked me into the customer waiting room and there I sat..cold..for 2 hours. A salesman came in (with a new salesman) and looked at the 65 degree thermostat. He told him Wekeep it cool in here so when the salespeople come in from the heat they are comfortable. So much for customer service.

I just purchased a 2016 Hellcat with 8,000 miles from this dealership over the internet and had them deliver it to Louisiana. Exceeded my expectations and couldnt be happier with the condition and service. Ask for Shawn.

This is the worse dealership. The salesman Clayton and Manger will not stand behind their own word. I was told if I ordered a truck I would not pay over MSRP. When it was available to place the order I was told no you will be charged 5000 over MSRP. When I confronted what I was told The response was it does not matter what you were told We are charging it period. I would not buy a bicycle from this dealership. Very poor customer service. Does not stand behind their word Maybe this was done because I am a woman and they thought I would not care. Wrong again

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood, IN and I cannot say enough GREAT things about my customer experience. From the minute I arrived and 3 different employees rushed to the front door to open it for me to the gentleman that pulled my seat away from the desk for me to sit! Those are things that mean a lot to the customer and they definitely meant a lot to me. My salesman, Bryan Freund, was top notch! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took his time answering all of my questions. His wife Carrie Freund, was my financial manager for the purchase and she was AWESOME! She worked with me and got my payment right where I wanted it. The entire time I was in there we laughed and told stories and it felt so personal and comfortable, like we have known each other for years. I had purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus and it has been nothing but issue after issue. After taking almost two weeks they were finally able to fix the problem with the power steering. Now it has been sitting at the dealership for almost three weeks. It is a sensor with the transmission ( under warranty so no cost to us thank god ) which should not have these issues anyway car only has a little over 50k miles on it! I understand that COVID has caused a lot of delays in ordering things but according to the service department we were 7 in waiting for this part. When my husband called back to ask what we do about a car in the meantime now all the sudden are told we are 1-80 waiting for this... part?&^!#&$ so what is the truth and we are expected to just figure out another car for months!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was also told the first car waiting for this part has been there since July!!!! So what are all these people driving???? And why is this car such a lemon?????????????????????????????? Would not give it even one star but there was one polite guy that helped me with the power steering problem and was very kind. The guy that told my husband we were 1-80 waiting was rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First and last FORD we will ever own!! Let you know if I will get it back in working condition!!

As I have said in previous reviews, I have purchased and leased vehicles from Skillman Ford for well over 10 years. I recently took advantage of an offer on the lease for my 2020 F150 and needed another vehicle to cover the additional miles I am currently driving. Derek Young went above and beyond in his efforts to find the right vehicle for my needs. We finally found a vehicle that will get me the mileage coverage I need as well as saving me money and offering the opportunity to get the vehicle I want in a little while. Ray Skillman was the last place we went to buy a new truck, however it should have been the first place. We walked in and was greeted, walked in knew what we wanted, and they had it. The process was very Professional, all went very well. They listened to our concerns and made us feel very comfortable in a known stressful process. We were not pressured or felt like we were taken advantage of as most dealers do. We were there for 3 hours seemed like 30 min. All went very well, good purchase, good selection and very good professionalism. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle cant go wrong! We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at a car dealership, if that is possible, would do it all over again!!

I really didnt have any expectations when I walked in, but I left very pleasantly surprised. Mike and Kristen are great and they were able to get me in a vehicle that I really like. I had a great experience at RaySkillMan!

I purchased the extended warranty on my F150 and now it needs service and I am told that I will have to leave my truck for 2-3 weeks but they do not have rental service as provided for in my warranty. I am just out of luck even though I paid extra for this service. It says right in the contract that if they keep my vehicle for more than one day then a rental vehicle will be provided. But apparently they do not feel they have to abide by their side of the contract.

Buyer BEWARE!! Three out of three used vehicles purchased at this location have had to have MAJOR REPAIRS!! The latest was my 18 yo son’s first vehicle purchase. It had to go into the shop prior to his first payment! So, sadly, he made his first payment and his first major repair bill at the same time! I do NOT recommend making a purchase here.

I’ve been buying vehicles at Ray Skillman Performance Ford for 17 years, with the help of salesman Joe Marcello. It goes without saying that I’m always satisfied with the experience. Why else would I make Joe my #1 contact when I’m in the market. I’m the kind of person who does a lot of Internet research and browsing the lots before making first contact. Joe has usually had me on my way with my new car within the week, if not the same day. (Their service is top notch also.)

Johnny Stewart and his staff was amazing as usual. Im on my 5th car purchase with Ray Skillman. I wouldnt use any other car lot, they sure know how to treat someone like a valued customer. Ive bought used cars and now a brand-new car through Johnny and his Skillman team and they made me feel the same mo matter how much I spent. Ray Skillman takes me back to the old Dons Guns commercial. They dont love to make money they just love to sell cars.
